Kyra Vashtana
220 / 220
Kyra rubbed her temple, for what felt like the eighteenth time in the last few hours. She'd been listening to the three individuals - each from a different family that had somehow pegged her as a mediator in what appeared to be some sort of dispute over...Land...it's a dispute over land. I'm literally being asked, to hold off from helping the sick and injured, because these people can't decide who owns what part of some large field...
The sigh escaped before Kyra could properly stop it, and she felt her face cringe in response. The three before her were already irritable, and her showing any sort of lack of empathy, attention or general interest in what they had to say wasn't helping. Hoping to cover her mistake, she glanced at the older man - he'd said his name was Dale Vayn, if she'd heard him correctly - she tried to stifle her growing annoyance at the situation.

"Okay...so, just so I'm making sure I'm getting this right...you're saying that he..."
She waved a hand towards the second male, a younger man who was likely still a few years Kyra's elder, who had introduced himself as the head of the Dolarian family. The man had bothered Kyra the most, somehow reminding her of a salesperson, the very feeling of the man giving off a lack of trustworthiness.

"...has been planting on your fields, crossing over the boundary that...isn't marked? And that this lady's family..."
This time Kyra waved towards a younger woman, barely into adulthood. Kyra still wasn't sure how this specific individual had been drawn into the discussion, or how she had any say over the dealings of...whatever this was.

"...is encroaching upon the lands of both of you by...riding their horses across your fields? Am I getting this right so far?"
The three began speaking all at once, trying hard to speak over each other as their voices continued to rise higher and higher in volume. Kyra's ears flattened against the top of her head, her tail sticking straight out behind her as she struggled against the noise. A growl had begun to rise in her throat, and before she knew it she'd snapped at the trio in front of her.

"Alright! I get it! You're clearly in need of some sort of assistance with...whatever the hell this is!"
Growling, she closed her eyes again, rubbing her temples to try and clear the growing headache. You wanted realism, now you got it...
