_____Thousand had never dealt with mountains before, most the area he lived in was flat and forest and not much else. It was partly that reason he was a bit winded having not been very used to the thinner oxygen in some area he had been using to look around for his prey. Yes, it was simply one battle to resupply, to enhance gear, and then back into hunting. This time around he was hunting something far more elusive then his last prey. Sure his last resulted in a dead end and him just fighting some jade jaguars but this one he hoped was better.

_____Rumor around the battle junkie groups was a massive giant that learned from each fight it was allowed to survive and would fight stronger each time. Thousand was excited for such an aspect to see just what the giant chose to use as a weapon, if he bothered with armor, or if it was fast or slow. There was so many things he wanted to know and why he chose to head up to the sighting spots to start the hunt for it. Most times Thousand killed his hunts and used a part of them in his next weapons, a trophy system if anyone looked at the man with over ten swords attached to his character.

_____Each had a story, each from a foe that gave him a run for his money even with his best blade before hand. Each blade crafted from the blood, sweat, and parts of both his foe and himself. Crafted with the intent to push forward and fight stronger foes, to craft better weapons. he had no need for armor, no need for anything but sharp weapons and his wits as he hopped atop a large stone most others would have to climb to reach what he could in a jump. He was built to move fast, and hit harder as he scanned the area around him and clicked his tongue. Yet again no sign of the giant that nobody told much about how it looked.

"I swear if this is another dead end Hunt I'm going to be real pissed off that I wasted another day off hunting..."

_____Thousand grumbled as he knelt and then hopped back to the ground and kept walking. He did not bother to draw his weapons, nothing was around him and why he had not given up hope of the hunt. Normally he had to deal with a few small fry maybe a mini boss by now but this place was dead as the landscape coated in rock and without vegetation. Whistling lightly as he resumed walking at his abnormal speeds. He would at the very least practice moving at his top speeds to make the trip slightly fruitful.

These mountains were actually impressive. He had made a mental map of things before actually coming here. One could never be too prepare after all. A factor he knew personally from experience was --- well people lied. So he wouldn't hold too much to things he overheard by listening into conversations that he wasn't involved in at all. He made little mental side notes as he made his journey along the various landscapes. His goal was to make it all along Terraspeare. He would fight what was in his way and deal with it as he ran into it. His first fighting experience was from so long ago, and now he had replaced that stick with a sword. Not just a sword, but several sharp pointy things. He had rather a collection of things going, but one could never have too much when it came down to it.

It wasn't enough to load him down. The long sword at his hip was the item he had spent the most time crafting and making perfect. Of course he had a few daggers here and there along his body-- but nothing that would weight him down when it came to fighting whatever came his way. He tended to piss people... and well beasties off as well. It was a challenge for him. It had started with just the basic reflectes and then it went to greater heights. Though what had brought him to these mountains? First off the adventure of exploring various places and making his own little mental map. Though the most important thing was he had overheard a delish piece of information. Somewhere around here was a massive giant, it learned from each fight and it got stronger. It might just be some rumour to get stupid people to get themselves lost and perhaps eaten by various beasties out here.

It was going to be a challenge for him. He would make it his goal in order to draw this giant out. He cared not how big the thing was nor of its stats. This would probably be his first big prey-- much less prey that was by himself. Though he was confident , he would be able to handle anything that this world threw at him. Hell, he would even make it a point to find this giant and piss it off himself. People might call his type of thinking and behaviour-- well stupid--- but he couldn't help it. Something about him just enjoyed pissing people off. "Yes, until it backfires on ya, champ." He clicked his tongue as the little demon actually chose such words. It could be seen as the voice making fun of him. "What you don't think I can do it? Think I am going to get myself hurt." He gave a little half growl as he spoke outloud to his inner demon.

Doing so made the demon give a barking of laughter inside his head. **"No, never. I would *never* think of such things, champ."** This little demon was probably the very reason that drove him closer and closer into pits that he shouldn't probably head towards. Odd how it was never this loud when he had first logged into Terrasphere, now that he came back-- this little demon seemed to have so much more to it. His ears slightly twitched at the sound of whistling and the sound of someone moving at a top speed. Wind going and breaking along their body as they passed. He hummed, so it appeared he wasn't alone after all. He couldn't help but move towards the sound of the whistling. Crimson eyes watching from his perch.

