Azzy gave a disgruntled huff as her head was patted and she resultantly became more aware of her lack of height. She did a turn away of her head after she saw Celestine's hat do a tip, and she rubbed her right arm with her left hand as it hung at her side. "Thieves and wolves?" In the real world, this wasn't the sort of thing you'd have to face. Not without a taser or pepper spray at your disposal, and for Azykia's player even that much was unnecessary thanks to the presence of an impressive personal guard.

She didn't quite have that here, and yet it was being offered to her from the get-go. A luxury of safety from her life of prestige was carrying over, but she couldn't feel too sour about it with the price she had already apparently paid.

That was why she had no issue in just accepting it for now. "That would be... appreciated, I think. Thank you... Celestine." It honestly took her a moment to remember this person's name, because she had no actual face to put it to. Just a disembodied voice made of colors. As one last treaty, or perhaps one first one, she reached out a hand in front of her towards not Celestine, not Antonio, but just between them.

She could feel a sudden, surprising yet expected feeling. A closed fist rest upon her tiny hand, larger than her nerves could feel out. It was still surprising, for while she had heard the sound of metal approaching, that was a different expectation entirely to feeling the cool steel of a gauntlet on her hand.

"Azzy, then. I can see that you're a bit lost by your face. Maybe not as young-a bit more capable-as you look, but someone who's lost is lost all the same. Keep mind of that girl there's words-there's dangerous stuff here. You catch eye of it? You deal with it. Terrasphere doesn't give freebies. That's why you make friends where you can instead. Pillado?"

The sound of a blip? rings in her ears. Something must have popped up on her UI. By taking a thumb to look around, she could find a button related to it...

Cel glanced at the hand, wondering if the positioning of it was intentional or not. Not worth too much thought, though. She let THE GUY (maybe she should start thinking of him as Antonio, but that was way too much fun to shout!) go first, taking her hand and... well, that next part she couldn't see, but it was an easy guess.

Friendship!

She did her best to mimic roughly what the friend request UI should look like, more importantly the positioning of the accept and reject buttons (hopefully those were in the right order...!). Not only that, but she also embellished his name a bit...

Illusions were fun!

"Pillado...?" Celestine tilted her head, before shrugging throwing THE GUY a request of her own. "You seem to be the nice enough, do me the friendship as well!"

Unfortunately, THE GUY appeared to have perfectly functional eyes, so her illusion just awkwardly overlaid on top of the normal one.

She'd definitely send Azzy one later, but if they'd be travelling for a while longer, it could wait.

Azzy looked at the flashy friend requests the same way I imagine people watched the first microwave cook a potato, and clicked the accept button only after her eyes had scanned it enough times to memorize it.

"There's a friends list, isn't there?..." She muttered to herself. "Well, I won't be able to see it without... whatever it is you're doing." She looked up at Celestine as she said this, then to THE GUY as though she had something to say in his general direction, then back to Celestine. "What are you doing, exactly? It's..." She was going to say pretty again, but her expression fell away from the side of wonder, leaving her with a soft, stubborn glare that made her seem just a little too proud to admit her true feeling on the matter as she turned her head away again. "Very useful..."

THE GUY tapped the button to accept the request as soon as he could. Then he tapped it again. And again. Why wasn't it going away..? His finger slipped right through the button.

"How strange... You think she's doing it to me, too?" He asked, the answer quite more obvious than it should have been for him. He turned to Celestine so as to say more, yet an interruption bared way to his ears. THE GUY'S head whipped to the side, checking something that only he could see-a notification on his HUD from the friend that continued to wait on him.

"¡Oh, dios mio! I'm late! I've got to be going-Stay safe, the two of you! And remember that THE GUY is here to help at any time, even the ones you don't expect me to! Away!"

Even Azykia could hear the way that he ran past and away further southward. It seemed he had intent to beeline towards the depths of Eastern Brishall. Who could say where he was going? THE GUY could.

