"Leave it to me!"
She nodded, gripping the axe firmly as she noticed the other adventurers in the group being cooked alive by the flame that the massive creature unleashed, so hot it even melted the ground. Not good, she gotta distract the attention away from them so they can escape.
Quickly dashing to the side, Lune spun counterclockwise, using the momentum to prepare for a big swing on the Komodo's leg.
"Tch!"
Not deep enough. Even with the mystical power of the Axecalibur, Lune's wild swings didn't manage to deal significant damage beyond numerous shallow cuts. Keeping on the offensive to grab the attention of the Komodo Dragon, the red-haired songstress continued her relentless attacks, using gravity to accelerate her slashes slowly but surely.

A lot was going on. And, amidst all that lot, Glamora Dark spied an axe flying around. Glamora Dark figured this was the special axe, and Glamora Dark also figured this was a very good thing.
Yeah! There we go team! Less Arthur more Axe-a-lot!
Only... it was then, and just then, that Glamora Dark finally noticed... HER (@Rael).
Oh... oh crap... the original....
Once upon a time there was a raid, and there, Glamora Dark had come up with an idea. That idea was to copy someone else's idea. Sort of, anyway. It was an idea born of two concepts:
-The first was that Glamdark had noticed that when many Terrasphere-ers gathered together in a raid and endlessly threw their bodies at something they tended to win.
-The second was that somebody had figured out how to make very good bodies. Very good bodies scared Glammy, it reeked of skynet shenanigans, so she took notes on the magical theory and shot for quantity over quality...
...Because again, those raiders, against all conceivable odds, always somehow won.
It wasn't how good they were, it was how many there were and how long they could keep fighting. "If only I had my own raid." She mused.
wait... has she been here w-watching me the whole time...
ahhh... we made eye contact...
uh oh... she's sending one of her spooky dolls this way...

As strong as Harper's bite could be, the beast moved and thrashed too much for the beastkin to get any sort of meaningful damage to the eye itself, though the area around it had certainly been wounded. Eventually the komodo dragon would manage to throw her off, her body hitting the floor with an unceremonius thud. Not that this mattered much in her mental state, however. With a defiant roar, she quickly rose up to her fe-
It had been faster.
Hardened claw tore through flesh. Had Harper been a bit less quick on the uptake, it might have straight up torn her into ribbons. The judoka stumbled back, letting out pained wheezes as she tried to regain her breath through the wound in her torso. For a moment, her senses snapped back and she could fully bask in the absolute mess her body was at the time.
And, of course, she also realized that everything hurt. A lot.
"S-Shit... Did I get run over or something? ARGH!"
It was a bit hard to crack a joke when even talking was agonizing, that's for sure. Every muscle in her body felt like it was torn in one way or another, the tigress feeling like the only thing keeping herself standing up at the moment were her bones and sheer will.
It almost reminded her of her first time dealing with muscle pain after her first proper class of Judo. Except back then, even if she felt like dying, she wasn't actually at any risk of anything worse than an uncomfortable night of sleep. That wasn't the case here.
The heat made her sweat. Her vision started to blur from the blood loss. She might actually die here, dammit!
The energy from before came back, the beastkin's fear and apprehension being surpressed by her desire of survival once more. With a snarl, she'd go to all fours as she crouched, preparing for a moment before once again pouncing at the enemy, using her claws and fangs to try to tear it to pieces.
To those who knew her better, there was no remaining sight of the silly strong yet technical judoka. This was just another beast, much like the one she was trying to kill.

This was it. A full year... a full year of playing, often finding herself on the front line, axe in hand. But not once in that time did she ever die. Always pulling through, she managed to make it all the way here. But in the end, a flap of a dragon(?)'s wings were all it took to send her to a certain death. There was not even any time to contemplate all of it. The world turned upside down and then there was only the orange and red of boiling lava, and soon enough, it enveloped her.
Fina Drago... had fallen at long last...
"What the HEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEELLLLLLLLLLLLL!!!!!!!!!!!!"
Bursting forth was a magma-covered figure of a feline, possibly too angry to die. The glowing orange figure, very much on fire, would dig into the wall with molten claws until it emerged from the slit with a harmony of grunts and groans, the lava slowly falling off to reveal the somewhat toasty cat. Thank god for not having pain enabled.
"Doing something like that... when all I wanted to do... was to pet you... and feed you... and give you affection... go to hell alreadyyyy!!!" The heated rant was accompanied by a giant axe being tossed right at Komo-kun, spinning as it flew right into its body and probably crashing into it with the might of a thousand angry kittens. What was left down below was a very angry, stomping, flaming effigy of a beastfolk. Yes, still on fire; please help.