The silver haired male ended up on a slightly higher ground than the other. Seemed that the two males had come up slightly different angles. The elf didn't have much issues with the mountains. The air might be denser, but he was doing just fine. He had to wonder what this male was doing in the mountains. Was he here to do some training that was only capable here? Was he perhaps after the giant too? If so-- this might end up being an interesting day indeed. He jumped down, it wasn't too far down to where the other was. He too had no weapon drawn, but if just by sight alone-- he would say the other was probably more advanced than he was. He clearly had more weapons. Though sometimes more weapons didn't mean more skilled. It was how one used said skills. "Look at this" he said with a smile. "Seems I wasn't alone after all. I was beginning to grow bored of nothing being around. You seem quite interesting enough." He gave off no aura about him, he seemed cheerful enough. Seemed like he was just another adventurer who happened upon the other and decided to speak. Camus was really sizing the other up.

_____He was just going to keep having a bit more of a laid back search, up until the new person showed up and added another call out for lady fate to do something. Hands resting on his new blades while looking around and mostly ignoring Camus for the time being to ensure he did not need to go knock on wood or curse lady fate for being a prickly bitch having him have two back to back hunts where he had to babysit someone else.

_____With nothing standing out enough to warrant added unease Thousand would take a hand off one of his swords to look over the man who deiced to just drop in and put himself at risk of getting cut in two had Thousand been any more on edge or angry about the lack of hunt. He did not exactly scream 'strong' to be in such a region, but due to the giant or something else here the area was far less dangerous it seemed. Adjusting to stand up strait while scratching the back of his head.

"I would not go as far as to call me interesting I'm out here to hunt down something to get stronger, nothing else really."

_____Thousand's tone was deflated, he was not going to give the man a rise or entertainment. he was not here to make friends, not here to chat, not here to deal with anything but a fight that would hopefully push him to learn more or give him the last shove he needed to get stronger and master the art of swords. Unaware himself of the danger that was looming nearby.

Note: Welcome to make a DC 50 Awareness check to notice they being watched by something nearby.

❰ 2000 / 2000 ❱

❰ 90 / 100 ❱

List of things to note!
Hidden: Hewmalog is currently watching from his hiding spot. Unless a DC 50 awareness roll is made he will start next round with Full SP and get off his 'Dual lariat' attack. Passing this DC will reduce SP bar to 20 without the attack hitting both targets.
Attacking Hewmalog: Dealing damage to Hewmalog will trigger 5 Retalation damage and grant him +10SP.
Cycle turn: Each cycle Hewmalog will roll a D2, to decide his target (1=Camus, 2=Thousand.) and deal 1d10+5 Damage to rolled target.
SP bar: When SP reaches 0 or lower Hewmalog becomes vunrable, attacks dealing x2 damage to him. If it reaches 100 on his cycle turn (immediately after Thousand's post) Will preform 'Duel Lariat' attack both Thousand and Camus for 1d10+10 damage each draining SP bar down to 20SP.
Death disabled: As this is a 'unofficial' thread death is not permitted by rules. At zero or less hp the indivudal is knocked out and will awake after fighting has concluded, has been healed, or when both fighters are downed and Hewmalog choses to defend them until they awake next cycle.

_____Hewmalog wanted to sleep, Hewmalog was not in mood to deal with more little angry people. but Hewmalog slept in plain sight, Hewmalog was used as standing point as people seemed to be looking for Hewmalog and Hewmalog did not like it. Hewmalog's eyes would slowly open, Hewmalog did not dare move to give away Hewmalog spot until Hewmalog was ready! Watching as red hair little angry person spoke to white hair angry? person. Hewmalog did not sense hostile from white hair one as Hewmalog watched them.

_____But it was clear to Hewmalog, they sought to fight Hewmalog! Hewmalog would give all Hewmalog had! Slowly arms began to shift, frame pulling off the ground as Hewmalog got into a starting position behind the large rocks. Ready Hewmalog was, ready to tackle both the angry little people. They come for Hewmalog, but Hewmalog was smart, Hewmalog would make the first move if they did not act carefully.

One could never predict how new people would react. That is what made observing and biding ones time important when meeting someone in such a place. There were those that the logic of such went out the window, but the other seemed interesting-- in an off sort of way. Looking for something, perhaps the same thing he was. Though the other didn't even seem to acknowledge him and well that did irk the silver haired elf. Camus wasn't afraid of the other's sword perhaps going to try to cut him. No-- he sort of wanted that. To engaged in a fight, it didn't have to be with this giant-- but if it was with the red head... it could lead to interesting experience too.

A hand went off his sword and finally he was acknowledged. He didn't seem strong , not in the sense of one who was extremely too bulked up. Yet he did have multiple swords, and that was something that peaked his interest. He couldn't have been able to tell where he had been perched before, but now on the same level-- it seemed each sword was crafted differently. "Ooooo is that so. Perhaps we could make a contest of this , not so interesting one~ As I'm here for the same thing." The other sounded like he wanted nothing to do with him and that alone--- well it made Camus want to poke on said person more. He enjoyed tormenting others in various ways-- and yes being like some parasite was a way of tormenting.

