_____Omega did not have much interest in the cosmic events that had started to light the town abuzz over the past few days. 'APPARENTLY' once a year some god or another would 'throw' gems from the sky to be collected by the landers. The simpler and more correct statement was once a year the rotation of the planet crossed nearby a asteroid or space rock pulling it apart or towards the surface due the magnetic force of the area. Omega tried to explain this but got seen simply as 'a Magia' and was ignored so she just rolled her eyes at the matter.
_____Omega also did not exactly enjoy watching and listening to people 'guess' where the gems would be falling. Her eye scanning the sky line and opening the UI map of the region as she started to crunch the numbers based on her magnetic readings and information she had over such subjects. A downside of her mind was the fact anything she looked up was still around and with a few head tips she just started to walk away from the people towards the place with the highest statistical odds of getting hit by the meteors.
_____Hands arcing along her UI screens as she kept narrowing the field of impacts, looking up to the sky at the approaching space rocks and back to her map as she started to mark regions. There was little reason not to trust the numbers, remove the smaller masses or one that shatter easily, remove the closer ones as people will be swarming those, prioritize the faster, less likely they will see where they fell or care for them until later.

"Evaluation, There is not such a thing as guess or lucky spots. The gems have a magnetic attraction at sixty seven hertz, concluding this locations where the magnetic frequency is equal to or greater have higher probability to be struck. It is simple mathmatics but sure, take your 'Guesses' and place your outcome in 'luck' or 'belief'..."
_____The magia mumbled under her breath as she could overhear the group of people start to rush out when the first impacted. She herself did not understand the need to rush as they would still have to wait until the meteors cooled down enough to gather anything, and the risk of getting caught in the fall was enough to make any sane person more careful as without breaking focus from her UI the robot girl would move her head just slightly to the right as a large branch spun past her. One of the many 'dud' rocks she had accounted for but some people stopped to 'harvest' it none the less as the meteor shower had begun.
_____It would be clear to anyone that had partook in such events before that the gem infused rocks would fall deeper into the forest, where most who did not come prepared would get lost, sure some COULD fall in the outer ring but the closer one got to the largest meteorite impact zone would likely find the most gems that could be useable for larger items. So it came down to a few hours from the 'first rush' to when the real gem filled touched down. Omega simply wondered how many people would be getting lost and need 'help' getting back.