The Seamstress enthusiastically nodded with @Glamora Dark's agreement, the meaning of her words lost on the doll who held a single goal within her mind - close as she apparently was to attaining it. She brandished a needle in one hand, and a scissor in the other, taking a few cuts of the air as she began to work the magic on her little would-be gothic Cinderella.
The sound of glass shattering into a million different pieces could be heard as the Seamstress' altered form was torn asunder by the might of the Komodo, fragments of the whole that she had once been scattered now across the battlefield.
Flame erupted from the Komodo's maw, engulfing her every step in blazing heat and her vision in a daze of sunset-colored waves. Caught within the blast radius with no real possibility of stepping out of the attack range in time, Rael braced herself for impact by bringing both her arms in front of herself and turning her back to the fire, seeking first and foremost to protect her precious grimoire.
Unbeknownst to her, a page would slip out and materialize within the second, a young man now taking to the stage as he dextrously maneuvered around his Summoner and took her in his arms. Together, the two of them disappeared in a blaze of ethereal, untamed mana set to swirl about where they had last been seen at.
And when the pair reemerged, the Warrior still carried the Summoner to what he perceived to be safety, taking no orders from the one he held, even if she never quite opened her mouth to direct him. Not a single time.
Rael nodded, wiping the soot that clung to her dress whilst making no effort to get back on her own two feet. Turns out, being carried proved quite comfortable.
Fwah!
By virtue of the selfsame miracle that had seen her be "born", the Seamstress' form reassembled before long. She sat upon the ground, limbs twisted or bent out of their normal place, then cracked back into place at the joints. Her eyes scanned the battlefield, set on following the orders of her master.
He warned Rael, but to this, she merely cocked her head to a side and said: "Oh, but don't you think it's fun? She looks like she's having fun."
It was all he needed to hear to know not to argue his case any further.
And surely enough...
You!(She yelled, spotting an injured @Harper and singling her out as the next target.)
While still in the process of reassembling herself, the Seamstress waltzed into the berserker's personal bubble, ignoring all societal conventions related to the idea of personal space. She wore a brilliant smile, if a bit unsettling given the circumstances, but harmless all the same if one were to ignore the giant instruments of death strapped to either side of her hips and to her back.
Don'ttellme...Don'ttellme...(Really straining that singular braincell.) Igotit! You'reoneofthose!Youareafurry!
And pleased with her revelation, she started to weave the berserker's wounds together while ignoring all sources of protest that could follow. She was a being in her own world, humming her own little happy song while content to do her work.
Harper's form of dress then became a malleable substance with the touch of the Seamstress' needle to it, akin to a fairy godmother's wand bestowing a blessing upon the protagonist of their fairytale. Light coalesced upon it, stitching and carving patterns into fabric.
Ta-dah!
And standing there would be Harper, all dressed up in a new outfit. ❰ Player Sheet ❱

For a moment it had looked like things were going well. @Glamora had, somehow, managed to convince the little lizards to stay out of the way (Vina thought that treating the princess like a bargaining chip was a bit harsh), and through their combined powers they were driving the big komodragon back. The only real concern was that @Harper appeared to have snapped. Even with the vixen trying to heal her friend as best as she could under these circumstances the tigress was showing a wildness that Vina had never seen before.
H-Harper?!
Before she could say or do more to reach out to her friend the komodragon chose to retaliate, and Vina had to focus on not getting burned to a crisp. The powerful wing beats from the oversized reptile forced Vina backwards, her hair dancing around her as she tried to summon her own winds to counteract the force. Pushed away from the patch of Emerald Green she'd called forth into the room she looked up in time to see the beast finally exhale despite Fina's and Harper's attempts at interrupting it, releasing a wave of scorching flames that the druidess could only barely evade, using the winds she'd summoned forth to help push her back towards the safety of the Emerald Green as behind her the path leading to the exit was engulfed.
Even as she saw her other feline friend fall into one of the clefts that had formed after @Lune had laid claim to the strangely powerful weapon the komodragon had been guarding. Her eyes widened and she was already summoning more winds to save Fina when the armsmaster emerged from the pit like a bat straight out of hell, clearly unamused as she shook off the magma and answered the injury with a giant arcane axe.
Hold on, I'll heal you!
A quick glance towards Harper showed her that one of @Rael's summons was already tending to the tigress, even if the martial artist was still showing a ferocity which, while possibly attractive under different circumstances, was worrying in the present. And with @Toko using a powerful combination of might and magic (and axe) to bind their foe Vina took the opportunity to focus on her fiery feline friend.
Once more surrounded by the Emerald Green it was easy for her to call upon its powers. As the room quickly heated up the plants that had claimed ownership of this small space adapted as well, growing thicker and tougher. Sturdy trees which could withstand the heat quickly took root even as Vina aimed her staff towards Fina and hummed.
Underneath the flames that assailed Fina's form a green glow reappeared, quickly growing in strength until it overwhelmed the fiery light. A cool wind washed over her and ripped the fire away while nature's energies mended her wounds. Vina couldn't remove the burn wounds entirely, but she enhanced Fina's body with the strength of certain trees which were notoriously difficult to burn, improving the speed at which the felis would recover from her ordeal.
Let's hope that's a one-time thing.(She glanced at the flames behind her.)This is getting out of hand.