Who knew he might just get to test his own strengths with the other. If someone got bored enough-- sometimes said boredom meant to use any type of party member to release said boredom. Now he didn't even know the red head's name nor had a party request even been reached out for. Though they seemed to have similar goals. Would the other take the bait to have a little friendly competition? "And I would call you interesting. Anyone who carries as many swords as you -- there has to be one interesting tale behind it all. Tell ya what-- we do a little competition and should I win. Well I get that tale." Just what would the other say behind it all? What would this competition actually include, should the other agree. Regardless, the red head wouldn't be relieved of the parasitic elf so easily. A chill ran over his spine, something was watching them. Ears twitched slightly at the slightest shifting. Oh the smirk that went over the other's lips. Would he tell the other. "So that competition? Yeah?" They were being watched, which meant the action was about to start. Now did he even tell the other his name? Nope. He was getting ready for any attack that might come his way. He was ready for whatever came his way.

_____Thousand did not like how the man was acting. Yes he enjoyed a good competition but if it was against the same prey it was harder to tell who was the 'winner' and it really was not that tasteful a thing to do either. Tapping the blade on his shoulder as Thousand simply shrugged until he noticed the ears twitching on the man despite nothing being said. The perk of such a stillness was how the subtle could be noted.

_____Hands reaching to his sides as Arcane hands would begin to pull each blade to match the motion of the swordsman, ten blades drawn, two in his own hands and the rest beginning to drift around him. Sure it was not what most used Arcane magic for but his weapons had more work into them and could do more damage even with a weak and slow swing then an arcane blade. Kicking off the ground at full speed towards the moving boulder that as Thousand got closer seemed to be the prey.

"Well Hi there, How about a little fight, mister 'learning giant'? Could benefit us both."

_____Even though Thousand had just asked the question he did not give the giant much time to think or reply with a yes or no before he was swinging weapons and attacking the giant without slowing down. For thousand the speed was almost normal at this point, and he knew enough to attack the inner parts of joints to try and bring the big target down but as this was not a death match he would simply aim to keep cutting until the enemy buckled.

_____Hewmalog thought Hewmalog was hidden, but the moment white hair little person's ears twitched the angry red head was rushing Hewmalog. Hewmalog tried to defend, arms moving down to swat the little person away and paid little mind to his comments. Hewmalog was more mad at the white hair one for giving Hewmalog away. Grumbling as the giant ran away from Thousand towards Camus with fist pulled back.

_____Arm shoving forward as Hewmalog approached the elf, ready to drive it into his gut as Hewmalog grumbled and stood back up fully to tower over the area. Built purely of muscle, scars all across Hewmalog's frame as he roared at both the white hair little person and angry red hair person. Fist banging his chest as he inhaled and spoke with a booming voice as he waved at both his foes.

"Hewmalog does not take kindly to little people stepping on Hewmalog's head! Hewmalog does not take kindly to little people ruining Hewmalog's surprise lariat! Hewmalog does not like getting attacked by angry little people! Hewmalog accepts challenge of both little people!

All he got was simple shrug from the other. "Seems ya might have picked the wrong one here, champ." Sometimes he could do without the little demon inside his mind. He might not even get a stir out of the other. Though he might just get that challenge after all. Though he was already behind. More swords, a nice use for the magic-- at least in his book. Some might not see it as such, though this storage system-- it was something that could be quite handy. Each sword wasn't like the other. Though not much time was spent admiring, analzing the other. Though he would let the other have the first attack. Not like it would do much-- the giant was angry now. Camus, well he half purred at the thought. Some might call him a freak for his enjoyment of getting a raise out of things.

Ready to counter it with his sword, but he was hit. He hissed some as he was sent backwards. He landed half in a crouch and that was when the laughter started. "Oh you accept the challenge? I'm glad someone acknowledges the challenge. This is gonna be fun, Hemmy." This was the learning giant, he would bring it down and get even stronger. He might mot have multiple swords, but his sword wasn't anything to sneeze at. Sure it was work in progress, but nothing made for better progress like battle did.

He went to pick up his sword that had fallen from his grasp when he had been thrown backward by Hemalog fist colliding into his gut. Crimson eyes shining some in pure joy as he focused on just a little bit of Hewmalog blood going into the blade. It was such a good thing the other cut the giant for him. Had to make his work in progress would seek more blood after all, only a little bit of his hemomancy would be needed to start-- more would surly come.

