Eastern Brisshal, this thick and lush forested area had been the first place that Remy had found himself when entering the virtual world of Terrasphere and had been his home ever since. He hadn't seen a reason to leave this starting area just yet since it provided him with everything that he needed to get the hang of how combat in this world worked. The low-level monsters in this area were easy to kill, even for a new beginning player like him so he didn't really feel like he was in too much danger while he was out exploring the area. However, what he simply couldn't get over was just how real the developers had managed to make the game, the realism was so detailed that honestly if he hadn't known better, he wouldn't have been able to tell the game world from the real world.

Remy tilted his hand back and looked up at the tall trees that surrounded him, closing his eyes he listened to the sound that the leaves made as they danced lightly in the blowing gentle wind and smiled slightly. It was exactly like it would have been out in the real world, opening his eyes once again he lifted his right hand and ran his fingers along the edges of one of the lower hanging branches and its leaves noting how they felt exactly how they would have in reality. He didn't know who created this world, but he had to admit that he was sincerely happy that they did.

Bringing his attention back down to the immediate world around him he looked around slightly to try and get his bearings. When he had gone out on today's expedition, he hadn't had a plan on where he would go and so he had just set out wandering around the forest letting his feet guide him wherever they wanted. His wandering had brought him to a small clearing, that would have been extremely peaceful if it hadn't been for the several goblins that were currently squatting over the corpse of a deer, devouring its flesh with disgustingly vile squelching sounds.

The disgusting green-skinned humanoids were a common sight in this area, it seemed almost like it had an infestation of these irritating creatures, he had only been in this world for a couple of days and had run into more of them than he would have liked. As he drew closer to the humanoids, they all lifted their heads in unison and stared at him with their unblinking yellow eyes, blood, and drool splayed across their faces. A smile spread across Remy's face as he lifted his hand and a dark swirling energy shot out from it, its arcing path caused it to sever the heads of the three goblins and send them flying while he stood there staring at the scene that unfolded, the smile never leaving his face.

As the three little humanoids lay sprawled out on the grass, their blood seeping out into an ever-enlarging pool of blood and staining the ground and grass around their corpses, Remy stood there and sighed slightly in boredom. Killing the three goblins had lifted it momentarily but it had all ended too quickly for it to have been any fun which had him trying to decide what he should do now. He supposed he could always hunt down some more goblins or some other monsters, or he could continue to explore the area and see what else was around there. Unable to come to a decision at the moment he simply shrugged his shoulders and decided to lay down on the grass, away from the pool of blood, and wait for an idea to come to him.

Eyes were closed, as the feeling of wind brushed against a nose and cheeks. A fluffed ear twitching above, the shift in temperature that had now formed. As lids fluttered some to reveal the vision before the Caenis Beastfolk, she was awestruck at first. Everything was so real. Fenrir shifted her neck to allow her head to tilt and look down, hands were rising as fingers curled and stretched before the eyes. So this was the world of Terrasphere? It was so realistic, hard to believe it was actually a game. Taking a breath to inhale, and then exhale deeply as hands found themselves back to the sides. The initial room was so much different to now, it felt like one of those Isekai Light Novels. Was this really just a game now?

The feeling of eyes blinking as Fenrir shifted her weight to the left, as she twisted to pull herself around, the feeling of the breeze carrying through hair and fur was so realistic. Hands brushed through the large tail that sprouted from the tail bone, a cuff strapped at the base, and towards the end of the tail. It was hard to make out every minute detail, the large sprouting trees only allowing small beams of light to pass through the shrubs and leaves that were held aloft by the tree's mixture of scrawny and mighty branches. So now that 'Fenrir' had been created, and she was free to explore this vast new mysterious world... What was she to do first? A mighty fine question.

"Wh-where... Huh, I don't even know where to... What's that sound?"

Fenrir questioned, something sounded like scuttling insects, but it was at a much different pace, a different motion if you will. Was it down to the enhanced senses of a Beastfolk? She didn't know. But she could hear it. Fenrir's eyelids closed over as she relaxed her body. Trying to use natural skills she had seen on programs and stories. Focusing on the sound that could be heard. It was a faint sound, but she couldn't quite pinpoint the location of the sound, just that it was somewhere nearby her. She took a moment to compose herself, before lulling her head back, spreading her legs slightly and taking in a deep breath.

"COME OUT HERE RIGHT NOW AND STOP MAKING THAT STUPID NOISE!!"

Fenrir's voice howled. She wasn't exactly sure what was in this forest, or who was around, but regardless of that lack of information. The sound she was hearing was about as appealing as nails along a chalk board. Fenrir's fluffed ears had shifted, her hands now moving upwards to push them against her head, trying to muffle the unpleasant sound. What a start to a game this was. But this was good after all, it meant that the game wasn't going to be predictable and that she would get through it with no problem at all. But as Fenrir's eyes shot left and right, she was still trying to be cautious despite her overwhelming curiosity.