Cycle 4 - My Komo-kun Can't Be This Hot
Location: ██░░▓▓▓▒▒▓▓▒ Kingdom's Castle Throne Room
Time & Weather: ??? and Infernal
"L-Little witch, answer me!"
The princess shuddered to the faerin's silence, only for her to squeak at the sudden breath of fire that nearly engulfed three of the heroes that were trying to save her. But they escaped without a single scratch! The epic escape had boosted the excitement and hopes of the little Princess!
"Woaaah..! Little witch, pink lady, fox lady, you are so cool!!!
That is a pretty dress too, I want one someday!"
She chirped at @Glamora Dark, @Rael, and @Vina Skysong, with a voice filled with the innocent admiration of a youngster. but a knot in her throat formed as soon as she noticed @Fina Drago falling into a hole, and @Harper receiving a dire blow!
"Cat-lady, tiger-lady?! G-Get up! Don't give up! A-Are you two still alive?"
The Lava Splits that had opened, allowed the heat to escape further into the Throne Room. What was a mildly uncomfortable warmth rapidly grew into an insufferable heat coming from a volcano. The room continued to collapse, especially when Komo-kun was struck by @Toko's excalibur, opening a large wound on the creature that roared in pain, letting out lava escaping from its body as if it was its blood- And perhaps... It was!
The beast toppled, barely regaining balance before @Lune struck with a low attack, distracting it and leaving room for @Harper to maul its thick skin, making more lava escape from its large wounds, and @Fina Drago, who suddenly rose from the lava, threw an axe that sank deep into it, making it let out another roar of pain and rage.
And as it cried... The heat only grew more dangerous.
"It... It is too hot... I-I want ice cream... cough-"
The Princess faltered for a moment, only not falling prone because of the chains that held her, partially kneeling down and breathing heavily until @Fina Drago's loud complaints reached her ears, making her quiver for a moment as memories drove into her mind once again, letting out an erratic breath before mustering the last of her strengths.
"... Ice cream... Ice cream that I once gave to you!"
She complained at Komo-kun, gritting her teeth and with a bit of an angry tone.
"Don't give it affection, cat-lady! I will never ever feed a hungry Lizard again! Never! They grow big and fat and ungratef- COUGH!"
And she plopped weakly once again. It was all her fault, she shouldn't have done all of this, now everyone was getting in trouble because of her, the Queen would be mad at her, the Castle was gone too along with all her dolls and story books! She hated it here!
But at least she got to see these cool heroes in action, but even then, what was the point if they were all going to die to a giant Komodo Dragon!
Dismissive of the Princess' complaints, Komo-kun tried to shrug off the damage that has been building up on it so far, but it only grew harder, especially when the Axecalibur had opened its defenses... The Axecalibur...
Komo-kun threw a tantrum in such a way that seemed like the little girl was him, not the Princess!
"N-Not it again, run away! R... cough- Reddo? Reddo lady..!
Except, it was far more intimidating, especially as it neared @Lune, dwarfing her and locking its fiery gaze on hers, with lava rolling down its eyes like bloodied tears, just as the whistling erupted in the form of a steam from its scales and orifices, eventually building up in its nostrils and releasing a concentrated scorching air toward Lune, filled with heat, hatred, and hopelessness.
"KRRRRRRRRRRRRRYYYYYYYYYYYY!"
"Ko... Komo?! Komoooo! KOMOOOO!"
"KEEEEH?! KOMO!!!"
The panicking Komolds ran away, fearing the wrath of their ex-boss that was quivering in rage, leaving only their toppers, monocles and newfound greedy behind, along with a puff of smoke that trailed their escape, barely dodging the Lava Slits that only grew larger, catching the attention of the small Princess, that was trying to recover.
"B-Bunny lady... cough- pink lady..! W-Watch out!
She called, looking at @Toko who was looking at her, and to @Rael, who was distracted helping her allies. However, the call was too weak and too late, and by then, the slits had opened at their direction, and both of them could feel a lack of terra firma, and if they weren't pulled out in time, they would meet the same fate as the silver cat did before!
@Vina Skysong, who was still on the back, could also notice the Throne Room rumbling, and the exit that was no longer accessible, was now a complete void, with a fall going straight to a hellish lava that seemed to have bottomless depth. The only hope that shimmered in the exit, was the Emerald Green that lingered there... Aside from that, only death awaited... And the void only grew deeper into the room, almost catching up to her.
The rumble shakes the room, and high above, from the cage the Princess is, a small glowy shard fall, landing next to @Glamora Dark.

"I-Icecream..?" The feline had paused for a moment. The hell around them hardly mattered, there was a lesson about to be taught. "What in the world were you thinking, Princess?! You can't feed lizards icecream, that's not what they're supposed to eat. Hell, you shouldn't feed wild animals in the first place. But if you must, you should try to educate yourself on what they can eat first! First and foremost, Komodo Dragons are carnivores so they eat meat! If they're small, then they feed on insects and similar things, or smaller carcases they might find, like those of birds or mice! When they grow larger, they can hunt those things themselves. I mean, they do grow up to 10 feet, but I guess this one might be a bit bigger... magic and all, I guess? But that doesn't matter! Why is this thing here in the first place? Did you, by any chance, try to take it in as a pet? These are wild animals, you can't really do that without proper expertise and environment! Especially if you were to try and lock it in a cage or something, these lizards should have an open enclosure, not a small cage or terrarium, unless it is expert made for a zoo!"
Was any of that getting through? Was any of it applicable? Did any of it matter? Hell yeah it did! "Now we're just hurting a poor little thing that got agitated from imbalanced diet, that's not right..."

*Stattaco* Wow. That sounds terrible. We should definantly never do that.
*Writing furiously.*
*Ahem*
Right. So were we the baddies? Well I guess we can figure that out later. Classic Terrasphere am I right?
Now, where was I...?
Oh. Right. -------------(Did I always speakin rainbows...?)
Touching down with a sparkle and a whole lot of flying flitter glitter, Glamora took in her surroundings and began to direct her bottle minions.

And so the bottles scrambled in a surprisingly orderly fashion. One set began to puzzle over the barrier while gingerly poking it with their little wands. And another set rallied toward @Toko and tried to help her out of the lava pit by throwing their spears into stuff to create footholds so she can do some kind of sick maneuver out of there (+2 move).

Harper's mind was a big haze, environment and people combining and meshing into colored blobs and meshes. The only thing that was crystal clear was her desire to preserve her own self-being, and given her only mediocre ability to heal herself, the avenue to reach that desire that was avaliable to her was very simple: Figure out the blob that was trying to kill her and rip it to shreds.
Though, the tigress would find that some of that confusion would start to fade away, a warm feeling coursing through her skin, almost as if she was getting... Dressed?
"N-Ngh...?"
She would blink a few times, almost as if she had just waken up into a bright room. Her senses would return one by one, with sight being the first. Then, her acute hearing would be momentarily overwhelmed by the sheer chaos around her, though she was able to isolate and pick up @Vina Skysong ' s voice talking about liking her... Outfit?
"U-Uh... Thanks? I'm still wearing the same from when I got..."
Now, touch. For some reason, she was feeling the smoldering winds a lot more. All over her body, too...
A dreadful thought crossed her mind, and she looked down just enough to check it out...
"THE HELL IS THIS?!?!?!"
She would instinctively try and cover herself with her arms. God, she could barely be considered clothed. But it was also quite clear she didn't have quite the time to stand there complaining about her new outfit, her eyes already noticing both the raging Komodo and one of her fellow party members stuck in a precarious position. Extending her arm, she would straight up just reach and pull Rael out of her predicament and to her side with a yank.
It seemed like she didn't actually realize who was responsible for her redressing. Maybe it was better that way.
"I look like I am posing for a goddamn magazine for weird people." Turning towards the beast, she would bare her fangs. "...AND ITS ALL YOUR DAMN FAULT!" Her face was not too dissimilar to the one from her enraged state before, but in the place of a feral gaze there was a deep shade of red in the beastkin's face.
Choosing to unleash her bashful anger at the nearest bad thing, she rushed towards the beast's belly as she unsheathed her claws, digging both of them into the beast's scales as she stabbed her hands into it. Then, much like one would pull out a rotten plank, she would pull off a good chunk of scale and flesh alike, tearing a bright-red target into the Komo's body for anyone looking to hurt it real bad, herself included.