_____He would never understand some people, watching Camus laugh after being struck. To be fair he was partly the same after he had died in the game so maybe that was just something everyone got on the first death. Shaking his head as he would start to run to get right back to attacking the giant who seemed to enjoy saying his own name. All that mattered to Thousand was the spar was accepted so he did not feel as bad for attacking something that could speak.

_____Watching the Giant it seemed like it wanted to follow some martial style reminding the swordsman of the wild wolf girl he had met not that long ago. Why people used themselves as weapons was not a enjoyable topic for him. Sure it meant without them if you got caught you be just as dangerous but it also cut range down if you did not have speed, limited mobility to have the muscle to make the strikes pack a real punch. Once more shaking his head to stop thinking so much as Both Thousand and Hewmalog traded blows.

"If your gonna keep up with me you will need to either hit harder, or hit more often!"

_____Thousand jumped back before another blow could be traded between the two of them, his blades dropping a little in the air as he fought to keep focus on the Arcane hands that kept them afloat. He had the damage himself, but his durability was horse radish if not worse. Growling to himself that he might need to think about getting better at defense sooner or later to take on anything possibly stronger.

Who knew why Camus was like this. Camus didn't even know why sometimes. He would sometimes blame the little demon-- but perhaps he was just naturally psychotic or really just enjoyed the thrill of battle. That or tormenting others really. He wasn't aiming for just damaging the giant, he would wish to kill it in the end. Camus was sadistic and enjoyed tormenting a tad too much. There was level of degrees of it. Though if his sword was involved-- it could get bad-- at least for the other on the other end. Who knew what would happen if Camus did actually end up dying in game though. Would he end up worse.. or perhaps a little better? It would probably only be a matter of time before he did get himself into one of those situations. Though his goal was to make himself stronger, he would do that and continue to go from there.

He did watch as Thousand and the giant traded blows, but the moment the other seemed to fault in his focus-- well it was a perfect opportunity to get in a hit of his own. He had been watching the two and how they fought The giant hit not with any weapon, but his fists and whole body was a weapon. For a giant who learned with each fight, one would assume that the giant would carry some type of weapon. Though that seemed to not be the case at all. On the other hand, the red head used magic to keep swords afloat-- though that surely must take a lot out of him while fighting. The little challenge would be complete with him dealing the final blow-- he would make it so. He couldn't let the other male win this.

Though with the wonderful blows being dealt, it meant that there would be more blood for him to use. A little bit began to flow towards the sword, but it was by far not what he would wish for it. Though it was still a trail run, nothing ever ran smoothly without little bumps along the road. He was by no means fully used to this just yet, so a little was better than nothing. "And seems you forgot that I was part of this two. How mean of you to try to take him all by yourself." If anything it sounded almost like he was taunting the other in some sense-- be it playful teasing or true taunting, who knew. This was a challenge though, even if the other male had only made a gesture and hadn't fully vocalized it. No the giant , Hemmy, had vocalized his want for this challenge. So it would be rude to not give the giant what he wished.

He would continue to chop away at the giant until he got what he wanted. In the end, he would have gotten a step closer to what he wished for his work in progress. He would have gotten to take down the learning giant and who knows might even get to carve up a giant to death. Oh once he got truly into the battle there would be no telling how sadistic the elf would end up getting.

_____In a sense Thousand felt a bit bad for the giant, while he was surely a 'tanky' as the man thought most would say individual. There was a very keen gap in combat and add on the fact he was having to fight two separate people only made the more kinder side of the male feel bad for him. He would not count this as a direct win against the gaint, much less so as he watched him swing to try and backhand Camus to stop the blood from reaching the blade.

_____He could only raise an eyebrow at the sight himself, sure magic was a thing but it was the first time Thousand had seen someone's blade drink blood. Thinking it over while he waited for the giant to focus back on him he figured it was likely a magic conduit similar to Thousand's gauntlets. Weapons spinning to form a pin wheel and tried to catch most the impact of the incoming fist only to be sent flying in all directions and Thousand get socked right in the nose.

""heh, guess that's what I get for trying something new against a stronger enemy. A point to you Hewmalog..."

_____Thousand spoke as he used his wrist to wipe the blood off his face and check if he had a broken nose, sore but still fine outside a light blood flow. Grinning lightly as he would rush to return the pain with only his jade twin swords. Like always aiming to weaken and do no serious harm to the giant. he wanted to keep Hewmalog alive so they could train more together if he really was a learning giant. Looking as the giant moved away from both of them and picked up something from a group of boulders.

