She couldn’t remember the last time she’d had a full night’s sleep in her bed, her real bed that is. By now diving into TerraSphere had become part of her daily routine, the game helping breach the immense distance that currently separated Ari and Valeria in the mainland.

Today had been no different and, after finishing a few errands and a package delivery for Beleg, the pair had found themselves with some free time to spare—too late into the day to make the trip back to Finweald, but too early still to simply rent a room and sleep for the night. It was then that wind of a certain lodging had caught the ranger’s attention, a ship-inn about a mile from the capital’s coast that was known for the best night views and delicious seafood.

He hadn’t seemed interested at first, though that soon changed when his gaze had caught hold of her crimson eyes. They sparkled brightly like rubies in the sun, the excitement on her face palpable almost, and just like that their plans for the evening were sealed as she grabbed his hand between her own and a "Pretty pretty pleeease~" spilled from her lips.

True to its fame they had found that Anchor Wyatt certainly delivered all it had promised and then some more, the couple eventually retiring to their room late into the night. A blissfully content sigh escaped Lúthien through a soft breath, the elf snuggling closer to the man as her arm wrapped around the hunter’s midriff, and her consciousness slowly drifted away and towards the plane of dreams.

"Fuck,"

A cloaked figure limped through the alleyway. Blood dripped from her left arm which was missing the majority of its length. Clutched in her right hand? Said missing lower left arm. "Figured, twenty was too much." Even with the amount of steel stored in her chest, relying on regeneration alone during combat against a disadvantage was too much.

Stumbling into a pretty uninteresting inn, the mysterious woman walked towards her room in the corner before shutting the door behind her, throwing her bloodied cloak to the side. Her blue hair and scarred face was the most notable feature of the female. She proceeded to sit on the wooden chair, inspecting her cut left arm.

It's been quite a while since that experiment that allowed her to less or more take control of her physiology, turning her greatest source of pain and curse into a gift. Feeling only a small shard protruding on the middle of her chest, she sighed, before slowly redirecting the handful amount left, as dark metallic substances slowly appeared on the stump of the left arm, slowly reaching out. Lune promptly brought the other part together, and the metallic substance slowly connected both ends.

Back intact but unable to be used yet, the steel reaver decided to let her reconnected limb rest for a while as she bandaged it tight. Maybe it's a good idea to call it a night, too, and recharge herself. Putting on her metallic mask to let the shard grow, she crashed on the bed, letting the exhaustion from combat take her away.

A familiar space among the stars soon greeted her; the only difference being that there was a house floating in the middle now, surrounded by the newly-born red stars lightyears away. "I'm not in the mood for some dreams," Sighing, the blue-haired female opened the door to the house before calling out to the presumably another inhabitant of the dream world, unaware of the rift opening behind her some distance away. "Freya? Go walk around or something. I want to sleep."

The plane of dreams was an ever changing dimension with plenty of mysteries for curious and inquisitive minds to discover. How much dreamwalkers learned, however, always boiled down to how far they were willing to push… and the risks they were willing to face.

Little by little Lúthien had begun to learn more about this vast cosmos, assisted in great part by an equally curious pinkett elven scholar. One of the biggest mysteries she had finally unraveled had been to avoid barging into the dreams of those near and dear to her—as a creature that valued her privacy greatly it was no surprise that Lúthien wished to preserve that of her friends just as fervently—and while her technique was still not perfect her incidental stumblings into the dreamspace of those closest to the girl had certainly diminished greatly.

She’d been drifting about the land of dreams, exploring the vast and desolate landscape, when a rift had appeared not far from where she stood. A part of the girl had thought to ignore it, wishing instead to uncover more of the lands that spread far and wide before her eyes, before a sense of familiarity had caused Lúthien to look back in its direction once more.

"No, this can’t be right…" A hand had come close to the edges of the fissure, her fingers barely a breath away from their surface, as her eyebrows furrowed in thought. "... it's just a coincidence, nothing more."

After all Dayeon had already confirmed that she was no longer playing this game, the idol having received a call late into the night from a pouting Valeria as soon as the girl had realized the songstress username no longer showed in her friendlist within this world. It had made sense that the woman had stepped back from it, her free time cut drastically short as the singer continued to figure out how to move forwards after the unexpected news that had swept the internet during the holidays.