The songstress could feel an attack coming. No, this was not the big attack, but only the earlier steam release, a preparation for a bigger attack. She took two quick steps back, but it was too late, the woman was caught in the range of the heat.
She tried to fight the steam, constantly jumping back until she was out of range while constantly regenerating as her skin burned off her flesh. Finally out, Lune scanned the surroundings, checking whether everyone was still ok. It seems that she successfully pulled the gigantic lizard to her side of the castle, as no one else got hurt.
However, the gigantic komodo dragon was so hot that it melted underground, creating lava slits on the ground. As a short glimpse into the future revealed to her that another slit will form, the metamorph used her force pull graviton pull at @Toko before the ground split underneath her."Careful!"
She had to pull so much power to sustain the damage caused by the scorching steam, might as well pull another big batch to put down this beast. Her skin cracked, revealing a red-purplish glowing hue under it as she put both her hands forward, collecting gravity magic on her palms with a symphonic hum before sending the black, gravity ball towards the gigantic komodo.
Overheating, Lune's body shrunk at a rapid rate, before she fell on her back exhausted.
"It's on its last leg... Gotta finish it before it finishes us..."
As heated as the situation was, Fina suddenly felt quite refreshed. It didn't take more than a single look to realize that she was no longer on fire, courtesy of @Vina Skysong. This was, quite frankly, very appreciated. But as the feline turned around to thank her friend, she noticed that the vixen was a little too busy admiring another cat-esque associate of hers.
"Um... are you two... together... together..?" Already being more than aware of how Vina was, it was truly the first question that came to mind. But perhaps it shouldn't have been said out loud, especially loud enough for @Harper to hear as well. Granted, as Fina eyed the tiger girl as well... "Well, I guess I can see why..." Though that one was said more under her breath as Fina averted her eyes from that sudden and somewhat revealing costume change, covering her mouth as she spoke.
But! This was no time to admire the feline form, they still had a rampaging lizard to calm down! Ideally... calm down. She really, really didn't want to have to kill it, despite the destruction it was spreading. Trying to face it head-on again, the weapon in her hands was suddenly replaced by an entirely different axe - the Axecalibur! "Huh..." With a shrug, she tested it out by taking a swing and crashing it into the ground, sending a surprisingly powerful shockwave right at the dragon.

Vina smiled as the princess seemed to be encouraged by their heroic attempts at saving her from the overgrown komodo dragon, but before she could reply the situation escalated once again. As the healer Vina wasn't really responsible for taking care of the dragon directly, but it seemed the valiant attacks from her friends had angered the creature so much that if it hadn't been trying to destroy the entire throne room before it was definitely doing so now.
Fina, I get how you feel, but we have to get everyone out of here alive before we can start teaching her lessons about animal husbandry.
Under different circumstances Vina would be all in favour of explaining the importance of not keeping wild animals as pets or giving them strange food, but she could feel how the heat inside the throne room was growing to such a degree that even without the dragon's direct attention she might start melting anyway.
If we can subdue it maybe we can calm it down as well.
Looking behind her she saw that the way back was collapsing even further, to the point that only her Emerald Green remained... which was rather strange, now that she thought about it. Even as the ground underneath her began to crumble as well she looked down and noticed that there wasn't anything underneath the throne room, only a deep dark which seemed to stretch on without end.
...How did we get here?
She mumbled that more to herself than anyone else, as she couldn't rightfully remember how she and Fina had ended up in this throne room. She remembered hastening to join the others in rescuing the princess, but for some reason she couldn't recall where this place might be within Arcia.
Another thing they didn't have time to worry about. Taking a deep breath Vina called upon the winds, the heat of the throne room at least momentarily pushed aside as she whistled a swift tune, the winds picking up and swirling around her.
We can't stay here.
The winds spread out to assist her allies as well, lifting them up and allowing them to run about as if weightless. Rael especially was practically floating by this point as the winds would carry her wherever she wished to be.
And to answer your question Fina, we're friends~
With those words Vina ran away from the abyss behind her, and deeper into the boiling throne room. Passing by the two feline warriors she ran until she felt a shiver travel up her spine despite the immense heat, the komodo dragon's mere presence enough to make her recall a primal fear. Shaking her head she ran a bit further, then planted her staff on the ground and called upon the Emerald Green to expand in the centre of the room, thick and sturdy trees quickly anchoring themselves in the stone floor.
It's also not the first time I've been called a weird person, but we can admire your outfit more later Harper! It's going to breathe fire again!
That shrill hissing and the steam cloud that made the entire room hazy were impossible to ignore. Now that Fina was holding that strange axe Vina hoped that her feline friend wouldn't become the target of another wave of fire...