_____Blinking as Thousand had to correct his prevoius thought, watching as the gaint reached INTO a boulder and seemed to reform it into a blade of his own holding it with both hands. Thousand let out a nervous chuckle as the weapon was aimed at both of them and the Giant rushed back into the fight and Thousand started to figure out why he was called 'The Learning Giant'. Things just got a bit more fair it seemed.

"Hewmalog can use sword of magic too! No more nice if you spar serious Hewmalog does also!"

Camus would never feel bad, okay maybe in the past he might have. Maybe just a little bit, but it wouldn't have been too noticable, due to the mask he always wore. Though now, well now things had changed too much for him to feel sorry. Hemmy was just a beastie that was just getting to fight-- and if it fell then it fell. That would be what it was destined for. Not like he believed in that type of shit, no he was just here to get stronger and for adventure. Something to stop the boredom from setting in, thus he couldn't just stay in one place too long. Not without doing something. Teasing or rather tormenting was one of those things, and thus probably how he ended up staying around his party. So many things Camus did was a mystery truly.

He made no means on holding back the so called tabboo magic from being seen. He was smart and could get himself out of things if need be-- not like that would probably be a problem that either of the other two parties in this fight would be worrying about. After all this three way challenge was a thing and his bloody sword wasn't of any concern really. Though the fact that the damn giant kept trying to stop him from getting what he wanted wasn't going to cut it too much either. He would get his sword enhanced completely with the blood from around them. If the giant happened to perish -- so be it. If not, then it just meant another match. Though who knew how the battle would go in the end. He couldn't help the snort as the male got socked right in the nose.

"Yes, because trying something new in the middle of the fight is always so glorious~" He shot at the other male , but it was just more blood that could possibly be used for his own little work in progress. Though the other male didn't have to know it was such. The male was trying to weaken and not do true harm -- he didn't know how he knew, but the other didn't seem like the type to want the battle to end. Something in how he fought, the way he made those comments to the giant. Comments that made him want to roll his eyes. Though it seemed like the battle was far from being a boring stallmate. The giant was moving away from them and went to seemingly pick up something from a group of boulders.

Oh the smile that came when the other brought out a blade. "Now that is what I'm bloody talking about!!" Camus's real life accent came through from time to time, such as it did now. It seemed almost like some odd little glitch-- though Camus was just really excited for this battle. The giant came rushing towards them both, and he ended up once more taking a hit. Blood came from his mouth trailing down his lip some towards his chin. Though he only seemed to laugh "alright now, since we added another sword to this fight~ Things just got even more interesting~~~" He couldn't help himself. Alright time to try again to gain a little more blood for this sword and make it drink.

This time blood flowed rapidly towards the sword and he had almost an insane like grin on his face. "That's more bloody like it." He let the blood coat the blood turning it fully into a blood blade... finally. He shifted it slightly in his hand , as if to readjust a new weight and went to get closer to the giant. He smirked as he sliced the giant. "Since Hemmy has a sword now too-- things are interesting as can be. Just see if you can keep up~"

_____Thousand would not voice his excite ment for a real fight as much as the other man, a faint shift of worry as Thousand overlooked the blade trying to find a weaker spot along it to either break it with a few swings or where it would hurt less if the thing, and more so WHEN it hit as Thousand watched the swing almost in slow motion due to the speed difference. Sure he could maybe outrun it if he wanted, but thousand did not run away.

_____Weapons raised to catch a part of the impact as Thousand's feet dragged along the ground and eventually left it as Hewmalog swung upwards to send the swordsman airborn and back into a boulder drawing a very loud cough and crack of bones as Thousand fell down and tumbled to reduce any more damage he might have taken if he was not careful. Hand holding his side as blood began to drip from the outfit.

_____Looking down Thousand could tell something was broken, cursing that he would need to use one of his better healing potions to avoid permeant damage or a lengthy healing process. Gripping each blade tightly as Thousand would slam them together leading to several clicking sounds and the two weapons fused to form a large claymore not much different from Hewmalog's but more size fitting for the smaller swordsman as he rush back into the fight.

"Know when to fall back little red person! Hewmalog can only hold back so much vs little people if they do not know limit!"

_____A gear grinding to a halt in Thousand's head as he slid to a stop just outside swing range of the gaint, his head twitching much like his left eye. The gear slowly began to turn in the other direction as Thousand's eyes flared with rage. For lack of better thought he was just called weak, and Thousand HATED that as the swords that had been stuck around the area came flying and Thousand returned some pain to the giant.