"If I'm in a starting area, I should be fine to fight whatever turns up, right?"

Fenrir questioned herself, and her abilities for a moment. Many starting areas in games gave you something to fend yourself with, or a destination. That's why it felt so real, and why it was difficult to understand what was going on. This game was going to be the greatest, and she couldn't wait to explore it!

Remy lay there sprawled out on the green grass of the forest floor with his eyes closed enjoying the cool breeze mixed with the warmth offered by the few rays of illumination that managed to break through the foliage around him. He had been in the world of Terrasphere for a couple of days at this point and he was finally beginning to get comfortable with how things operate around here, and because of that, he felt safe enough to relax the way that he was. Although perhaps he was relaxing just a little too much as he was now on the verge of falling asleep, he was so comfortable and if he did that could turn into a rather dangerous situation quickly.

Laying there Remy's mind teetered on the edge of consciousness and he was about to fall over the edge of it and plunge into a deep sleep when he heard a voice calling out from deeper in the forest. His eyes flashed open the second that he heard it, and he was back on his feet an instant later, his eyes peering around the clearing that he was in. It was obvious now that he wasn't alone and someone else was out there, but he couldn't see them from where he was, he had a general idea of the location that the voice had come from and so he took off in that direction.

The sound of something crashing through bushes and breaking small tree branches could be heard in the air as Remy made his way in the direction that he had heard the voice coming from before he broke through the forest into another clearing, this time instead of goblins he found himself staring at a female from one of the beastfolk races given the fact that she had animal ears, fur, and a tail. He assumed that she was the one that the voice he had heard belonged to but before he could say anything he was met with the screeching sound that he had become familiar with, the sounds of goblins.

Looking around the clearing he saw about a dozen pairs of yellow eyes peering at them from every direction of the clearing, the sounds of their snarling filling the air. Remy narrowed his eyes as he looked at all of them, the only thing that concerned him was the woman who he had stumbled across, if she was a new player like himself then he might have to protect her. But if he was a veteran player then he wouldn't have anything to worry about, he turned his head and looked at her "Introductions will have to wait until after we kill these ugly bastards".

Footsteps soon rushed, something was coming. Fenrir's legs had parted slightly, and her arms were thrown behind her, fingers outstretched to emphasise claws. Eyes darting towards the human male who had appeared before her. That wasn't what was causing the noise she was hearing. Which means that he has come because he either followed their sounds or from her own howl a moment ago. She wasn't particularly interested in putting two and two together right now. She was ready to lunge at him, swinging claws and tearing skin from bone. But he wasn't the enemy. Something else was.

At his mention of ugly bastards, the flow of yellow eyes were approaching the two. But her body reacted to them first, her arms pulled forward as they planted on the ground, planting Fenrir into a sprinters starting stance. Her legs straightened, lifting her rear upwards, before launching herself, and using the momentum to throw her legs over her head and strike a Goblin in the chest with her feet planted together. She managed to cover some distance with the quick thinking lunge -- or rather lack of thinking. As the Goblin struck a tree, and rebounded, her momentous explosive attack allowed her to deal extra damage that she normally would have struggled to deal on her own, what with being a new player and all. But she felt something stirring within her as she did so.

As Fenrir pounced to her feet, she threw her right hand back, fingers positioned as if gripping a staff of air, but nothing was there. Her fingers flexed, and claws seemed steadfast as she slashed at the limp body of the Goblin she had attacked, slashing through the neck with a swift swing. Fenrir could feel the rush of wind as she hurled herself, through to strike, and now she could feel the nails on her fingers claw through the rubbery skin of the goblin. She couldn't pierce it well enough, but with the force of her fingers she felt something give in the tender spot of the neck. It was enough for the Goblin to struggle enough that the initial attack had taken the wind from it's sails. If it had sails that is.
"EH!? I thought that would work, honestly. I mean, it should have worked, why did it not work?"

Fenrir exclaimed in anger almost. Finding annoyance in the fact something didn't work. But it didn't matter, she should have THOUGHT about that before she did it. Something she was prone to doing was acting before thinking. This was going to be pattern that she would never grow out of, but what she did know was that she was in a position right now that she could have been assaulted by the other goblins. She had no idea what the goblins of this game were like. Did they have a pack mentality or where they simply just programmed to be hostile and attack anything? Either way, she was going to take some of them down, no matter what!

Remy stood there and watched as the female exploded into action the second that the goblins even showed themselves, it seemed like her body simply moved on instinct and was completely devoid of any rational thought on her part. As he watched it was as if the female's animalistic instincts had simply taken over her body and thrown her headfirst into combat, which was both frightening and beautiful to behold at the same time. He listened to her howl when her attack didn't yield the results that she wanted it to, something that clearly signaled that he was also a new player.