The Seamstress' artificial heart despaired at the moment the one she had bestowed such a stylish gift upon failed to recognize her efforts. All that trouble, all that care and sparkle, only to have the very object of her fleeting affections disregard them and toss them in the wind like they didn't matter in the slightest! Even the praise of the Princess or any others were as ash to her, unimportant if its recipient was not appreciative.
Her feet stomped on the ground, and she poofed her cheeks out, abandoning herself to her whimsy while her counterpart was made to deal with the fallout of the lava that threatened to eat both he and his master whole.
The Warrior was slowly sinking into the pit of lava that had opened at his feet, yet his face betrayed not a single hint of panic or emotion, nor even strain as he hoisted his Master even further up over his head, delaying the arrival of her fate.
"A-Ah!" Rael gasped as she was pulled out of the literal fire by another's grasp, wobbly standing on her own two feet yet remaining safe in the meantime. Oh, the room was starting to swirl in her vision. Probably shouldn't be wearing this many layers... "Th-Thank you, that was a close one."
Master...Nooneappreciatesmygifts!Mytalents!
She cried and cried in an exaggerated fashion, Rael petting her head as the Seamstress all but flung herself at her and wrapped her into a tight hug. It would appear that, in the frustration caused by feeling her work go unappreciated, she had even gone as far as to dress their opponent, apparel now visible upon the fearsome creature."We can go look for people who will be kinder to your work."
Youmeanit?!(Rael nods in response.)
Hastened by the touch of a druidess, the Seamstress seized at her summoner's wrist and pulled her along at incredible speed, practically all but dragging her across the battlefield and away from those who had grievously injured her heart. Blue button-like irises swept across the battlefield, then by chance happened to glance upward, to the visage of one held still in a cage.
Somehow, the Seamstress managed to manifest her physicality in front of the Princess, abruptly and forcefully planting both her hands on her shoulders. Immediately, as the doll's gloved hands came upon contact with fabric, it dispersed into a cloud of motes of light, sparkles dancing about as they reassembled themselves to cover the Princess in an attire befitting not only her position - but her situation!
"My apologies, she's very enthusiastic." Rael, even blind to the whole scene, yelled out towards the Princess, hand cupped around a side of her mouth to increase her own volume. The Storyteller turned in her heels, looking about and squinting at a smattering of familiar burgundy in the distance. "Seamstress, when you got a second, we have got another one."
Oh,it'syou!(Her voice, somehow, gets even higher as she boops @Lune's nose.)

The temperature in the throne room caused her to wince, an arm raised in the hopes of blocking some of the heat buffeting her frame. Her wounds stung from the exertion of her body, with the only silver lining being that the rising temperatures had somehow served to stop the bleeding from the deeper gash she had sustained moments before.
"Otsu mina! We got him cornered now—eeh?"
Cheerful cries abruptly stopped when the solid ground under her feet crumbled away, the neurons in her brain lagging as they struggled to process and comprehend what had just happened. A familiar whistle snapped Toko out of her stupor in time to see the familiar bottle minions , their hurled spears serving as temporary footholds as the hare struggled against gravity itself in hopes of reaching freedom.
Just when it seemed that the edge was too far from her grasp she felt a familiar pull and, like a magnet, the fighter was suddenly yanked away from a fiery death and onto relative safe ground—at least for the time being. A series of coughs escaped as the impact knocked the air out of her lungs, though it didn’t stop Toko from giving her savior a thumbs up of appreciation.
Despite the chaos unfurling all around them she managed to keep her wits about, crimson eyes moving from one player to the next as Toko surveyed the throne room as a whole from her current position. While it seemed they had the advantage for the time being the constant tremors of the ground underneath her palms and feet indicated that could change at any second, though there was a particular area nearby with a seemingly stable foundation if the lepus’ magic and senses weren’t tricking her.
Only problem was she didn’t have enough time to grab both players near her and drag them to safety… so instead she settled for the next best thing. "Majo-chan, be careful where you step on!" With her palms firmly pressed against the ground she allowed her magic to rush through the floor freely, quickly racing in the direction of Glamora before sprouts began to appear at her feet.
They quickly turned into thin vines that wrapped around the shaky stones, offering a small form of support even amidst the temperature of the room, before various honeysuckle blossoms spreaded throughout the vines began to bloom—the energy released quickly mending small cuts and bruises on the dark witch’s tiny frame and offering a temporary respite against the heat that abated them all.
Content with the result, Toko turned towards @Red next before blinking in surprise upon noticing two things that had changed: she was a lot smaller from what Toko had seen moments before, and was now wearing a different armor set to boot. "Eeeto... it feels like I’ve seen this somewhere before." Another tremor as the massive body of Komo-kun shifted reminded the lepus they were pressed for time, a quick apology uttered as her hands grasped a firm hold of chibi Red’s waist.
"Sumimasen, but we need to hurry!"
She quickly settled little Red on her shoulders, similar to a parent hoisting their child up for a better view during a festival, before giving a nod of appreciation to the Seamstress that had mended some of the wounds on their party member. With that she was off, reaching the spot that she’d deemed safe moments prior with relative ease—still close enough to Glamora and the Princess in case her assistance was needed, but also offering the two a good view of the komodo dragon as he focused on the axe that was now held firmly in @Fina ‘s grip.
Cycle 5 - The Invincible Heroes!

