Ronja's eyes widened witnessing Harper's attacks on the bandits, just as she lowered her flying height and soon neared the ground, braking as she noticed that the group was slowly losing the sight of their chasers, which meant the escape was reaching an end.

"Alright, time to settle it!" Ronja said, clasping her hands and summoning a 'Cloudspreader' construct, that soon engulfed the path and the forest they were running through with a cloud of alchemical gas that was nothing short of unpleasant to breath in.

Then, Ronja blasted off, trying to guide the path while her Aidlings made sure to scout both their rear and their destiny...

It didn't take long for them to reach the cave they were resting before. Surrounded by the bandits he had hired, and the two girls that were the main culprits of his downfall, her growled, with the docile face he used to keep soon faltering to take place for a dangerous scowl.

"No hissing, fattso. Unless you want me to ruin your face." He cracked his knuckles.

Berta huffed, nearing the man and taking a firm grip of his collar. "You dumbass told us it was a safe job, we got our arses kicked and we were humiliated! You are going to pay!"

Reaching the cave, Harper would let out a relaxed sigh as she dropped the fattso on the ground like a sack of potatoes, arching her back backwards as she stretched. It had been one hell of a day, but they had finally gotten down to the root of the problem. The one commanding the robberies was now in front of them, gagged and defenseless, all ready for the group to have a talk with. And the bandit pair wasted no time in going after him.

Harper wouldn't be against letting this happen normally, but just screaming at him wouldn't do much to help deal with the situation. Walking towards the pair, she would clap to get their attention before crouching down in front of the noble. "Come on guys, we should at least let him talk, we aren't barbarians." Unleashing her claws, she would reach and cut the cloth to let the man speak.

"So, as you've might come to realize by now, me and Ronja here are Starcalled, same as you are. And of course, you might've also figured out that we aren't all that happy about your operations. Name's Harper, by the way. To cut the chase short... Stop."

She would sigh, shaking her head. "You are getting both innocent merchants and guillible fools hurt with what you're doing, you oaf. And I don't care what you think about Landers or the morality of mugging video game people, I'm saying for you to stop before I make you stop. Are we clear?" The threat was clear as day in her tone, the tigress baring her fangs at the bearded noble to get her point across. "Oh, and before you get any misconceptions..." Grabbing the back of his head and pulling it closer, Harper would give the fattso's nape a prolonged sniff, before pulling back.

"Don't think you can hide from me. I know your scent." Truth be told, Harper couldn't track a unbathed opossum from her sense of smell alone, but its not like he needed to know that she was full of shit. Besides, the mental imagery this would implant in his head is what was important. "I wouldn't be against seeing you try, though. Go ahead, try me."

It would be hard to keep a super-powered bastard in check with the threat of the law alone. In those cases, fear made for a very good backup.

Man, playing bad cop was really fun.

The two bandits stepped away from the fattso, albeit begrudgingly. They wouldn't ignore Harper's request, however. Not after everything she had done for the two of them, and for picking the guy that has been using them so ruthlessly.

When the cloth was ripped away from his mouth, the man hissed an insult, looking at Harper and Ronja with a death glare... A death glare that soon turned more docile and fearful as the threats began popping up. But the man's ego didn't seem to allow him to just accept his situation. "W-Why in the bloody hell do you even care about that anyway? You should've just let me profit, or are you trying to profit on my expanse, you... you... you glorified cat!" He growled.

Ronja halted the two bandits, and perhaps even Harper, as soon as the man retaliated with words.

She offered him a smile, approaching carefully to him and resting a comforting hand on his shoulder. The touch made him flinch, and stare at her with a confused and skeptical expression.

"Ronja will tell you a small secret..." A hand slipped into her pocket, pulling out a small bottle of water.

"See this..? This is a special alchemical Ronja had created... Because that girl made her to brew it." Ronja said, pursing her lips and looking at her tigress friend before leaning in, closer to the fattso.

"She is a psycho, fattie." Ronja whispered, pretending to not want the others to listen. "This potion burns your body inside out, but never truly kills you, at the same time it paralyzes it and halts your food, water and rest meter for a week and a half..." She said, leaning even closer to his ears, with his eyes opening widely.

"And because of the burning, you never leave combat mode... So you know what this means... right?" Ronja muttered. "You. Can't. Log. Out."

She leaned away, taking a couple steps away. "Ronja really hopes you have someone to plug you out there if you decide to continue like that... Ronja is trying to help you..." The magia embraced Harper with an arm, tugging her close in a friendly gesture.

"But... Ronja's friend has been missing having some fun, right, Harper?"

"Why you slimy little...?" Harper was more than ready to cave the noble's face for his comments before Ronja suddenly stepped in, the tigress frowning a bit. All day long, Ronja had been playing the role of the good cop, always trying to reason with compassion to Harper's somewhat lack of. And while she appreciated her being there for that, she also couldn't help but think it was wasted on someone like him.