He then turned his attention away from the female and her destructive rampage back to the rest of the goblins that were surrounding the two of them and sighed slightly. Something that he had learned the last couple of days was that goblins were weak and cowardly creatures, exactly like they were normally depicted in anime and manga back in the real world, so if they killed enough of them, then the others should turn tail and run. Honestly, he was surprised that the females' rampage hadn't generated enough fear in them to cause them to flee already.

As he stood there two of the goblins closest two him were attempting to sneak up on him from behind, but one of them had stepped on a twig and alerted Remy to their presence. Spinning around he brought his eyes to bear on the two that were advancing on him and grinned slightly, his pupils seeming to alight with a green light, just as two spears made from bones erupted from under the soil and impaled the two goblins through their stomachs, blood spurting from their mouths. Their eyes opened wide in surprise and the only sound that they made was a strangled gurgling as they choked on their own blood before they went completely quiet.

Remy then turned his attention to two more goblins that were closing in on him from the sides and smiled slightly, shadowy black energy swirling around his feet. They slowed to a stop when they saw the fate of the other two that had attempted to attack him, but it was too late for them, he already had his sights set on them. The dark energy shot out quickly and blasted a hole through the chest of one of them and the sight caused the other to turn and flee in terror at the man who signaled certain death if he approached.

Remy then turned away from the goblins, who were now at this point too afraid of him to approach, and waited to see what the female would do with the rest of them. He would step in and assist her if it came to her needing that but until then he would do nothing, he hadn't come here to fight someone else's battle after all. And so, with that in mind, Remy simply folded his hands behind his back and waited for the scene to unfold.

Hands gripped as she looked up, a howl of fury leaving the lungs of Fenrir as the sound of the snapping twig had also caught her attention. But she was surprised to see this stranger take care of the goblins around him so easily. It seemed that despite also appearing sort of new he had gotten his feet wet and was accustomed to how things worked. The spears of bone that ruptured the ground as they drove through goblin stomachs caused a slight wince from the Caenis. Her eyes turning to either side of her to watch two goblins almost reeling in disgust at the sight occuring before them.

As the initial two fell that he had dealt with, Fenrir moved her hands quickly grabbing a skull of either Goblin that stood either side of her. Sparks of lightning brushed around her arms before channeling down her forearms and dancing down the curls of her fingers and through the goblins. Now this wasn't enough to kill the creatures, but it slowed them. Goblin bodies filled with static, muscles failing to listen to commands given by the brain, the Caenis had then let go of the goblins before dropping herself into a spin, her moves looking like a combination from breakdancing as she went from a windmill into a backspin, before kicking her legs up, each heel connecting swiftly enough to take down the two goblins.

The protrusion of the tail allowed Fenrir's body to shift onto her back much easier as the Caenis rolled onto her shoulders, lifting her legs and tucking her knees. Fenrir kipped herself upright, legs carrying the waist which straightened itself as arms extended some, almost looking like she was sitting on an invisible chair. Fenrir's eyes looked over, and witnessed the Goblins that were feeling the fear from the mysterious human take it upon themselves to run like the wind and get away from the scene. If Fenrir knew anything and it was pretty slim for her to know anything. Goblins were always tough in a large group, but the quicker the numbers were taken from them, the quicker they lost their arrogance. Was this a case of that?

Had their quick actions brought about a quick end to the current objective of chasing them off? Fenrir had a feeling in her gut that more would come, but that was a feeling that was getting ignored as a hand raised, pointing it towards the human. The finger that pointed was soon pointing upwards as the palm was shown with other fingers raised, the hand gesture that was common for someone or something to stop that could understand the gesture. She didn't want him to approach her any closer than he was. Fenrir was the new player after all, and she didn't want to take any chances with him.

"Stop right there, I don't know who you are, but don't come any closer. I appreciate the help and I know I probably would have died but I get the feeling you want something?"

Fenrir had asked, keeping the hand that was up, up. She wasn't lowering her guard for this man, nor did she want him any closer. The idea alone of being skewered by the bones like a piece of meat didn't exactly set Fenrir's mind alight with great images, nor did it please her to even have the thought of being killed by bone spears fill her thoughts. She just had to hope that he wasn't going to attack her there and then.

Remy stood there as he watched the female as she went about her destructive rampage that ended the lives of several of the goblins, a small smile on his face. Her movements were inelegant and seemed to be guided by simple instinct, but they still possessed an animalistic beauty to them. He was sure that once she had spent some more time in this world and got to learn its mechanics better that she would be a force to be reckoned with.

His gaze then turned from her to the rest of the goblins that remained, their nerve had been shaken, but they hadn't fled, which was unusual for goblins. While Remy himself was still a new player so he wasn't an expert on the psychology of a goblin, all the ones that he had encountered so far had fled the second that it was clear they were outmatched. But these ones were different for some reason, they knew that if they attacked that they were going to die but for some reason, they stayed and were still willing to fight.

Remy narrowed his eyes slightly as he stared at the disgusting green humanoids that were watching them from the tree lines, they weren't advancing on them, but they weren't leaving either. Given the reactions of the goblins, he assumed that they weren't going to attack them now, they would probably sit there just out of reach and watch what they do. Remy then turned his attention back to the female and chuckled slightly as he shook his head.