Time & Weather: ??? and Infernal... But filled with Hope!
"I knew you would understand me, Little Witch, Fox-lady... This said... Go Bottalion! Go Bottalion!"
She echoed a cheering chanting to @Glamora Dark's bottles, that followed her orders swiftly and rapidly boosting @Toko's speed, that only became even harder to keep track of.
"Ah! Huh?! What?!
The Princess was startled at first, at the presence of @Rael's summon, somewhat shrinking her pose as her shoulders were held so abruptly. But as soon as magic was done and the beautiful dress wrapped on her body, the girl softened and couldn't help but feel a bit giddy about it, on top of strangely feeling much better and less hot than before.
"M-My... Th-This dress! It is too cute! Aww! Thank you so much! I love it, hehe... hehehe... I am all cute now~ And this is so refreshing too, for some reason!"
She chirped, giving a hug the strange lady as much as her chains allowed to, fidgeting inside of the cage and trying to spin her dress around.
"It is fine! I liked the dress, Pink-lady!"
The Princess yelled back at the pinkette, followed by the confused rumbling of the dragon.
"???"
The Komodo Dragon, however, didn't seem to like it all, but it barely had any time to register the strange outfit that was bestowed to it, because soon it was targetted by a flurry of attacks from the mighty heroes!
"K-KOMOOOOOOOOOOOAAAAAH!"
Komo-kun roared in pain, feeling its scales being ferociously yanked out of its body by @Harper, widening a wound that spat lava everywhere and made the giant beast falter for a moment, tilting its body as it tried to keep a balance that it barely had anymore.
Then, a beam of gravity struck it! @Lune's powerful spell repelled it away, closer to the edge of the Bottomless Slit, making it stumble for a moment, sinking its claws on the rocky ground and trying to push itself back to its feet- However-
@Fina Drago's strike with the Axecalibur followed immediately, and the powerful blow was the last straw to send the creature down to the bottomless fall, as it roared desperately trying to flap its wings, yet, to no avail, since its position and size wouldn't allow it to get a better angle for a flight.
"K-KOMOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!"
For a moment, only the gigantic hat that the Seamstress had placed on its head remained on the air, before it fell along with its scaly owner.
"You...
You did it!"
The Princess beamed, almost in disbelief. The big, bad Komo-kun had been defeated in such a silly and cartoonish way, that the only reason the Princess wasn't blurting out laughing was because she was too happy and relieved she was saved to find it funny.
"Th-That was amazing, incredible! Tiger-lady, Cat-lady, Mini-Red-lady! Komo-kun is gone!"
Her eyes sparkled. All the hope that has risen in her was worth it, she was finally safe from that ferocious beast! The room, however, was still rather hot, and they really needed to leave there before things got too out of control.
"Little witch, can you get rid of this barrier? The Bunny-lady looks strong, if you could, I'm sure she can break these chains. If she can, I will have my hands free and I can try to teleport us out of here... With the little magic I was saving for it."
She shook her hands, making the chains rattle for emphasis, and then looking at the rest of the girls, that were still far back on the throne room, that was still cracking and collapsing.
"The Tiger-lady looks strong too, she could help... And maybe the Fox-lady can use that forest thing to keep us safe meanwhile, so we can--
But-!
Before the heroes could do anything else, or the Princess could happily chirp further, the cracking and collapsing suddenly became quicker, and the rumbling sounded much, much louder.
"Wh-- What?! What now?!"
The Princess whimpered, holding on tight on the cage and opening her eyes widely when she noticed the ground was cracking at an overwhelming speed, and that the cracking was reaching the walls, and going all the way up to the ceiling too, soon covering the Throne Room with slits and gaps that let lava erupt out of it with high pressure.
"EEEK!"
She flinched at the lava suddenly approaching,
"W-Wait- BE CAREFUL! TIGER-LADY! FOX-LADY! CAT-LADY!"
The slits suddenly opened widely, and while the floor opened quickly to try to engulf @Harper, @Fina Drago and @Vina Skysong, the room suddenly sparkled with a blinding light, followed by a deafening explosion that shook even the skeletons of the heroes and the Princess.

Cycle 5 - The Invincible Heroes!Dragon Ex Machina
Location: Hell
Time & Weather: ???, Infernal, and filled with Despair.
When the blinding light faded, and when the deafening sound was demoted to an annoyed ringing in the heroes' ears, the first thing that they were welcomed to was an unholy heat, and the echoes of roaring lava that came from a long and fearsome fall to the depths of... Whatever that goddamned place was.
The group had barely recovered.
@Glamora Dark, @Lune, @Rael, and @Toko had their feet on a floor that resembled the one from the Throne Room, but it was by the edge of a cliff, that hang above the floor of lava that the bottom of that place was.
Meanwhile, @Fina Drago, @Harper, and @Vina Skysong stayed midair, essentially, only not falling thanks to the floating Emerald Green that somehow managed to continue existing despite everything that had happened.
"H-Here! Over here!"
The Princess desperately tried to catch your attention. She was hanging impossibly high, inside of the cage. Her expressions of hope and joy were once again gone, even if you couldn't actually see her face yet.
How the hell you would even reach her? She was way too far, and it was way too hot.
Before any of the heroes could even completely recover to try to think of a plan, a rumbling once again erupted from beneath, and from the lava ground, the colossal figure of the Komodo Dragon merged once again. It went head first into the cliff, breaking the ground and sending everyone that was on it all the way up to the air along with large rubbles that found their way all up near the ceiling, enough for them to see the Princess, that was gasping in fear at the sight.
Meanwhile, Komo-kun, with its brand new cute outfit, and having lava dripping on its scales, it glared with its fiery gaze to @Fina Drago and the Axecalibur she held.
"KORRRMOO..!"
The scorching steam eacaped from its nostrils once again, but instead of charging any longer, the beast roared and released a flame wave that initially struck the silver cat, along with @Harper and @Vina Skysong, that were caught by the spread of the fire... However, it eventually stabilized, narrowing and concentrating all the heat and fire power in a straight line that burned the silver cat, roasting her before it roared once again, interrupting its power for a second and not giving Fina any breathing room before it charged in and chomped her in a single bite, sending her down its mouth.
Stumbling in its jaws, the cat would soon find her legs stuck in its throat, and the deadly heat reaching her as she continued to slip further into the beast's mouth.
Its wings then opened widely, raising enough to nearly touch the heroes that were midair, all the way up to the ceiling, before flapping them wings down abruptly, forcing the wind down and making stalactites of the ceiling and chunks of the rubbles to fly down toward them, while sending @Rael and @Lune rolling down to the rubbles that were at a lower height, while @Vina Skysong, that was on the Emerald Green, felt the wind betraying her and throwing her away from her magical platform.
For a moment, it felt like everything was lost, and that soon they were going to fall into the lava- But the large rubbles and the platform suddenly halted moving, as if they had braked midair.
"Ack-!"
The Princess struggled, clearly wounded and tired, but using the last bit of her strength and the inch of magic she had saved so far to try and force the rubbles to stay floating midair.
"I-I can't hold... Too... Little... Magic!
W-We... We need to make it do..!"
She groaned, looking at the heroes with a worried gaze, while Komo-kun continued to roar out of control.
CYCLE 5 - DRAGON EX MACHINA
You are no longer in the Throne Room! (Or you are, and it has just changed drastically after so many groundbreaking changes). Being thrown at the air with large chunks of stones and a bottom of lava, you are now on levels. You may move a level up, or a level down, using your Movement.
Fortitude and Reflex Signatures work as intended in this gridless scenario, but consider the Levels instead. For the matters of the Fortitude Signature, this situation is considered a 'Map Change'. In brackets "()", there is the name of the characters located on the level by default, so you can use as reference for your Saves and for your Signatures. The Default positions are based on the number of the Zone you were in the last Cycle (with the exception for characters in an Emerald Green Zone).
Level 0 (The Princess) - You may attempt to free the princess here. (Only unlocked after the barrier is broken). You may attempt to disrupt the barrier here, with Advantage.
Level 1 (Glamora, Toko) -You may attempt to disrupt the barrier here, as normal. Receives 1 Flat Damage from the heat moving in or starting your turn here.
Level 2 (Lune, Rael)-You may attempt to disrupt the barrier here, with Disadvantage. Receives 5 Flat Damage from the heat moving in or starting your turn here.
Level 3 -You may attack Komo-kun from here with Disadvantage. Receives 10 Flat Damage from the heat moving in or starting your turn here.