Celestine giggled a bit as he played with the illusion (at least that was how she saw it). She might not have given it away, even if she was asked directly: it was too fun to watch!

...but maybe for Azzy’s sake…

"It is the illusions. I can do them a form into many of the things, but it can only be doing so much. After you do the meetings of the many friends and I am not knowing them, I cannot be doing your menu a show of the correctness." To illustrate, she held out her hand. On top, an apple formed, then it morphed into a teacup, and then a little rabbit, and finally it vanished.

Cel nearly jumped as THE GUY exclaimed is shock and then ran off with some kind and reassuring words. She waved him off. "Goodbye and thanks to you for the offer of the helpings!"

After a short moment, Celestine turned to Azykia. "Well, I guess we can be doing a travel too. There is the town of the name Honeyhome doing an exist nearby. It is a good place to be going for the new peoples."

Azykia would have simply watched The Guy charge off, but with a lack of vision she did even less than that, listening to him get further away.

Celestine's offer snapped her back into reality, and she gave a nod. "Sure. I-" She paused to think for a few moments. "... Can I see what you look like, first? I don't really know what I look like either, but I don't figure you could show me that, could you?"

"Hm…" Celestine raised a finger to her cheek, pondering the request. "You say you can only do a one color seeing, yes? Then let me do this a try…"

The outline of a tall(er) young woman appeared, wearing an elegant astrologer’s dress, short hair, and a fancy, ringed hat hovering above her head. She smiled and waved as several words appeared in the air, pointing out various visual details.

<— Purple space hat
Glowy supernova hair —>
<— Silver eyes
<— Gold cloak outlines
Deep purple inside —>
<— More purple here

…and so on.

After Azykia got a good look, the image of Celestine waved and then vanished, replaced by another unfamiliar face smiling back at her. She was young, short, and had much longer hair. The annotations began to appear again.

Blonde hair —>
<— Sky blue eyes
Brown beginner’s tunic —>

…and so on to describe the rest of the colors.

Celestine wiped her forehead. All this complex magic was starting to drain her a bit, but at least it was helpful!

"I think you had a turn out the cute! It is of the very young though. Most of the players of the Terrasphere do themselves an adult."

"If it helps to know, I could see different colors at first..." She informed the woman that had effectively become her current moment mentor as she gave her image a look over. Her eyes widened and narrowed with interest as they passed down and back up Celestine's projected person, seeming to take in all the details she could.

"I-... Your theming is very impressive." She smiled just a bit, wondering if her eyes were even broken in the first place with how beautiful the magical sights were.

And then she started to wish it was broken as she saw her own projected form staring back at her. "Ehh?! I'm- Why AM I so young?!" She clutched at the hair on the sides of her head. "When I said random, I didn't think it could- I mean- Gyaaaaaaaaaaaaah!!" She closed her eyes as she swatted at the illusion of herself.

"Different colors...?" Celestine pondered it for a moment, before realizing what it must've been. "Oh. I am having several of the different magics. Maybe they do the different colors each?"

As Azzy took a look at the illusions, Celestine focused on her reactions. It was a little weird having someone react positively to the way you look... while not actually looking at you at all. Still, it was a nice complement. "Thank you."

The second reaction was... less nice, though. It was a peculiar reaction, too. Surely, she-- like Celestine and most people who played Terrasphere, had spent unreasonable amounts of time in the character creation screen, perfectly crafting every inch of the new body they planned to inhabit. But then the word struck her ears...

"Random."

"You picked random!? I mean... uhm... You did random a pick? Random!?" Celestine had thought such people were merely a myth, and Azzy's reaction was the exact reason why. Then again, it should've been obvious in hindsight. If she'd been more selective with things, she'd probably have been aware of what the magic sight trait was when they first met.

Cel couldn't help but wonder how old she really was...

...

Nope. Wouldn't ask. Let fantasy be fantasy.

