And therefore that was the only thing that pattered in that moment. Alas, MAI lost fair and square... or perhaps not so far, considering how much stronger Hanno (and his shield as well) were than the Magia at this point in time.

She was no sore loser and had no problems acknowledging the loss and accepting the praise that was given. Her head turned toward the magical stone, the girl's body feeling the energy that it was giving off. It was pleasant. And it seemed like there was no need to worry about accidentally hitting it, either... if anything, the little bout with Ghast showed that she might have had a bit more control over her abilities than she even realized.

"I'll go. The pie was promised even if I lost, after all."

Hanno looked at MAI for a moment, soon chuckling and beaming a brighter smile. "It is fine. I have enough to buy you two pies too. As if I would miss the chance of indulging a cute girl anyway." He shrugged playfully.

"If you are coming, then perfect, to the Sweet Deer, my favorite spot around here, to be honest." Hanno declared, giving a pat on the Magia's shoulder and gesturing for her to follow him, before resting Ghast on the ground and allowing her to morph back onto her fake-faerin shape, with a tentacle swaying behind her as if it was a tail.

"That means if she had managed to stun me, you would buy me two pies anyway?!" She beamed. "Can I have three pies then-?" She perked up.

"No, you cannot." Hanno shook a finger, giving Ghast an expression of disapproval before moving back to the rocky trail, that would hopefully lead to Honeyhome as soon as possible.