Looks like our ticket's coming home to roost soon. I'd better hurry up and figure something out.
Ugh... It's so hot I'm not making sense anymore.
I thought we would have more time...
Actually, I never figured any of this would happen...
Damn my luck...
If I deplete Terrasphere of its greatest warriors on some failed field trip, people are going to have SO many questions for me...
No, worse.
I'm pretty sure Miss Red is like some kind of zombie terminator and will come back to life and kill me.
No worries then, right? Doesn't that mean she's super strong...?
Yeah... I bet she even has... wait. Why does her HP say 1...?
That's a glitch right...? Funny time for dissonance to show up and play a prank.
Okay then, we can just ask Harper to...
Well surely Toko...
Then Vina could...
Wait. Did Fina just get eaten? Don't we need to do something about that?
Too scared of Rael to look at her right now...
...
...
...
Okay, Glamdark. Now, what?
What should you be doing at this very moment?
Let's see the scan report and be quick about it.
(Bottle Language)
Well that's not good.
Haaaaah...
So we've gotta advance the timetable, huh?
Fine.
"If not over, then through."
Bottalion form up. Array formation.
Good. Hold there. Spell division, begin resonance with my En.
(Bottle Language)
War division, make sure nothing screws this up. Form a perimeter.
(Bottle Language)
Okay then, alls we need to do is flush the enemy mana out, replace it with ours, then seize the barrier and expand it until it dissipates. Easy enough.
*** AXECALIBUR'S BIG OL' PASSIVE-all allies of the wielder cause 50 Bonus on their attacks, and 25 Bonus of that on Mastery Checks and Support Actions (except for Haste, or Inspire, or similars).
Signature Save: (Fortitude +15): Iron Wall, You can optionally choose to not be displaced by an external force, potentially avoiding being thrust into a disadvantageous position. If the displacement was caused by a narrative force or a map change, you can choose an ally's tile or adjacent to drop on, instead of the one you are placed by default.
Grapples and such still works as normal against your character.
Also, when Alert Passive is picked up, your Fortitude is increased by 20 rather than 10.
Signature Expertise: (Knowledge +15): Factotum: Using your Bonus Action, you may swap one of your Actions for another Action of the same Category (Defense, Offense, Support), or may even change them to a Neutral Action.
Signature Mastery: (Dark Magic +15):
Life is a Resource, You meddle with high risk for high rewards, giving your life away to wither your enemies and devour them with a crushing dark power.
With a Free Action, you can add up to your rolled damage as flat damage bonus by sacrificing your HP by the value the damage was increased. It triggers Immortal as normal and you may spend HP even if it goes to negatives.
Passive. Every time you hit a target with an attack, you apply one stack of 'Darkness' on it. For every stack of 'Darkness' a target has, anyone with a Forbidden Magic Mastery deals 5 extra damage on the target (for a Max of 25).

@Glamora Dark's mana hacking dove into the dark mana of the barrier that surrounded the gate. The mana, however, was no match for the faerin witch and her bottle lackeys!
The mana twisted, soon being taken over by the witch's sneaky magic, engulfing it and slowly making the barrier falter and fade.
"The... The barrier..."
The Princess blinked, surprised to see the barrier gone, and with it, the cage similarly broke open and finally allowed the heroes to try and meddle with the chains, that soon proved to share the same dark magic as the barrier that was blocking their passage to the cage.
However, now these chains were also vaguely disrupted by the foreign dark mana that Glamora had applied herself. Still, that wasn't enough yet, the Princess was still chained, and she needed to be fully freed from her prison!
The Barrier is suppressed for one Cycle. You may attempt to free the Princess right away.
According to @Glamora Dark's Mastery Check, the new DC of freeing the princess is 92, which can be achieved by a Knack or a Fitness Check, using a Bonus Action or a Main Action.