"Now now, there is no reason to be wary of me, I only came here because I heard you screaming. I am a new player to Terrasphere and I was just out here looking to get stronger. The only thing I have really seen to fight around here has been goblins and wolves." He then turned his head and looked back at the goblins that were still watching them. "Like I said, I am a new player, so I don't know very much about this world yet, but these goblins are acting different from any others that I have ran into so far. The ones I have encountered up until now would have run the minute that we killed so many of their friends so quickly".

Remy then turned his head and looked back at the female and smiled softly "Oh I am sorry, where are my manners today, I am Remy LeBlanc." He then turned at looked back at the goblins once again "I wonder why they are acting different, do they have a leader or something that is telling them to act like this?"

The simple fact that he said to "not be wary" was enough reason to be so. Fenrir listened to him as he went on his tangent about the differences he noted about the green humanoids. She was barely in the game long to notice what differentiated between this and what he said was 'normal behaviour'. Not that it mattered, they weren't strong, the problem they posed -- regardless if they ran or not -- was the numbers they held in regard.

There was a sudden shift as he apologised for his manners and introduced himself as @Remy Leblanc . She gave a quick reply of her own name, almost sounding as if she lost interest.
"Fenrir."

It was quick and concise. But he probed the question once more. Which drew the Caenis to give a shrug of her shoulders. Fenrir didn't care for their state of mind. They were regarded as monsters so they would perish. That's just how it was. That's how it would be. But as she took a second to think about it, she realised something.

He actually had a point.

If they were being controlled and told to do something then this could be problematic, they would have to act to protect others. No doubt there was people within this 'world' who didn't have the means to combat a goblin, let alone a horde of the green creatures. But it mattered not the ones that remained were looking to step forward. Fenrir's knee's pushed outwards as heels lifted from the ground, the Caenis allowing arms to fall forwards.

[Dynamism] activated, and she burst forth, the few remaining goblins seemed to cry out at the same time, with the Caenis quickly striking them from the back, combining the use of her Dynamism and Martial Arts skills. She wiped her hands before pushing on one with a foot. Yeah that didn't look tasty, she did not want to try eating that, whatever it was going to taste like she didn't want to risk it.

Standing watched the female for a moment and nodded when she offered her name in return, Fenrir after the giant wolf from Nordic mythology which he had to admit was kind of fitting from what he had seen of her so far. The only thing that that was majorly different between the two of them was their gender, other than that, she seemed to possess the ferociousness that the son of Loki was known for. But none of that was important at the moment, not while they still had enemies near them.

However, that problem would soon seem to rectify itself as once again the female burst into action, moving at a dazzling speed, she quickly dispatched the remaining goblins around them while Remy watched on. She may have been a brand-new player but from what he could tell, she was intuitively picking up on how things worked in this world. He once again thought about how once she got some experience under her belt that she would be a force to be reckoned with and not someone that he wanted to get on the bad side of.

Remy then turned his attention back to the green-skinned humanoids and thought for a moment, while goblins were relatively weak on their own, the minute that they started to gather in a horde they became exponentially more dangerous. While he doubted that any player would have a problem with goblins, no matter how many of them there were, he was more concerned about the NPCs of this world. How many of them could come across a goblin horde and survive, and unlike players when they died, they were gone for good. He narrowed his eyes as he moved over to one of the dead goblins that he had skewered with the bone spears, he needed answers, and this was how he was going to get them.

Remy then bent down and closed his eyes as he placed his hands on the forehead of one of the dead goblins, a scene unfolding behind his closed eyelids. By combining his Animancy and Spirit Magic Masteries, he was able to see the recent memories of something that had recently died, the longer they had been dead and the further back the memory was the harder it was to retrieve. But the memory that he was after couldn't have been that old so it should be relatively easy to retrieve.

Suddenly a scene started to unfold behind his closed eyelids, this specific goblin was walking through a dark and damp cave that was filled with other goblins, a startling number of them. What surprised him the most was that some of them were larger in stature than the rest, which Remy could only assume were the subspecies known as hobgoblins. A larger and more powerful version of a goblin, one that you don't see very often. Opening his eyes, he turned and looked at the female near him "This was only a small number of the goblins, from what I saw there could be hundreds of them hiding in a cave not that far from here. There is a small village not far from here called Honeyhome and if we don't do something about this horde it could be in danger".

Fenrir watched as Remy knelt down and placed a hand on one of the goblins he had skewered with his bone spikes, the Caenis tilting a head, confusion spreading. Unsure of what he was going on with, it was dead, was there any reason for him to do what he was doing? She turned her attention to one of the ones laying by her feet as she crouched and poked a finger at ones face.

