It was a quiet and sunny day. Brutus found himself somewhere new, his feet having caught a severe case of wanderlust and brought him here to Pormont. In truth, he'd never been out this way because most work didn't take him out this way. Most job listings for Portmont were basic chores, the minor quests that revolved around you dragging X mguffin to Y NPC in order to get Z, who you took to Mr. A for B. Brutus wasn't keen on trade chains or shoeing horses, but this land had a sense of idyllic beauty to it. Waves of golden grain swayed in the breeze, the sky was bright blue with nary a cloud in the sky. It was wide and open, free of potential goblin ambushes or threat of wolves.
Yawning, the Giant checked his UI to make sure all of his bars were properly taken care of. He would never know when he would need to make use of his masteries, get into a tussle, or need to stop and chow down on some grub. Life as the up and coming hero of the people tended to be like that. Munching on an apple he'd picked back in Brisshal, he mused what sort of adventure he would get up to today, if any at all.