"Whoooa, nice hitto Taiga!!!"
Toko couldn’t help but celebrate when @Harper rushed towards the now dressed up komodo dragon for a meaningful attack, and the disruption caused to the beast helped create an opening that was quickly taken advantage of by the new wielder of Axecalibur. A mighty shake caused the foundation underneath Komo-kun to finally give in and crumble, sending the giant lava spewing lizard into a seemingly bottomless pit from which he’d never drag himself out of again.
"Yokatta, it’s finally over!" A relieved sigh escaped Toko as her shoulders slumped lightly, the exhaustion finally beginning to set in now that the battle was over. "Doin’ alright, Reddo-chan—eeh?"
Her hands had taken a firm hold of @Red and lifted her away from Toko’s shoulders and back onto solid ground, concern clear on her hare’s features as she’d looked over the chibi woman, before her abruptly cut out as her feet sensed the light tremors underneath them all. "Minna kiwotskete—!!!"
Two alerts, late as they were, rang loudly through the air just as the ground beneath their feet crumbled away to reveal the source of this room’s hellish temperature—the ocean of lava that’d been hidden underneath it. Red was gone before Toko had the chance to reach out towards the woman, a frustrated growl echoing in her throat as her hands and feet clawed against what little remained of the floor in a futile attempt to avoid an impending death by plunging straight into the awaiting magma.
That was when she felt gravity’s pull come to a sudden halt, the lepus quickly finding her own two feet in one of the many platforms that now floated in the air—courtesy of their trapped princess—before she gathered her wits once more. Nothing good would come from panicking, instead she needed to assess the situation once more and try to find the best way to end this while helping the others as much as possible…!
It was then that @Glamora and her bottallion caught Toko’s attention, watching as the tiny witch directed the two divisions as they got ready to disrupt the barrier that stubbornly remained around the princess’ cage. "Ganbatte, Majo-chan!"
She hollered her encouragement to the little witch as Glam began her mana hack, and she was the first to loudly cheer when the barrier around the cage flickered before finally disappearing. Without missing a beat the lepus crouched low on her spot, calculating the distance between her and the cage, as a purple glow surrounded the pads on her rabbit feet. A mighty leap aided by the hare’s modification of gravitational laws easily caused Toko to reach the cage, causing it to rattle and shake from the impact.
"Hold on Hime-chan, you’ll be free to move around soon."
The bars of the cage offered little resistance as the lepus muscled her way through, pushing them far and wide to create both an opening and a wide exit, before she spotted the chains around the princess’ limbs. "Tch, shitsurei desu ne." Hands reached towards the darkened chains without hesitation, causing sparks to fly as the hare’s magic clashed with the one stored within them, before breaking them open one by one until the princess was finally free.
"Ah sumimasen Hime-chan, it’s not safe to stay here." A reassuring smile was given to the girl as the lepus held out a hand to help her up, before easily sweeping the princess into her arms without a warning as Toko headed to the edge of the dangling cage. Crimson eyes finally spotted the one she’d been looking for, a wide grin on her face before she called out to @Rael and her Warrior.
"OOOIII! Special delivery, caaatch~!"
A princess would soon find herself airborne as the fighter tossed her in their direction, before Toko’s attention turned back to the main goal she had with this cage. Little effort was needed for her to reach the top, finally spotting the section of chains that had firmly held this prison to the ceiling all this time. Steady and firm movements front he hare soon had the cage swinging side to side for added momentum, the hare’s magic slowly adding additional weight to the metal bars as she calculated the distance between her and Komo-kun down below.
With her preparations completed she finished climbing onto the cage, a firm grasp on the chain that anchored it to the ceiling as she waited for the right moment. "San… Ni… Ichi… Go!!!" As the cage reached the right angle Toko shattered the chain holding it, before a gravitational kick from her hare sent it careening towards the massive head of the komodo dragon submerged in lava down below.
"Get ready to catch Neko-chan when he spits her out!!!" One hand cupped around her mouth as she called out to the others, the other holding firmly to the chain as the hare casually dangled from the ceiling now.
Location: Level 2 ❰ 2/2 ❱ -50 HP from Physical Attack/Shove -60 HP from Temperature -10 HP from acting in Level 2
A Summon that directly takes from its master in order to manifest itself does not quite know the concept of a wound save for those of anyone else.
Rael bore the brunt of the Warrior and the Seamstress' efforts, standing back to allow for the two to perform the feats of heroics and the grandiose displays of magic while she acted as a direct line of supply to the energy that kept them afloat. A relationship built on reciprocity. Hers, the need to act and direct her tales to achieve an ending of her fancy, theirs the will to materialize themselves and carve through a world that, without her, could not quite allow them to exist.
Needless to say, all three shared a familiarity with novels and all manners of works of fiction.
A victory at that point would've been deserved, had it not been spoiled by the prologue which was the Princess' congratulatory and thankful words that stole the shine away from the situation. All three of them, if for the briefest moment, somehow wore the same expression on their faces.
All three, in unison, let out a heavy sigh from their corresponding mouths and pressed hands to their own foreheads.
Just as all Hell broke loose.
In an instant, the Seamstress wrapped her network of thread around the forms of her Summoner, as well as that of @Lune, casting the both of them into the safety that they could provide by keeping them taut and close to herself. Through this connection, it was that the Seamstress was able to discern a truth she'd rather keep hidden from her Master - quickly spinning on her heels to race upon falling platforms no sooner had her master been secured elsewhere.
Okay,okay,okay,okay....
She gathers herself about at the broken body of the warrioress, needle, and thread in hand, yet also not knowing where to really begin. Didn't they have another Summon in their ranks who could do this?
She began weaving and threading, stitching Lune up as if she were a doll who had all the cotton stuffing taken out of her. Except that hers was not cotton, and rather than something fluffy, it was in liquid form. Yet she paid no mind to the fact and continued, sealing bits and bouts of coalesced energy inside each wound that she finished mending, until it came to healing the woman's chest and she saw a most curious sight within it...
The Seamstress' eyes widened, yet she focused her energy on an object seemingly embedded inside the woman's outfit, burst after burst of mana channeled into it as if it would help her heart beat again.
Meanwhile...
Well, wasn't the lepus woman daring to assume that the scrawny-looking storyteller would be able to hold her ground? No, in fact - were she to attempt the fact, no sooner had the Princess crashed into her, would the both of them have been sent flying off of the platform held in place by her.
Though magma still clung to his clothes from his earlier sinking into a pit full of it, the Warrior took charge of the situation unimpeded by wounds that didn't quite affect his physical form with things like pain. He had not been given such a function, his purpose on these pages to be a sword and a shield both, but had it been anything but those things, he would be no more, barely held together after his troubles.
He ran up as @Toko threw the Princess, leaping into the air so as to better secure her while in the midst of the improvised flight rather than risk more injuries to her person by having her potentially slip and fall off a platform.
The Warrior landed, Princess (@Chanlye) held in his arms, next to his Summoner, but until an order had been issued by either of them to let the Princess off, he would still continue on his duty to see that the both of them remained safe.