When he might have actually been enjoying himself in the terms of the fight. One couldn't say that Camus was as crazed as Thousand was when it came to the battle. No Camus if anything was just finally glad he was able to get a hang of coating his sword with blood. Now there was even more blood to use, if he could get his hemomancy to suck it up and make his blade drink. He smirked as he couldn't help but watch the battle as it unfolded. If anything Thousand might as well seemed like he was the only one playing with this giant. "Playing and getting extremely beaten up for it." He couldn't help the chuckle at the little demon's words. For once he actually enjoyed the commentary from the little demon in his head. He would allow Thousand to play as much as he wanted with the giant.

He could hear the bone crack . Oh well, it was the other's fault for seeming to get all mad at the giant and not even think about the next move. Not that he cared either. This was a challenge , somehow a three way one now. Though who would be victorious amongst the three of them? It seemed that it might end up being a fight between him and Hemmy in the end. He wasn't bleeding like the other , he clearly hadn't taken the same amount of damage as the other. He went to join the fight again to give the giant more pain. He might not be able to move like Thousand, but sometimes the fastest didn't always mean the strongest.

To the outsider it might look like he was just giving up on the fight. In reality he was observing, hell even letting Thousand slowly wear off the giant. The challenge would be completed with the one who delivered the final blow. This was true for whichever party it belonged to. When this time he wasn't able to get anymore blood from the surrounding area-- stupid hemomancy control-- he also couldn't shift his weapon anymore. Though at least the weapon held its shape and he went to deliver a multiple strike attack against the giant. Did he know his limits? Eh... probably not. His mouth got him into trouble more so than often , though he wasn't stupid when it came to his own life. If he did see himself in a situation that put him with death. He wouldn't be staying around to continue until he died. Or so he would like to assume so. Though one thing was Camus had his pride. Though against this giant... who knew what would happen in the end.

He couldn't help but want to attack and show off what he could do. Even if his mastery over hemomancy wasn't the best, he wanted to get stronger with it. Thus why he kept trying to improve the weapon. The more he used it in battle, the better. He couldn't just rely on HER, he rather not have to owe her everything. Hell he wouldn't want to owe her anything . He would do things himself if he had to. He was stubborn, he would continue until he gained his own skills. Even if it meant getting beaten upon. "Now now Hemmy, the dumb sometimes don't get things unless you beat it into them. I say we just have our fun and ignore your pesky fly." Would his words make Thousand go into even more of a blind rage? Camus couldn't help but enjoy poking around and walking the line between danger and safety.

_____Thousand could only growl at the giant, he did not care for it having to look down on him due to size, but calling him weak was NOT something he would just let slide as the swordsman charged forward with all of his blades and basic tier armor glowing as he would evoke everything he had to prove the damn giant wrong about the difference between them.

❰ Guardian crusher! ❱

_____Several blades came crashing down, Thousand swinging the fused jade weapons to Impale the giant's foot but that was not where he would stop as he gripped the blade and pulled down and upward aiming to cut the gaint's foot down the middle and up to the knee but sadly did not kave enough force for such a feat and just had to settle for the first deep gash on the giant's body as Thousand's eyes left a train of red as the swordsman darted to his next attack location at full speed.

❰ Dual cutter! ❱

_____Jade blades splitting back apart as thousand came down from the sky to cut Hewmalog's back as the blades dug in to slow down his high speed fall from jumping strait up with everything he had. The other blades darting around to give the giant several small cuts before Thousand got swatted away and rolled to get right back on his feet chuckling as he coughed up blood.

The other truly was like a little fly. Just getting back up and going again and again. Than again he was just as stubborn probably-- but he had a brain. If it got too bad and he knew he couldn't handle shit, he wouldn't be running straight for danger. Though he was still trying his best, he would make sure the damn bitch wouldn't get to enjoy anymore lessons. He would prove that he could do things himself-- he would just train with others. He would go and seek oppoents to further test his hemomany. He was a determined soul, he would be get this on his own. Crimson eyes watching as Thousand landed a blow , implying the giant's food and trying to land another, but off the other went being swatted away like a fly.

He couldn't help the laughter . "Yeah yeah. I think Hemmy looks down on everyone. You are no more than a pesky little--" he started only getting sent flying back himself. He coughed up a little blood of his own. It hadn't been the most pleasant to be slapped backwards. Even more so when he was sure he heard the crack of some ribs as he collided right into the rock. Well fuck he hadn't seen that one coming. "Oi-- I'm not a fly!" A little growl in his voice. He tried to gather more blood upon his weapon, it wasn't enough. He needed to teach the other that he wasn't someone to fuck with either. This was him testing out and getting stronger on his own, with no teacher. Oddly enough using Hemmy to train would be a good idea, if he wasn't himself and tended to let his temper get the better of him sometimes. He could be provoked when he was like this. He refused to be left out just yet. He had let Thousand have his fun, he would have his own this time.