"Soooo... there is the news of good and the news of bad. The news of bad is that you are a stuck in that character (though I am thinking it is not such a bad: you are a very cute). The news of good is that you will do a grow up! You are not of much more oldness than when I did Terrasphere a start, and now I appear an adult!"

"Different kinds of magic?" She really should have read about this game more than she did. She did want an unfair disadvantage in this life, but this was all stacking up to be a bit much. Yet she couldn't complain that the monkey's paw only opened once for her so far.

Blazing right past how she didn't understand why it was such a big deal someone would click random for every option (I mean, why else would those buttons be there if not to be clicked?), she blinked rapidly for a second and swayed just a bit as though she had suddenly swooned or got light-headed.

"S-Stuck? I'm-... You can't change your character?" Her eye twitched a couple times, but instead of blowing up in confused rage, she seemed more broken than anything. Deep within the mechanisms of this child's mind, there was a war of rejection and acceptance at work. With a slightly manic smile of disbelief, she tried to force herself to take comfort in Celestine's last remark.

"So I just have to... endure." She took a deep breath. Then another, louder deep breath, as she blew off a bunch of figurative steam. "And the best way to do that, to kill... years worth of time, is... Yes, let's-" She cleared her throat. "We should get to playing the game, right? If someone else can play this game for a few years, then it should be no problem for someone like me!" The blind girl with absolutely no idea how the game worked declared, balancing on her last toothpick of pride. This kind of behavior didn't really suit her current persona whatsoever, but she wasn't really in a great place to judge.

"So, Honey-where-now?"

Well, that look was... not the comforting. Celestine didn't expect it to be, granted, but she was kinda hoping Azzy had read the ominous "You're stuck with this"-type warning on the side of the character creation screen. Evidently not.

"If it does you the feeling of the better, those are years of real time, so you do not have to do the Terraspheres for all the years. Heheh, rhymes..." She still couldn't really understand what the big deal with that was, though. It wasn't like Azzy was ugly or anything. She might struggle to reach some top shelves, and maybe she'd receive more than the average number of headpats, but it certainly wasn't the end of the world (and headpats were great anyway...).

To each their own.

"Anyway, yes: the playing! Honeyhome is the town we will do a travel to. You can do the buying of better equipments and have yourself the rests, and lots of the things. I can be showing you the mastery systems as we do a travel, if you like."

That menu was kinda complicated; she was not looking forward to copying that one. By the end of this, Cel would need to collapse in some inn herself. Shortly after considering this, her illusory world contracted, showing Azzy only a spotlight of the world by her feet.

"I will need to be saving of the energy, so I cannot be doing that much of the shows the whole while." Celestine took Azzy's hand. "Maybe we will do the hand holding instead."

Good thing Azzy couldn't see the stupidly big grin on Celestine's face. She'd always wanted a little sis' like this! Well... minus the self-loathing and obviously adult mindset. They could work on that!

Better equipment sounded useful and straightforward enough, and she could use some rest after the last few minutes she just had. Mastery systems might as well be a foreign language to her. She'd probably forget to ask about those if Celestine didn't remember on her own. Maybe.

As her scope of the world shrunk to but a paltry spotlight around her compared to the beautiful imagination-scape she had bore a unique witness to before now, she became visibly disappointed, though she barely had any time to revel in the negativity as her hand was snatched up. Her face became beet red as she had little choice but to go along with it.

She stammered a few times, wanting to say things and suddenly becoming unsure if she wanted to say those things right afterwards, then finally turned her head away, one last time.

"... I'm counting on you for now..." She uttered in a soft tone. It was obvious she held no joy in having to rely on another person from her expression, but if you took a look at the rest of her, you would stop caring about that one little piece of information so much. She decided to follow Celestine along, and see what this new life was about.

Celestine smiled as she noticed the sheepish blush and the timid words. That was more like it! Bliss! She could feel a squee coming on and had to fight desperately to suppress it!

"Okay then! Let us be doing the go!"

And with that, they took to the road and were off to Honeyhome!
