She stood inside his office, a place that the elf was far too familiar with by now, as the archer watched Beleg rummage through a few things. He’d called her over just as the blonde had been walking down this very hall, a bottle of pistachio coquito in her hands. ”Here we go, I believe this one’s your match-up for the event.” Whatever the man had been looking for had finally been located in the table he kept off to the side of his office—piles of various things often tossed into it to be slowly worked with later.
”Aside from that I also have a pack—... Lúth?” His words cut short when he noticed the ranger move her hand towards the green bottle atop his desk, slowly pulling it closer towards herself as that red gaze bore right into his own. R-Right… fine, no deliveries this time around, just your Secret Santa.
"Glad we can agree on something this time around, Beleg~" The sweetness in her voice caused the elf to roll his golden eyes, his hand reaching for the bottle and holding it before sinking onto his chair. The rumors of the little workshop his charge had taken on hadn’t escaped him, and he’d been quite curious to see if the results measured up to the hype the girl had used to sell this idea to Zeus and Childress. "I’m off to find them then, before their bottle spoils."
The Star Bridge was something that Lúthien had known of but the elf never had a proper excuse to cross it, at least not until today. She’d been able to hitch a ride across the majority of the bridge, significantly cutting down her travel time and also allowing the blonde time to take in the views, before finally dismounting from the wagon when they had reached a fork in the road. A few golden coins had been given to the driver for his efforts, before the Explorer had set out on foot as she followed the direction the compass-like stone that Beleg had provided her pointed towards.
"Tertus Valley, huh... never thought the League’s Secret Santa list would reach people all the way out here." A glance was given to the handmade sketch scribbled on the piece of parchment she’d received, the face staring back not one that the blonde ever remembered meeting. "Oh, there’s the village that man mentioned!"
Even with the hitched ride a considerable amount of time had still passed, the sun having long since set as the stars began to shine across the night sky. At the behest of the man that had brought her this far Lúthien had mostly stuck to the path available, doing her best to resist the temptation to go off it and explore after hearing the countless warnings on the ride over. For now she’d focus on finding her Secret Santa and delivering her gift, there would be time later to come check out more of Tertoria with her friends…
