Though a bit bitter, Mio ended up nodding along. Trouble was debatable, trouble would imply something happened or she was caught in some sticky situation maybe, but Mio was always in trouble with money, it was the unfortunate reality of coming from a struggling household, from a struggling neighborhood. "Yeah, it's never too good but that's at least how I manage to make the big bucks to survive and stay in school." Mio explained somewhat dryly. She wasn't necessarily proud of it, but it was for that reason she was always desperate for game loot gold or items, those things could always be sold to the richer people playing the game allowing her to eat and stay in school as opposed to being forced into a cycle of struggle and pass that on to her kids. While art probably wasn't the most lucrative major either, it was one she was most experienced in as a child who had only drawing and painting without toys or games.
Though the talk of a magitech unicorn made her frown, squinting even in thought. "Unicorn... Mm, not much room for add-ons but." Mio mused in thought. While she certainly favored designs like the liger or lizards or even birds and fish, she still tried, this time using a glob of ink to try and manufacture a replica for Ronja, steadily sculpting and carving with the sharpened claws used for drawing. By the time she finished, she offered Ronja both options with a bright smile. "Something like this? I'm a little less familiar with horses but something with modular parts I think would benefit you most. The important part though, would be not to settle on a single thing. If you needed a Hawk you could try a hawk, or a fish you could do a fish too, something like this Unicorn though would probably be your basic ride." Mio spoke with a bright smile. Certainly she expected this to be within Ronja's move set. That was how Mio sort of threw it together making sure it was something that Ronja could do with her skills even if it was a little limited with her level of ability.
If Ronja seemed worried about her ability with it though, Mio would try to cheer her up with a pat. "The important part is making a framework now, doing what you can with what you have. Maybe a baby unicorn, or a smaller thing, and gradually work towards unicorn? Like a... pony... corn?" Mio hesitated wondering what one would call a small unicorn for Ronja uncertain if the suggestion was good at all