"It’s probably not her," she rationalized, thoughts spoken out loud in a vain attempt to try and convince herself—but despite her best efforts Lúthien’s curiosity proved to be stronger, and soon the elf had disappeared through the spacial fracture as she entered someone’s dreamspace.

A breath hitched in her throat as crimson eyes gazed into the vast space, recognition flashing within those rubies as they observed the newly-born red stars scattered into the distance. There was no denying who’s space this was, not when she’d been within it so many times, but that could only mean one thing… Dayeon had not only been diving into the game still, but was also currently asleep within it.

The rift closed behind the dream invader, as she entered a space familiar to yet, albeit with a few changes. For example, the small house in the middle, where a bed used to be.

Through the galaxies, loud heartbeats echoed, before haunting voices of souls slowly filled the space. Then it stopped, before another fracture opened to Luthien's right, showing lights that slowly formed an image.

It was a small, bloody hotel room.

"It appears you and I are linked,"

"I noticed,"

The view lowered, showing her bare chest with a sizable protruding shard of metal in the middle, almost like a steel horn. From her left chest, where a heart used to be, extended a red thread going into a jar containing a bloody, beating heart suspended in the middle, and another crimson thread connected to the wrist of a man that revealed to be none other than Yugam.

The woman opened her UI, and it displayed her every in-game status, power level, and masteries; all maxed out. In the corner of the UI window, a name was displayed: Lune. "You've created a monster,"

Suddenly, the house's main door swung open with significant force, and the blue-haired woman, owner of the memory came out, shouting at Luthien with a distorted, deep, booming voice. "Hey, dreamwalker."

She looked really pissed that someone, on purpose or by accident, accessed her memories. Walking down the patio stairs, the woman pointed away. "You don't belong here in my space, get out."

Lúthien couldn’t shake off a feeling of uneasiness as her steps carried her through the open space, her gaze wandering over the distant stars and galaxies that splattered the darkness within. Her skin prickled as the whispering of dissonant voices caressed her ears, the loud echo of heartbeats causing her own to respond in kind.

"Dee…?" her voice cautiously rang out, crossing her arms unconsciously as if such a simple motion could offer her some form of protection, careful steps keeping her close to her point of origin as she searched for a familiar face within this universe. "... Fairy Godmom?"

Finally she spotted something off in the distance, but the smile that had crept into her lips soon faded away as the ranger narrowed her eyes—inspecting the structure further after a few steps had taken her in its direction. One thing was clear, that was definitely not Dayeon’s bed, but perhaps the older woman had done some renovations of sorts within her dreamspace? The elf had been about to take another step in its direction when the glowing lines of a new fracture caught her attention, turning towards it just as the small fissure expanded and caused Lúthien to cover her eyes with a hand.

"It appears you and I are linked."
"I noticed."

A weight suddenly pressed against her chest as the girl recognized the man’s voice in the memory, her eyes affixed now to the playing memory. She was vaguely aware of the bloody sheets and the small inn room as her gaze focused on the sizable protruding shard of metal that seemed to grow from the player’s chest, framed by strands of blue hair that cascaded downwards. A familiar red string came into view next, and the ranger wasn’t able to hold back an involuntary wince as she spotted it. The only time Lúthien had personally seen one of those it had led to nothing but bloody trouble and, judging by the scene she was now presented with, the elf was starting to believe this was a common occurrence. It extended from the woman’s left side and towards a jar carefully sitting atop a night table—a still beating heart suspended in place within it by more of those threads—before the string continued its path towards another.

Yu… what have you gotten into now?

Magic was a powerful thing within TerraSphere, able to achieve unimaginable feats that would be nothing short of wild fantasies in the real world. It was a lesson Lúthien had stumbled onto accidentally as she’d fallen into Yugam’s dreamspace once, uncovering more than she’d bargained for regarding the man’s skills. Unmei had warned her then, whatever goals Yugam sought after within this game would no doubt carry a hefty price—such was the nature of this world—but it was unlikely the man would stop before he achieved them.

"You've created a monster."

She had never pressed him further on the matter, figuring that with time he’d eventually open up and share those hidden parts with her too, but now the girl was left with more unanswered questions. Who was this Lune person, why were they connected to Yugam and, most importantly, why were they in her unnie’s dreamspace—"Hey, dreamwalker." The sound of a slamming door had caused the range to visibly startle, brought back from her own thoughts as a booming voice called out in her direction.