Which was why she couldn't help but blink in surprise upon hearing what Ronja was telling the fattso. Of course, she knew clear as day that the magia she called a friend probably didn't mean any of it, but it still left her a bit shocked that those words were actually managing to come off her mouth, the tigress watching intently as she couldn't help but think...

Had she been badly influenced? Was it her fault?

Nevertheless, she couldn't let Ronja continue the threats by herself. After all, most of them were hinging on the fact that Harper was a supposed menace. Which she was, but in the good sense of the word! Putting on a fanged grin, she crossed her arms as she leaned on the magia. Time to play along with this "Psycho" role she had been given. "Hmm hmm~ It isn't everyday we meet someone so..." She would grab some of his flab and shake with a grin. "Supple. I'm sure we'll have a lot of fun with your time stuck."

She would put her hands on her waist, looking up as she tried to look pensative. "Though I guess if you ran away, never showed your grimy face back again, and changed your ways, I wouldn't get to do any of that. But that would be a shame, wouldn't it?" She would pull him into a asphyxiating hug, feigning a sad tone. "Tell me it ain't so!"

Releasing him, she would keep grinning. To the bandits, their sudden shift of demeanor was obnoxiously obvious and fake. But to the noble, who had basically just met them, it was a good lot harder to distuinguish between the pair's attitudes. If he wasn't going to change out of the goodness of his heart, then he would change out of fear of it being ripped from his chest.

Though she'd definitely have to talk about this later with Ronja. People could definitely start getting the wrong idea if they pull this stunt too many times, and while she wanted to get her name out there, it was definitely not like that!

The man listened to Ronja's words with a deep frown, with his eyes widening at the reveal, which he initially responded skeptically to. "You... You are lying! Damn bastard!" He hissed, making the other bandits grow defensively to the magia that had been merciful to them, even if Ronja's behavior has been strange to say the very least.

As if things couldn't get weirder, however, Harper stepped in, with another abrupt change of behavior, that caught the two bandits off guard while Ronja stepped away.

"E-EEK!" The man, large as he was, slipped a girly squeak of horror at the tight embrace and words. "L-Leave me alone, you deviant!" He pleaded, looking at the tigress, urging to step away, but being unable to in his binds.

Regardless if Ronja's story about the strange alchemical was true, the tigress' words were worrisome to say the least. He would be suffering regardless, and if the alchemical was true... He was fated to suffer for eternity.

"L-Listen to me, I... I won't do it again, I promise!" He said, struggling as he looked at Ronja.

She casted a glance at Harper. "Ronja thinks she liked you, though... Besides, Ronja doesn't see truth in your words..." The magia shrugged. "Ronja wants to help you, but..."

"NO! I PROMISE! I... I will give back what they stole for me... See? I will be a good man, look... I... I will make it all clear. I will apologize with you even, but don't let me near this crazy woman!"

Ronja rested her hands behind her back, pondering for a moment and glancing at @Harper.

"What do you think? Ronja thinks you took a liking to him. You can keep him if you want." She wondered.

His reaction brought out a smirk of satisfaction from the tigress after all those insults, even if the situation itself didn't exactly please her. A prick with no backbone was about one of the most detestable type of people to the tigress, and to see him completely backtrack on his false bravado as soon as he was pressed helped her keep up the act.

"Awwwn, you are breaking my heart over here~ And I was sure we would have such a lovely time too."

Eugh. Even saying those things put her in a worse mood. But she wasn't about to ruin Ronja's attempts to do things this her way. She could endure a bit more of this farse.

And with the fattso finally breaking down from the threats of eternal damnation, Harper would waste no time in taking out her claws and getting rid of his binds, not caring much if she was hurting him in the process. After that was done, she would crouch down in front of him as she rested one arm on her waist and the other across her knee, her tail wagging behind her.

"So, since you are sooo eager to get away from me, I'll be a dear and let you take your fate upon own hands.

Or in this case, your feet. I'd tell you to haul ass out of here, but a man of your standing would prefer finer wording." She smirked, before cracking her neck from side to side before speaking in a mockingly posh tone. "Would you kindly go and scram, you filthy rapscallion?" Suddenly, her tail would whip into the ground, creating a small crater with a loud sound, her smile hiding a lot of threatening intent.

"With haste, if you kindly."

"HIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII-- HEEEELP!"

He screamed like a little girl, running away and shaking his hand that certainly didn't come out unharmed after the harsh freedom Harper had offered. As he took off, the bandits didn't leave it cheap, with Seth stomping on the fattso's feet as he tried to run, making him trip, not only falling face first because his belly cushioned his fall.

"If I find you alone, I will kill you!"

He roared, pushing the fattso with his feet when he tried to stand, making him trip again. "N-No, please!" He pleaded, only to receive a big kick on his butt, leaving a shoe mark on it that Berta was very proud on giving.