The index finger poked at the cheek, merely idling her time waiting for him to respond on whatever it was he was doing. Once the sound of his voice filled the air, she turned her head slightly, looking over her shoulder, before her hands planted on the knees and she pushed herself to her feet. This was just a strange setting, she spawned in on this world and found herself already in something deep.
"More... Goblins?"

Fenrir asked, rhetorically. Not exactly needing or wanting an answer. The beastfolk was hoping for an easier start to the game, rather than being thrown right into things. But what had caught her attention was the name of a location he spoke of. 'Honeyhome', it sounded sweet, like it's namesake. But was it? She couldn't answer.
"Honeyhome? Do they sell honey?"

Her words filled the air, saliva starting to pool at the right corner of her lips, before falling over the lip and trailing down to her chin. Fenrir slurped on the saliva as her hand raised to wipe it. There was that single minded brain cell at work. Her eyes remaining wide with curiosity. She had completely ignored the fact the small village could be in danger and that there was the chance at a horde being nearby, ready and waiting to do something.

Remy stood there looking at the female, a blank look on his face as he watched her obsess over the fact that the village had the word honey in its name. He couldn't tell if she was trying to role-play a character that was a brain-dead idiot or if the player behind the character was just that dense. Either way, it didn't matter at the moment, what was important right now was the goblin horde that was hiding in the caves.

Shaking his head Remy sighed slightly as he looked at Fenrir once again "I honestly don't know if they have honey or not, I haven't spent a lot of time inside the village since coming here" he said before smiling slightly as an idea came to his head. "However, if they do have honey here it won't last for very long if the goblins make their way here. They will destroy everything here including the honey" he said as he looked at her.

Her earlier actions reminded him of a simple-minded dog that could only focus on one thing at a time, and he decided that would be the best way to treat her for now. And he didn't know a better way to motivate a dog than the thought of getting treats or the thought that one might be taken away from them. He then turned his back on her as he looked at the fresh corpses that were around them, a wicked smile spreading across his face.

Remy then lifted his arms, his eyes flashing a purple color as he uttered a single word "Arise", and at his command, the corpses that weren't too badly damaged began to move. Slowly they stumbled to their feet and shuffled over to stand in front of him, there were only three of them but that was all he could manage given his current levels. Turning back to look at Fenrir he smiled slightly, a dangerous light glimmering in his eyes "What do you say, shall we go and kill those goblins and save the honey?"

Eyes watched as the male commented on his time in the world, which drew a thought through the beastfolks head. There was a strange feeling in the air about this whole situation. But if you wanted your name to be known in something like TS you had to do something that would draw attention your way, and what better way to start than protecting a village, even if your goal was to just slaughter goblins.

While musing the thoughts of what could happen if a horde of monsters attacked the people of the world who couldn't fight, the word 'arise' drew her from her thoughts as she watched three goblins rising to their feet and moving before Remy as if standing before their general. It seemed that his limit was three, or was it? Maybe he was just trying to lower her guard. But he knew more than her, if he really wanted her dead he could have done that already. Unless of course something prevented him from doing so.

His offer to leave and go hunt goblins brought a shrug from Fenrir. She didn't have anything else to do, so it was probably better than hanging around, waiting for something to do. She had given a nod to him in response to following and hunting the goblins. It didn't hurt to get more accustomed with the ways of combat in the world, and even exploring more of it.
"Sure, lead the way. I see no way this can go wrong for me."

The Caenis joked, being the new player between the two. However it stood that despite being the new player, as long as you could understand the basics of something you had no need to worry, and this would allow her to perhaps think up some kind of-- who are we kidding, honestly? The single brain cell was NOT going to think up tactics, but instead just treat it as a button masher, and just go nuts.

Remy stood there for a moment in silence as he looked at the female before he chuckled and shook his head ever so slightly. It really did seem like she was just a simple creature who was guided by base instinct, but that didn't matter to him, he was going to go and face the goblins even if she hadn't come with him. She may currently be thinking that he wanted to save the people who lived in the village, but that couldn't have been farther from the truth, but he was a good actor.

All that mattered to Remy was that he was able to increase his strength, the lives of some NPCs didn't matter to him in the slightest, but the thought of killing and then enslaving a horde of goblins to do his bidding now did excite him. The thought of being able to command hundreds of undead filled him with excitement, it was half of the reason that he had chosen Animancy as his main mastery when he started playing this game. And his first steps towards being the ruler of the undead that he wanted to be started here, with this pathetic goblin horde.

Remy then turned his back to the female and looked at the three zombie goblins he had created for a moment "Take me to where you came from" he said. The goblins stood there for a moment before they started to move, turning back to the female Remy smiled slightly "I thought this would be easier than trying to find the horde ourselves. You know what they say, when in a new country, find a guide and all that". A soft chuckle escaped his lips as he turned and made his way through the forest in the direction that the zombies had gone.