"You don't belong here in my space, get out."
"Excuse you, did you just say your space?"

There was a part of her that had expected to see the familiar blonde haired woman Lúthien had come to expect within Dayeon’s mind, but instead she was met by an unfamiliar visage as the pissed off woman began walking down the patio stairs of the home. There was no denying this was the same one from the memory Lúthien had just witnessed, the blue strands of hair and deep voice certainly matched the ones she’d seen and heard within it, before the ranger stubbornly dug her heels in.

"This is unnie’s dreamworld, how about you take a hike instead?"

Walking through the house, Lune was making her way into her room before a cracking sound originating from outside was heard. Wait, no one was dreaming, so who's opening a rift? Quickly slamming the entrance door open, she found the unwelcome Luthien in the distance.

"Excuse you, did you just say your space?"

"Yes, mine."

"This is unnie’s dreamworld, how about you take a hike instead?"

Her blue eyes wandered to the left, noticing the memories of her birth playing inside a memory rift. Using her gravitational grip, she forced the space fracture to close. "I don't appreciate my memories being looked at. Get the hell out, or I will do it with force." The woman emphasized that she does belong there, before menacingly walking up to the dream invader, arms extended outwards.

"Lune,"
A familiar, stern voice finally came from the door. The blonde was standing in the doorway, calling out to the woman to stop her. She then moved closer to the other woman, before whispering in her ear with a serious tone. "Keep it down, I only slept for ten hours." Of course, this only resulted in a chuckle from the mysterious blue-haired inhabitant.

Turning to the elf, the blonde knight calmly said. "Luthien, you should leave. This is not a place for you to wander around."Her right hand slowly raised, trying to make the exit rift like last time.

"Especially after what happened the last time." Lune scoffed, looking at Luthien with disdain, before turning her back and walking towards the house.

A scoff left her lips as the blue-haired figure laid claim to the space once again, the blonde rolling her eyes in response before watching as another fracture began to open close to the woman. A move of her hand soon had it close once more before it was fully birthed, before the figure began walking up towards Lúthien with purpose in her steps.

"I don't appreciate my memories being looked at.”
"Trust me, I didn't want to see them in the first place."

That much was true, for it would’ve meant less unanswered questions and troublesome thoughts for the ranger to ponder over—sometimes ignorance could be bliss.

”Get the hell out, or I will do it with force.”
"I’d like to see you try—"
"Lune."

The familiar voice of Dayeon’s Fairy GodMother, as Lúthien had so dubbed her on her last visit, caused Lune to stop her steps just as the elf swallowed the rest of her words. The frown on her face didn’t lighten however, those harsh crimson eyes narrowed in Lune’s direction, before the ranger crossed her arms defiantly as the familiar inhabitant of Dayeon’s dreamspace finally addressed her.

"No." Nevermind the fact that she still hadn’t quite mastered how to get out of these spaces, that was surprisingly harder to accomplish unlike diving into them, but even if the girl had possessed the skill to move in-and-out at will it was doubtful she actually would’ve. "Not until I see Dee and know she’s alright."

She couldn’t remember other dreamspaces having additional inhabitants within them, at least none that she’d explored, that were as constant as the blonde had been in Dayeon’s realm. Neither had Lúthien encountered other dreamdivers, aside from the familiar pink-haired elven girl at least, during her visits into the land of dreams. "Besides who is this, and why is she in Dee’s world?" There was much still that Lúthien didn’t understand about this odd plane of existence and those who might have access to it, so perhaps it was understandable that the girl harbored some concerns over the well-being of her unnie. A final quip was delivered by Lune as she began walking towards the house, and the surprise that in Lúthien's eyes was quickly replaced by a scowl as her nostrils flared.

"Okay that's it," she snarled, boots stomping on the ground with each decisive step the elf took as she began closing the distance between them. "Just who the fuck are you?"

"Not until I see Dee and know she’s alright."

"She's sleeping,"
The protector quickly interrupted her, before explaining further. "Please do not disturb her in her safe place."

"Besides who is this, and why is she in Dee’s world?"

Of course, it was a normal question. Why was there another person popping into someone else's dream? She knew the answer, but for ordinary people, it would be too hard to understand. Dayeon wouldn't be comfortable with this, so might as well not try at all.