"Then piss off, bitch!"

She hissed, giving him another kick that forced him to jolt back to his feet as he cried. "Hiyaaaa, mama!" His eyes teared up, and he darted off, rubbing his sore buttcheeks as he stumbled away.

Ronja wateched from afar, resting her hands behind her back with wide open eyes. "Ronja thought she was being mean, but you guys are really good at that." She said, letting out a giggle and looking at the three of them. "But Ronja thinks he will start thinking thrice before doing anything mean, so it probably was worth it." Ronja smiled, slowly turning to look at the two bandits. "And... Ronja hopes you have learned something from it too?"

Berta crossed her arms, looking at Ronja.

"I guess... I sure won't want to get into trouble again. I don't want to be caught by a robot and a tigress again."

She looked at Harper, offering a small smirk.

"Yeah. It isn't worth it... But honestly, adventurer work is kinda dangerous. If we go for that kind of path, I would be worried if our guys or you got hurt."

Seth admitted, making Berta flush slightly, though a wide smirk crossed her lips to keep a facade.

"HAH. The one other thing I've learned is that you are a hero wannabe, Seth!"

She nudged him by the ribs, making him jolt.

"Tch- Go to hell."

He retorted, pushing her away.

A hearty laugh escaped from Ronja, and a warm expression covered her lips. "You two really get along." She said, then peeking at Harper. "Ronja would say she had learned plenty of things herself too." She admitted, smiling to the tigress.

One of her ears would flop down as the fattso screamed, the tigress visibly wincing in annoyance. Even in retreat he still found a way to absolutely annoy her. Besides that, she would smile at the bandits getting their fair share of the bastard. They had gone through a fair lot, and even if it is very much their fault, it would do them good to release that stress before they tried to reajust with normal society.

Still, she couldn't help but think that the noble might not be in the best shape to make the trip back to safety after all that abuse. Gods forbid, he might even end up dying to some beast!

...Good thing he was a Starcalled, and being a coward like he was probably hadn't gone through any of his lives yet. Besides, death might even be a humbling experience in this game!

...

She really had spent a lot of time inside Terrasphere to be thinking such things, yeesh.

Still, now that he was gone, it was very much a Out of Sight, Out of Mind deal. Turning towards Berta, she answered her smirk with a wink and grin of her own, resting a hand at Ronja's shoulder as she spoke. "Hey, its like getting swarmed after kicking a bee's nest. Stupid people only problems, you know. And I feel safe to say that you all have graduated from stupid rank after today! Be proud of yourselves."

She'd chuckle, before shrugging at Seth's worries for their safety. "No problem not going too deep. As long as you guys are helping people, it won't be a problem if its just getting a pet out of a tree or culling some wolves. The most important thing is keeping yourselves busy with something worthwhile. A idle mind is the workshop for wicked thoughts, after all. Ah, and before I forget."

The hand that was on Ronja's shoulder would be raised above the Magia's head, before starting to repeteadly softly karate chop the top of Ronja's head. "While things worked out, let's not pull this stunt too much. I don't want to have to keep explain to people that I am, in fact, a very well-adjusted person of sane mind and not a psycho if that bastard or someone else spreads the wrong impression of me, you know?" She'd pout, but would eventually stop the chops once a loud roar of unknown origin echoed through the cave.

And while searching for the origin, those present would eventually stumble into a blushing Harper, a hand covering her stomach area. "N-Ngh... We never did get that boar, did we? Say Ronja, how does stopping by the Sweet Deer sound about now? I could use the meat..."

Turning towards the bandit pair, she would ponder for a moment before giving them a soft smile, very different from the act she was putting beforehand just now. "Hey, if you aren't too beat up, after you guys apologize to the villagers and hand over the stolen stuff why don't you all come enjoy yourselves with us. 'Tis on me."

Ronja squeaked when she got a well-deserved karate chop from @Harper, rubbing her head softly and giggling when looking at the tigress with a fond yet apologetic smile. "Ronja is sorry. But she wanted to make sure you would look as terrifying as possible." She admitted, taking a brief sigh. "But this will be the last time, she promises." A wink followed it with a smirk.

"I will agree with the tigress. I would rather if we didn't pull this stunt out too much."

The bandit said, a bit shaky about how scary that duo could get.

However, the sudden stomach growl made a comical cut into their conversation, making a brief chuckle escape from Ronja's lips. "In this case. Let's have our boar already. We had a lot of trouble, right?" She said, looking at Harper for a moment, and then turning to the two bandits, as if confirming the invitation.

The two bandits looked at each other, and after a silent agreement, they turned to the duo.

"That would be great. Though, apologizing is a bit..."

"Don't be a baby! It will be fine." Ronja chirped, resting her hands on her hips, and then looking at Harper.

"Let's go!"

And with the last call, they walked away, soon to have their boar after all that fray.