Remy made his way through the forest, doing his best to be as quiet as he could, even if it felt a little pointless due to the noise the zombies made as they crashed their way through the brush. Twigs and branches breaking, bushes rustling and the infernal telltale moaning of the undead filled the air, but he would limit his presence as much as he could. When they finally arrived at the clearing, Remy peered through the foliage of a bush at the cave ahead of them, the opening of which was guarded by four goblins.

Remy turned back and looked to the female who had come with him and chuckled slightly "Well it looks like we found the right place" he said. He turned his head and looked back at the cave "There are several ways that we could go about this, I could send the zombies in and have them distract the guards and we slip in quietly. Or We can just bust in the front and start slaughtering every ugly green-skinned thing that we see, what do you think?" he asked without looking at her.

When in a new country, find a guide? Was there a saying like that? Probably, but was there any care? Not at all. What mattered was that they were able to get from point a, to point b. Did it matter how long it took? Not at all. But as they often said when you were in Rome, you did as the romans did, and so she would follow his lead.

Making their way through the forest, the three zombified goblins trampled their way through, not caring, but behind them? Behind them Remy was taking his time, and behind him? Fenrir not caring at all. Arms behind her head as fingers linked resting palms against the back of her head as they walked. The Caenis' eyes flicked left and right, keeping an eye out to see if there was any of the goblins friends lurking around.

When they had finally come to stop, she peered forwards, seeing the four goblin guards. A grin flashed upon the beastfolk's face.
"We just have to take care of them, quickly, right?"

Fenrir spoke, parting the foliage they were hiding behind. Allowing it to close behind her. The tail swaying as she took a few strides, hands moving to each other as knuckles were cracked.
"If you need a distraction, allow me to create one for you."

Fenrir spoke. Lowering her arms and taking a few more strides forward. The idea of fighting in an enclosed space didn't exactly suit her, it felt constricting, so it was better to fight in the open, there was more space, less chance of hitting something on accident. As she approached she whistled the guards, getting their attention. It was four on one, surely they could win? As they began to rush towards her, she lurched forwards, activating her [Dynamism] and [Aeromancy] to create lightning as she warped like a bolt of lightning, the only indication she stopped was the burst of sound.

It sounded like a bolt of lightning had struck something, as her figure appeared between two of them, her upper arms smashing into the faces of two Goblins, the impact enough to shatter bone upon impact. The two goblins didn't have enough time to scream out before they were sent directly into the ground from impact. Beastfolk liked to fight on instinct, using whatever they could to win a fight.

That's what Fenrir did. She reached out, grabbing a goblin by the skull, and throwing the one she grabbed at the other, but she followed quickly, the [Dynamism] still active as she burst forwards, a hand planting on one Goblin as she used the momentum she carried and the weight of her force and the other Goblin to plant the two in the ground, crushing another's skull, before kicking herself free, and planting her heel in the remaining ones skull, before stepping off.
"Oh? Done already? That wasn't really a distraction, was it?"

Remy stayed crouched within the foliage as the female stepped out, he wasn't sure what a brand-new player thought she was going to do but he didn't know her, so it wasn't his responsibility to stop her. A soft whistle exited his lips as he watched the quick destruction of the goblin guards from his hiding spot, it then just occurred to him that the female could be a prodigy of the game. The only other explanation was that she was using the game assist mode, and now that he thought more about it that answer made more sense to him.

Now that all of the goblins that were guarding the entrance to the cave had been massacred, and that really was the only word that described her quick dispatching of them, Remy stepped out and made his way over. He looked at the scene of the grisly destruction around him and couldn't help but feel slightly annoyed at the total waste of perfectly good goblin specimens since she had destroyed the skulls and brains of most of them. Turning he looked at the female and chuckled slightly "Next time, can you try and leave the heads intact for me? It's easier for me to reanimate something that way, my Animancy mastery isn't high enough yet for anything else" he said before turning to look down the darkened cave.

As he looked down the depths of the darkened corridor, he couldn't help but feel as if there were hundreds of eyes staring back at him, a thought that brought a small smile to his face. If everything went correctly here, he might be able to get some good necromantic samples, maybe even trade in his goblin zombies for a hobgoblin or two. He then turned to look back at the female once again "Okay, from here on we are going to encounter a lot more goblins than we have so far. From what I saw in these goblin's memories there is a whole horde in here and they are being led by what they consider to be the goblin king or something, so we will need to be careful" having said that he started off walking into the darkness of the cave.

The Caenis rolled shoulders forward, and then backwards. The sound of footsteps approaching as Remy began to make his comments about the goblin heads. A brow was raised in her response to his complaints regarding the treatment of the goblins. Fenrir rolled her eyes at his comments, they were enemies in a game, it didn't matter the outcome, they were going to be killed regardless. That was the entire point in this game, kill the monsters, get xp. It may not have been everything in this game, but it was a large part of most of them.
"Don't cry about it. It's just a couple of dead Goblins, there's no use crying over spilled milk."