"I don't have the obligation and right to answer that, sorry. But I can assure you she's not a harm to Dayeon."
She shrugged, while sincerely apologizing to the dream invader that it was not within her right to explain this kind of thing. If Dayeon was not ready to tell people, so won't she.

"Okay that's it, just who the fuck are you?"

As Luthien stomped towards both of the dreamworld inhabitants, Lune turned around, frowned, and continued to slowly walk to the door, passing the job to the other one. "Deal with her, I'm sleeping." The knight sighed, knowing that Lune's taunt caused this.

"Valeria."
The blonde protector stepped forwards, standing between the elf and the house while addressing her by her real name. "There are a lot of things in this world that you shouldn't know. So please, keep your rage down, and just turn back now." She motioned her to go back and exit the realm.

"She's sleeping, please do not disturb her in her safe place."
"Funny, I wasn’t fucking asking you."

The retort tumbled out of her lips long before her mind could process if she’d even wanted to utter the words, the animosity that the elf felt for this new intruder into Dayeon’s space almost palpable as time elapsed around them. Her sharp gaze refused to leave Lune out of her sight even as the blonde woman spoke, but Dayeon’s Fairy GodMother’s words only succeeded in creating more questions as they delivered minimal answers.

"Deal with her, I'm sleeping." The frown that the woman tossed her way was met with a stern one of her own. "Like hell you are—"

Had the armor-clad woman not stepped between them Lúthien was sure her hand would’ve grasped this Lune person hard on her shoulder moments after, an exasperated snort escaping through her nose before that crimson gaze finally turned upwards to meet her green eyes when the woman used her real name. She was the only voice of reason between the trio, and if the ranger had been in a better mood perhaps she would’ve been more open to listening and following the offered advice… unfortunately that wasn’t the case tonight.

"Get back here," There were too many questions left unanswered for Lúthien to just go back willingly, the ranger attempting to duck around Corvella before trying to reach out for Lune again. "You’re not going anywhere until I get some answers out of you."

"You’re not going anywhere until I get some answers out of you."

Lune did not respond, and leisurely continued walking inside the house while shrugging. The blonde knight quickly stepped back as the invader tried to evade her and halted the elf once more by standing in front of her.

"Valeria."

She called to the dreamwalker again, apparent that she tried to not let any emotion show with the cold glare she trained on the elf. As calm and slow as possible, she reminded Luthien of the situation of this dreamspace.

"She does not owe you any answers, and neither do I. Now, please do not get any closer to the house."

The knight pointed away to the rift slowly opening in the distance, making it clear that this was a last warning while she was still being reasonable and polite that Luthien was not welcome anywhere near the small building in the middle of outer space.

"Walk. Away."

"Valeria."

Her true name found its way to the woman’s lips once again, the knightess having taken two calculated steps to prevent the little dreamgremlinwalker from getting past her and reaching Lune. The familiarity this being allowed itself towards her was certainly unsettling and, while Lúthien had seemed to tolerate and humor it in the past, tonight it was quickly grinding away at what little patience remained within the elf.

"She owes me a spool’s worth of answers, actually."

The beating heart within a jar flashed through her mind, the red threads jutting out of its glass prison having linked Lune and Yugam towards it. It caused her shoulders to tense and a knot to form in the pit of her stomach, worry quietly clawing at her insides as the ranger thought of a different bloody scene from not long ago. It was easy to forget the dangers this game carried, cleverly hidden under a thin blanket of pleasantries, and the pressing need to ensure he would be safe from whatever accursed fate those strings brought about remained at the forefront of her mind.

"If you’re not going to be helpful," Rubies faced emeralds, the coldness in that crimson depth matching the glare that the armored blonde shot in Lúthien’s direction. "Then get the Hell. Out. Of. My. Way!"

Static began crackling all around the smaller frame of the elf as she spoke and something inside the dreamspace shifted slightly in response to her feelings, a new fissure materializing just within Lúthien’s view as a brief memory surfaced.

The strumming of a guitar caught her attention first, the familiar chords still fresh in her own memories, before Dayeon’s voice gently sung out into the crisp Hawaiian night…

"She owes me a spool’s worth of answers, actually."

"No, she doesn't. You are an outsider, Valeria. You are not entitled to anything." The blonde closed her eyes, while still trying to maintain her neutral tone, unmoving in front of the elf. Meanwhile, the other woman had disappeared into the house.