He was ready to cut the giant down to size a little bit. So what if he was going to use Thousand's attack place to deliver a nice gash into the failed spot area. He wasn't going to stop there. "I. Am. Not. A. Fly." He growled out each word as he gripped his sword. He would use this spot and hammer it in until he cut off a leg if he had to-- or if not just get some decent damage to the giant. Focusing this time on trying to alter his blood sword a little more to make it bigger that way-- he got what he wanted. The sword becoming bigger and glowing with a slightly purplish hue around it. It could be better , but not bad for attempting this after taking the damage that he did. He was smirking as blood splashed on him some from how up close he was with the other and delivering such blows , one right after the other. This time his sword being bigger.

Yes he was having fun with this battle. He wasn't going to be counted out just yet either. He might have been slapped away, much like Thousand had. He might have a few ribs pinching into him, but now this was a tad personal for him. The slapping this time had led to ribs probably snapping when he had collided with a rock. Though he hadn't let it stop him. Perhaps in a way, he and Thousand did share some form of brain cell. That was a bad thought to think of. Even worse since both were attacking Hemmy in such a way. They might just continue to chop and chop until they finally got the other's HP down to 0. Though who would end up winning this?

_____Thousand could not help but laugh, and it seemed Hewmalog was willing to join the laughter as the two traded blows and Thousand was sent tumbling across the ground and could barely stagger up to his own feet. It was a hell of a feeling as he held the broken ribs and dropped one of his swords. He had maybe one good strike left in him before he would be knocked out due to the game limiters blaring in his ears. Looking over to the elf and grinned like a fool with blood soaked teeth.

_____Staggering slowly as he would reach to get his fallen weapon seeing a few more Hewmalogs then before, a quick slap to his head with the hilt of the blades set him strait before the swordsman would slam the blades together one more time. His next swing was likely going to be the last he could in this fight unless he tried to recover some but the odds he got struck by Hewmalog before that seemed to be rather even down the middle.

"I got about one good swing left in me, seems I might need to invest some time into defense and armor stuff before I can finish my magnum opus of blades... Damn, here I thought I could keep just going glass cannon I think it's called..."

They were both looking rather worse for the wear, especially Thousand. He didn't know the certain HP that he had left and he wasn't about to try to pull up the UI at all. No-- this was an all or nothing deal. He knew he could take a little more damage himself before he ended up at the ends of his rope. The other looking at him and grinning like a fool with blood soaked teeth. He oddly couldn't help but return the jesture. Both had some form of broken bones-- he had heard the snap but wasn't sure of the overall area. It didn't matter. He had at least one broken rib himself.

The swordsman would slam the blades together once more and went to swing the blade at Hewmalog again. The guy called himself glass cannon. It was clear the other had no defense, he didn't really have any of his own either. He was still working on things of his own. His Hemoancy wasn't the strongest but it was meant for defense in the end. "Perhaps but trial and error can sometimes be the most fun of all. Though I could try something..." He said the last bit more as a mutter. He didn't even know if he COULD do this to begin with. In theory... wouldn't it work? He didn't normally protect.. hell he didn't know much about Hemomancy to begin with. He wasn't a sheild... he had started the game poking people and things with a stick for crying out loud. He had come a rather far way.

Though the problem being was , even if he was to somehow give Thousand a boast as such--- if such was even possible--- Hemmy would still be a problem. He would take damage and that was regardless if it worked or not. Perhaps this was not the time to test that theory just yet. "Seems we might both need to work on things. Not that I'm giving up just yet." No he didn't really know that action. Hell that had somehow literally seemed to be what his life had been off and on--- it had all prepared him for anything. He didn't give up though. He rushed towards the giant and slashed at it. Would it be for nothing though?

_____One final swing, he had to go with that of all his techniques right? Gripping the fused blade as he would start to call the other blades over, each one seeming to match and connect somewhere on the blade as the weight increased each time making Thousand have to flick and drag it to his right side to make sure he would be able to get momentum when it counted. Thousand lowered is grame as the small rocks around him began to rumble as he built pressure.

_____Springing upward with everything he had dragging the weapon with him, turning in the air and aiming the weapon directly down. it was nothing fancy if one thought it over before he had finished the motion, hand turning the hilt of the blade near the last second to send each one towards his enemy as he came crashing down unable to adjust his own fall with everything infested into the attack. Hand, in a almost knocked out mind having arcane hands pull the weapons from the giant for a little bit more damage before he passed out.

