lion's pride...
Dark magic had always been something more foreign to the lioness, her fingers tapping away at several pieces of paper. Her feet were planted in front of a oak board, messages and requests plastered on. Rewards that were listed were of no importance to Ilya, her main goals to find someone she could go on a wicked adventure with. Her eyes scarcely scanned the inn that she was in. No one looked sociable enough for her to reach out. Although difficult, Ilya still found a way to distinguish Lander from Starcalled. Almost every person in this inn was currently a Lander.
She let out a sigh of defeat, closing her eyes. I wonder what Brutus or Zelly are doing... Ilya let in a deep breath, taking a few seconds too long. TICK. TICK. She opened her eyes as soon as the box flitted into her vision. The ticking growing louder in her ears as she took a step away from the board with a random paper in her hand.
Ilya left the guild, letting the air hit her face. The slight breeze feeling cool, helping her snap back to reality, if just by a little. The ticking still there, but growing fainter. A light hand was placed on the woman's chest as she tried to calm her racing heart. Taking in another breath she began to go over the paper. Apparently a noble was requesting aid in shutting down a labyrinth of some kind. They needed one more as they had already recruited one. Making note of the location, she headed for the building that the noble would be residing.
The building itself wasn't the kind of building that Ilya would think a "big" noble would take shelter in, it was not very flamboyant. Ilya hesitantly walked up to the door and knocked. The door opened and she was questioned of her intent. Giving a quick explanation she handed the paper to the man. He ushered her inside and began to take her further into the building.
Two double doors stood in front of her, and once they were opened her eyes began to adjust to the levels of light in the room. Across the room sat a toned, kind of hot, but edgy-looking man in nobles clothes. About exactly in between her an the noble was a girl, Ilya's attention focusing on the girl. As soon as she had noticed her, the ticking in her ears had began to die down. From the side view, she made note of her small structure and ashen hair. Thankful for the quieted ticking, when Ilya was ushered further into the room she would give her a slight bow of her head, before returning the same gesture to the noble. "The names Ilya, and I'm at your service."