"If you’re not going to be helpful, then get the Hell. Out. Of. My. Way!"

It was impossible, but it felt like a storm was brewing in the place between the galaxies. Another rift opened, seemingly triggered by the emotions of the dreamwalker. It revealed a place known by the crimson-eyed elf; the backyard of the house they rented in Hawaii. It was a clear, windy night, and the owner of the memory was playing the guitar while singing. By the voice, it was obvious that the woman was Dayeon Song.

"Lune," the knight called out to the mysterious woman, as she didn't have the means to close fractures.

The other woman's head appeared from behind the doorway as Lune yawned, "Sure." She complied, using her hand motions to forcibly stitch back the fractures. The last thing Luthien could notice was footsteps and Dayeon asking if they couldn't sleep.

Lune then called out to Luthien. "Why are you so cranky, anyway? If you have questions, ask Dayeon. Or maybe she didn't tell you because it wasn't something for people to know." There's this sharpness to her tongue that separated her from the other inhabitants of the space. Yet, her carefree attitude and cold bluntness certainly would remind the invader of Dayeon's old Slime Girl character. "Learn to respect other's secrets."

The blonde said nothing, mostly in agreement with the more aggressive blue-haired woman. Instead, she motioned in the other direction again, hoping Luthien would turn back and just exit the private realm this time.

The song soon faded away as the space rift was closed up by Lune, the elf barely able to hear the woman in the memory call out to another—until a sudden rush of fear had crashed itself against her mind, startling the blonde for a moment as she rose a hand to her temple and took a step back. What the... she was scared? Her brows furrowed as her mind tried to make sense of the unexpected feeling, she’d been sure that Dayeon had enjoyed their escapade to Hawaii as much as the rest of them—perhaps she had been concerned over what the future would hold for the now labeless idol?

"Why are you so cranky, anyway? If you have questions, ask Dayeon.”
"Gee, I fucking would if a pair of someones weren’t standing in my way."

Her previous pondering was tabled then for another moment, Lune’s voice having caught the attention of the dreamwalker again who shot the older looking woman a pointed glare. ”Or maybe she didn't tell you because it wasn't something for people to know. Learn to respect other's secrets." Her hands had silently balled into tight fists at her side, an audible "tch" winging in the air as Lúthien clicked her tongue, before her gaze looked past Lune and towards the small home simply floating in this space.

"I would if unnie wasn’t so damn stubborn," For the first time her words lacked the sharpened edge that Lúthien had seemingly been reserving for the blue-haired woman, her gaze lowering as the elf now looked at the steps leading up to the porch.

"She’s always trying to do things by herself even if it's killing her inside… I can’t read minds, I don’t know when she’s suffering or in trouble in the real world if she won’t tell me."

Dayeon had also been quite adamant that her time within TerraSphere was over when the blonde had confronted her over the missing Moonsong in her friendlist, and while the blonde had her doubts at first she had chosen to trust and believe the older woman—her excuse of having much to do now that she was figuring out her new direction had convinced Valeria back then… but now she wasn’t sure that Dee had been speaking the truth.

"How am I supposed to be her yeodongsaeng if she won’t let me help her when things are rough...?"

"Gee, I fucking would if a pair of someones weren’t standing in my way."

Lune quickly retorted, gesturing as if she was typing on a smartphone. "Then shoot her a text or something. Don't wake up a girl in need of a rest. Basic manner." She walked to the edge of the patio and sat on the railing, eyes still trained on Luthien.

"How am I supposed to be her yeodongsaeng if she won’t let me help her when things are rough...?"

"Maybe she doesn't want to involve you because she cares a lot about you? Just a wild guess." She said that in a sarcastic tone, but there's truth in her words. "Where she's heading, she only needs herself, me, and immortal blondie."

"Lune."
The blonde quickly interrupted the other woman before she could reveal more important things, to which the blue-haired woman just responded with, "Yeah, yeah."

Another crack appeared, this time accompanied by lightning and winds in outer space. Absurd, but this was a dream world. "A lot of fractures here and there, suddenly." The knight deadpanned, to which Lune just sighed. "Geomagnetic storms. This place is unstable since the invader showed up."

It was a cozy, warm cottage in the middle of the winter. The person was sitting on a couch, right in front of a fireplace when a familiar voice spoke. "I'd rather run more tests before we risk blowing you up."

