As Nyancy readied herself to attack once more, suddenly an Aloe beam and various other high-powered spells, attacks, and maneuvers struck the basilisk eliminating it in one big flurry of powerful attacks. Seeing that the creature was downed, Nyancy breathed a sigh of relief as she let her magical swords dissipate.

"This was ah close one! And hea I thought I was ah dead cat, guess I got ah few moah lives in me ah whateva though."

Nyancy scratched her little chin. A thought was forming.
Ya know, in all them Greek legends, or at least that one with tha guy and tha flyin' hoase ah whateva tha hero used paht of the monstah tah help 'em latah. This is givin' widdle Nyancy ah widdle idea...
Walking over to the now dead basilisk, Nyancy summoned her ice sword.

"Eh, don't mind me ova hea. I just got an idea ah whateva. Might prove useful latah."
Approaching the monster from the back of its head, as to not inadvertently meet its gaze again, (who knew exactly how its magic eyes worked after all)
Nyancy, with a few quick cuts, removed the beasts eyes from its head quickly stashing them in a sack.

"Not very glamours, an honestly, kinda disgustin' but ya nevah know when some monstah eyes might come in handy. Maybe they still got some juice and we can use 'em to stun somethin' if thea's anythin' else in the dungeon ah whateva."