Fenrir joked at his complaints, not exactly showing much care about his problems. She watched as he approached the entrance to the hole that the four had been guarding. A hand stroked her chin, musing over the thoughts of what was to be inside. Regardless it was going to be inside that cave so space was going to be limited. That meant difficulty for her fighting in there, she just had to hope there was space.
"Oh, look, I guess you'll get some goblins if you're lucky."

She took a few steps towards him, stepping by him to peer into the cave, a hand moving up to her canine ears, an audible muse of thought leaving her lips, trying to listen in on whatever was happening, but despite her appearance she couldn't quite hear what was happening in the cave. She was hoping to hear something, anything. Be it goblins shuffling around, or the sounds of chatter, maybe even weapons. But nothing, just stillness.

Her eyes glanced in his direction, he didn't give her a lot of information. Was the lack of sound perhaps down to them sitting and waiting to move? Had they been alerted to on-comers and were hoping to get the drop on them, or had they simply been told to stay put, and bide their time? The Caenis couldn't exactly tell what it was. But it was a problem nonetheless.

Remy slowly walked into the darkness of the cave, his eyes peering from side to side as he looked for any sign of the goblins that he knew were in there. The eerie silence paired with the smell of the damp cave had his senses trained to the absolute max as his anxiety climbed by the second just waiting for an unseen goblin to attack him from a dark corner. He refused to allow himself to be caught off guard or get overconfident simply because they were here hunting goblins, even an experienced adventurer could get overpowered by the number of goblins that were supposed to be hiding inside of this cave.

The deeper into the cave they went, the darker their surroundings got, and the more worried Remy got about getting attacked by a goblin that they walked past unseen. The only thing that lessened that worry was the fact that the three zombie goblins that he had created were leading the way and their undead eyes could see even in complete darkness. With those three here it was highly unlikely that a goblin would go unnoticed but not completely impossible.

As they progressed deeper into the cave, they came to a bend in the way and suddenly Remy could hear and smell the evidence of the goblins that were there. The putrid smell of the disgusting creatures assaulted his nostrils and made him want to vomit but he pushed the urge down as he listened to them speak in their guttural tongue. He had no clue what they were saying, but knowing what he did of goblins he was sure that it wasn't anything pleasant.

Remy then looked at his zombies and nodded his head slightly to signal for them to take out the goblins around the bend. The three shambled off and a second later the sounds of blades being plunged into flesh and the strangled death cries could be heard which brought a small smile to Remys face. However, he wasn't the only one who heard it as the air soon filled with the screams of enraged goblins and the sounds of their running feet could be heard.

Remy turned back to the female and shrugged his shoulders slightly "Well I tried to do stealthy, but it appears that that is off the table" he said before turning to look in the direction of the sound. He took a deep inhale as he readied himself for the fight that he knew was coming and ran around the bend and into the darkness that awaited.

Fenrir's sense of sound was amplified, so she could certainly hear more than Remy, at least basing off appearance, and judging that she might have been hearing much better than him. But she slowly followed him through the caves. Feeling her own arms moving around her body, arms pressing against her chest as she rubbed hands down her opposite upper arms, trying to pass off shivers. She didn't like the cramped space.

Now, it wasn't that Fenrir had any sort of phobias, but it didn't feel free, there was no sense of freedom in these dark dull caves. The only sounds permeating them were the hushed steps of hers and Remy's, the sluggish trudge of the zombies and what sounded like clinging metal as they pushed deeper and deeper into the cave.

As they continued walking, her ears twitched, she could hear some form of broken speech, it had caused the Caenis to bite her lower lip, was a battle brewing in these cramped tunnels? It had probably taken Remy a minute to hear the sounds after she had heard them, and he urged his zombies to round the bend and strike. But of course he planned for something and by the sounds of the following screams his plan was foiled!

However in that moment of the screams, Fenrir's hands rushed to push down her ears as she staggered, almost recoiling in pain from their gutteral screams of anger. Eyes shutting, and only slightly opening as he spoke and then decided to rush off in the sound he sent his zombies off too. The Caenis took a moment to calm her breathing and step forward lowering her arms. She flicked her ears listening to the sounds, the details filling her drums as she listened to the sounds. Remy was running into danger.
"Uh oh... That's gonna be a little problem."

Fenrir commented, she could pick up a large amount of rushed steps, pants of breath as the various goblins rushed and tried to push by each other. Her eyelids had closed over, allowing the full sense of sound to take over. She could feel a mind map forming based on the soundwaves as they bounced and echoed throughout the cave. The thing that got her curious was sound nearby, coming from the bend. It was as if there was another way to go. She could hear two goblins as they sprung out a secret room that was hidden. They heard Remy rush away, and as the two started to move, she leaned her body back.

[Martial Arts] and [Aeromancy] activating in one quick action as her body surged like a bolt of lightning, her left hand pushing one goblin skull into the wall as she caught the other with a flailing leg. The impact stunned the two goblins, before she pushed her own body between Remy and the two goblins. She watched the second one she struck shaking off the attack a little, she was quick to point a finger at the goblin.
"Lightning!"