"Hewmalog will give you props for harming Hewmalog so, but it will be Hewmalog victory in then end!"

_____The giant boasted as he turned his weapon strictly to Camus. The giant was not so easy to take down even with a two verse one, but then again bot fighters did not tend wounds, have much in terms of defense, and did not take better care to change who was the focus. As the giant moved his weapon for another swing it seemed he would not kill his sparring partners, but would not stop less they got knocked out or gave up.

The final strike, it had to be most flash of all. He could see as much when the other called upon his blades and came crashing down upon the giant. He took that moment to truly observe just what remaining energy he was dealing with. He was a stubborn one truly. He wouldn't be giving up or surrending at all. Though it seemed that the giant didn't smash Thousand to completely finish it in terms of a final death for Thousand. He activated his UI and put it in investigation mode. They had done some damage for sure against the other, but he doubted anything he had was strong enough to finish off the remaining HP of the giant alone. Perhaps he could try to use his silver tongue-- no with any means he doubted it would stop an attack. The giant was smarter than most gave giant credit for-- than again with a name like the 'learning giant' the other had to be smart.

He was an open target thanks to being in investigation mode-- he wasn't exactly that adapt at using this and still fighting. He had plenty to learn. He was now the main focus of the giant and ended upo being thrown backwards. He coughed up more blood, he was pretty sure he heard another snap as he tumbled backwards once he bounced down to the ground. The movement was what caused him to keep tumbling backwards and land in a clump. He sat up "someone is being a tad cocky. I'm still standing." He was stubborn, and he should probably turn back since he hadn't had much HP himself. Though-- he would continue until he was completely down. He was panting as he stood up. Oh the pain felt wonderful.

Either way he had probably one more turn left, if he was lucky. So luck didn't typical stay on his side, but he could hope. He couldn't really use his hemomancy here. He could really only depend on his sword. He bit his lip as he forced his way up and towards the giant. He took off running towards him and he went ot try to use all the movement he could to drive his sword into one of the various places that he and Thousand had injured the giant. He wouldn't go down unless he somehow brought the giant with him. Let him get lucky again. Come on.

_____Thousand had been taken down first, man he did not enjoy that much. Sighing to himself as he replayed the whole fight over in his head like a movie and picked it apart to figure out where he had gone wrong. he should have invested more on his defense. But at the same token he had a lot of sloppy attacks because he let his rage get the better of him. Swimming in the void of his unconsciousness as he could only sigh.

_____Being a damage pure was a lot harder then he thought it would be. Much more if you did not have someone to look after your reckless build or boost you to help max the focus you took on. Grumbling a little as that would require him to talk with people and figure out who he could have support him and his crazy idea and battle hunger, who could possibly keep him from getting focused down if no support was found.

_____Thinking it over more it was like having a spotter at the gym or a hype man, not needed by could do you a lot of good. Thousand could only wonder if anyone out there could pair his antics with such a different type. But at the same time, he hated the idea of dealing with people more then he needed as the swordsman just tried to focus on recovering as quickly as possible.

_____Meanwhile, Camus would likely be falling soon enough, Hewmalog had heard his words but had a rather good understanding that the next fight would decide it all for both of them or at the very least one of them. It would end in a tie, or Hewmalog's victory as the large blade was drawn back and the Giant rushed forward for the last clash of the sparring match.

This next attack would decide everything for this whole battle. It could end in a tie or with the giant being victorious. He deep in his mind doubted he would end up being the last one standing -- but he would have hope. He wasn't doing so good though, this attack would be his last and he knew it. He would give it all he had to clash with the giant. He rushed forward at the giant, his own sword drawn and the sound of the clash of blades could probably be heard from this final clash. He was stubborn, he would wish to hold on until the last minute, he refused to let the other get the victory.

He could feel the strike, sending the broken ribs into his lungs slightly and forcing him to cough up blood. He slashed at the giant though, delivering not one blow but two. He couldn't risk just one blow not being enough. He would go down regardless, so why not do this attack? He laughed almost madly as he coughed up the blood and forced his final attack at the giant. He would hopefully see the giant fall before he himself ended up staggering backwards and falling to the ground completely knocked out from the giant's last attack. Now the question would be--- who would wake up first. He was convinced that he had did it though, even if he went down--- he had done it.

He should have delivered enough damage to take the giant down with him. Unless the giant somehow had a way on withstanding the attack. A fact that Camus knew not -- but even if the giant hadn't fallen... in his mind... he would say the giant fell before he did. He had brought the giant down with a final blow. Was it a sense of glory or ego that would drive him to see the world as such?
