Wintersday Activities
Below are the seasonal events that will be running throughout December. These are meant to be casual and social so approach them at your own pace. Throw your character(s) into anything that may appeal to them.

【 Zeusterday Express 】
Zeus, Childress, Kiryuu, and the Whistles are going on a sleigh run to deliver presents to kids all over the accessible parts of Arcia. Join them for a series of spontaneous event threads that will be popping up throughout the mega-event! Each thread is a short and casual event that anyone can join.Narratively, your character may spend weeks traveling on Zeus and Childress' sleigh or meet up with them at specific locations for these mini adventures. New chapters will be announced as they become available.
- (Comms) Sleigh Train. The comm thread where you interact with other characters who are on the Present Delivery Express.
- (Megathread Pt.1) Lady Winter. The currently accessible areas in Arcia are very far apart, so Zeus and his helpers are going to have to have to go fast, and who could help them but someone Zeus refers to as Lady Winter? The thread will premier sometime next week.
【 Mystery Santa 】
To strengthen bonds and improve relations among Astoreans, Astor worked with Zeus and the Lord Chamberlain's Office to set up a Mystery Santa activity, where 2 random participants are matched to exchange presents with one another. Some pairs may opt to use their best judgement to get their partner something they want, or they may spend some time getting to know one another and use that to decide on the present before exchanging it.- Sign your characters up via the Sign-up Sheet.
- Staff will match two characters together 7 days from now. The pair can set up the scene however they'd like.
- The thread can be as short or as long as the pair wants. There is no minimum post requirement!
- The pair can freely roleplay it out, but each character must describe what is inside their partner's present when it is opened.
【 Seasonal Quests 】
As the winter holidays draw near, many people all over Arcia are preparing for it. How about you?Pick one of the prompts below and use it as an RP starter for yourself and others, or make your own. Use the LFG to find people to play with. Put (Wintersday) in the title. You may use DM Spice to add more excitement to your thread.
- There are many pine trees in Isulus that could be trimmed and made into amazing Wintersday trees. The only problem is having to work around the fungi's territory. They are anything but fun.
- Myconid has a rubbery gland that can be used in many stretchy toys after it's been processed. Hunt down some and, well, you get the idea, right?
- The Crystal Nomads tell stories about a mysterious mine where one could mine for edible red and white ores. In fact, they have a minty taste that's the nomad children's favorite. Push further into Zakaden to find it!
- Crystal Nomadic children don't ever get to celebrate Wintersday like kids elsewhere, if you show them a good time, they might take you to their secret spots around the snowy wonderland of Zakaden.
- In an effort to exchange culture, Sun Claws are teaching anyone who can get to their village how to skate and ski using their traditional snow equipment.
- Sun Claws hunt a specific type of winter bears that are only active during winter time. Rumors suggest that these bears are 10 times stronger than regular bears.
- Emma's Winery is looking to hire people who know how to produce, mix, and box wine and eggnog for the upcoming holidays. This winery was featured in Journey Ch. 1 and serves as a sanctuary for felis ladies who have fallen on hard times.
- Many businesses and royal buildings are looking to hire people to decorate them for the holidays.
- There is an anti-traveler cult that is staunchly fighting to stop the spread of Starcalled culture, which Wintersday is. They do this by sabotaging toy shops and stealing presents from children. Stop them and save Wintersday!
- Orphanages and the lower-class citizens could use some holiday spirits too, however you choose to help!
- The majority of Tertoria is stuck in eternal spring, which makes it difficult for Tertorians living there to get into the winter festivity. Figure out how to bring snow or Wintersday to these people so they, too, can enjoy one of the most festive times of the year!
- The current leader of Gardibrook is sending the Golden Knights, who are forcibly taxing Tertorians living in Tertus Valley.
- Attend Christmas parties in real life or spend time with your family or beau.
- If you must spend time alone, at least buy a cake.
- Give your in-game friends or significant others presents and engage in festive activities with them.
- There are cases of gamers who spend the holidays grinding while everyone else is off doing festive activities.