A bolt of lightning surged from her finger, bursting the goblins skull and dropping it's body. The other was still struggling to rise, it wasn't dead however. Concussion had taken it, which allowed her a moment to catch her breath. She didn't have to look over her shoulder to see where Remy was. The flick of her left ear showing the slight detail of her focusing in on his particular pattern of sound, being able to tell it was him from how he ran.

Remy slowly made his way deeper into the cave system, his eyes narrowed as he attempted to see in the ever-growing darkness around him. The sounds of the goblin horde approaching them got louder by the second as well, a small part of him could help but feel excited at the thought of the fight to come. Suddenly, from a small hole in the wall that the darkness concealed three small goblins jumped, they were attempting to take Remy by surprise, however, what they weren't expecting was for three of their own to block their attacks.

Remy smiled as he watched his zombies intercept his would-be assassins and stop them in their tracks, the surprised looks on their faces at other goblins getting in their way almost caused him to bust out laughing. The first of the three zombies plunged the small dagger that it was wielding into the throat of its unsuspecting victim, the goblin hadn't even tried to protect itself since it didn't view another goblin as an enemy. The other two goblins, after seeing one of their own murder another, backed off slowly attempting to talk to the zombies in their guttural dialect trying to make sense of their actions.

Their small brains were incapable of understanding the concept of undead, that the three who stood before them had already been killed and were nothing more than mindless slaves of Remy's will. The three zombies in unison descended on the second goblin, their fingers and teeth tearing into its flesh with a disgusting squelching sound as blood and flesh were flung all over. The sounds of raw wet being chewed filled the cavern as did the smell of large amounts of blood all while Remy stood by and watched with a satisfied look on his face. There was only one goblin left that had attempted to kill him and it wouldn't last much longer.

Remy turned his attention to the final surviving goblin and tilted his head slightly as he looked at it stands there quivering in fear, not understanding the situation at hand. It just couldn't understand why other goblins had attacked and killed its friends instead of the human behind them and that confusion and fear on its face was like a fine wine to Remy. He savored the terrified look more than anything else before he lifted his hand and the eyes of the lone surviving goblin widened in disbelief.

The pitiful creature looked down at its body to find a spear of polished bone protruding from its chest that hadn't been there a second before. Remy had caused the spear to protrude from the ground behind the goblin and impaled it from behind while it had been too terrified to move, the goblin then couched up blood before going limp and hanging slumped over the spear in death. But before Remy could move a muscle, ten more goblins rounded the corner and appeared before them, and he knew that this was just the beginning of the horde that had finally caught up to them.

The opening to the room that Remy and Fenrir were in was suddenly blocked off by bone bars as Remy narrowed his eyes slightly. He quickly turned his head to look at her "Well it looks like this is where we are going to have to make our stand since they caught up to us faster than I was expecting" he said before turning his attention back to the goblins. With a wave of his hands, the bones disappeared, and the goblins leaped into the room ready for battle.

Listening to the sounds passing into her left ear, the Caenis was still having eyes trained on the groggy goblin that was slowly rising. As soon as it had gotten to it's feet, she had stepped forward, and threw her foot in an arc. Using the tips of her toes to catch the goblins cheek bone with all her strength. She heard the crack of bone sound like a drum, but it wasn't the cheek bone, it was the audible sounds of spinal cord twisting and fracturing as the goblin's neck was broken. The momentum carried it in a circle, sending it spinning into a wall. A breath passed through her lips. Wriggling toes within the shoe.

As the foot landed, she could make out what was some sort of confused broken speech. She guessed that meant that Remy had run into some form of trouble. Goblin-tongue was difficult to comprehend, it sounded like noises. As if using the throat to make sounds akin to coughing of phlegm. She gave a shake of her head before twisting her body to run down the corridors in a jogging like fashion. She followed the sounds of what was to be a quick battle, and as she arrived at the scene, bones erupted formed gates around them.

Taking a second to catch her breath, she looked around at the room. He still had his three zombies in one piece. But his comments brought a shrug from the Caenis.
"What did you expect? You just bolted half-assed into their lair, like some kind of psychopath."

The beastfolk stated, before allowing her eyes to shut, trying to get an idea of just how many Goblins were waiting to leap into the fray, each was breathing heavily, almost in anger that two beings just waltzed in here, killed their brothers and thought nothing of it! But as the bones fell, and the first one leaped, her body burst into lightning, as she zapped in front of it, her body twisted, back to the goblin as she continued to twist, driving her heel into the neck, the momentum carrying her foot through the neck. The lightning softened the flesh enough for her to cut through it with her foot.

The body continued it's path, but having no strength it just bounced off the ground, laying there lifeless. Her body landing near it as she planted a foot on the head like it was a football. Her foot pulled back, before slipping under the head, before flicking it up with her foot. Fenrir continued to taunt the others, bouncing the head up with her foot like it was some kind of toy.