"Faster is better, we don't know when the enemy will strike again. And we definitely know that they're coming back to retake Vintergard."

The owner of the deep voice then turned to Yugam.
"I'm willing to take that risk. Advancing our plan is the utmost priority."

"Okay, that's too much."
The steel reaver quickly closed the memory fracture again after some effort. "Time to go, Luthien."

"Yeah no, if you’re half of the backup Dee has for whatever bullshit she’s trynna get herself into then she’s definitely not safe." Her arms crossed against her chest, those crimson eyes not letting Lune out of her sight even as the woman moved to sit on the edge of the railing.

"While I’m sure Immortal Blondie here is capable, in the end it’s still Dee’s body out there taking the brunt of it all, and there’s also limits to what she can do too… but I’m sure she already learned that back in Lübeck."

Questions kept popping up within her mind the more Lúthien studied this Lune being—she seemed awfully familiar with Dee’s Fairy GodMother, and even Dee herself if the girl was to take Lune’s words at face value, but unlike the protector of this dreamworld she could also manipulate the space within. It, along with the initial memory Lúthien had glimpsed, had been what convinced the girl that she must’ve been another dreamwalker… and yet Lune’s mannerisms and the way she spoke constantly reminded Lúthien of a younger version of Dayeon, back when the idol had been part of the Slime Girls.

This train of thought soon found itself derailed as another crack began to form, the early signs of a geomagnetic storm felt as the fissure expanded, and when Lune hinted this was her doing the elf couldn’t help but frown in response. "Hey, I haven’t done anything—" the words died down when his voice echoed across the space once more, the ranger’s eyes immediately snapping towards the memory she had intended at first to ignore.

"Vintergard…?" An uneasy feeling settled within her chest, and at first Lúthien had thought it born of her own emotions… until it magnified as the sensations of a second being fed into it. As the steel reaver quickly shut the fracture, with visible strain this time around, Lúthien’s eyes turned back to the woman who attempted to usher the elf away from this domain. "No."

Eyes narrowed as Lúthien studied Lune with careful detail once again, the gears within her brain churning away as it slowly continued to put the pieces of the puzzle in place one by one. "Who exactly are you, Lune?" She had failed to notice it the first time, her mind preoccupied instead by the sight of the bloodied heart within the jar and the countless fate threads around it, but as this memory had faded one thing had become clear.

The hunter wasn’t exactly known for being social, more often keeping to himself and quite reserved in his words… unless it was someone the man was close to: like Fiora, Moonsong and herself to name a few. "How do you know Yugam?" The way he’d spoken towards Lune was unmistakable, this wasn’t someone the hunter was unfamiliar with and it showed by the softer inflections in his tone and the relaxed way in which he spoke in those memories. "... and what sort of plans are you dragging Dee and him into?"

"Yeah no, if you’re half of the backup Dee has for whatever bullshit she’s trynna get herself into then she’s definitely not safe."

"Wanna try me, then?" She hung upside down from the railing, before flipping and landing on the nonexistent space ground. Walking towards both of the other women, she cracked her neck. "I'm not even sure Freya during her prime could even take me on." The knight just rolled her eyes and crossed her arms, not wanting to add anything to the pointless debate.

As Luthien conveniently got another sneak peek at her memories, Lune's unrest grew even more, fearing any repercussions on Dayeon herself if the elf was to figure out anything. "Who exactly are you, Lune?" Rather than answering, she just echoed back what she said to Yugam in her earlier memory, "A monster. That's exactly who I am."

Also, she doesn't know if the invader was able to pick off important clues like the guitar from the memory or not. The elf did ask about the male, though. "How do you know Yugam?" To which the blue-haired woman just shrugged.

"Good luck if you think I'm going to answer that. Neither of them told you for a reason."

"... and what sort of plans are you dragging Dee and him into?"

"If anything, I'm the one being dragged by them," Growing tired, Lune then raised her tone. "So, you're gonna insist on sticking around, or are you gonna go?"

The blonde knightess wasn’t the only one rolling her eyes sky high as Lúthien mirrored the action, though a certain detail didn’t escape the ranger’s perceptive ears. "Freya, huh... still doesn’t ring any bells as to who you might be, though." It was somewhat nice to have a name for her face though, one that was less of a mouthful than the moniker Lúthien had given the woman.

"But yeah, Freya here seems more dependable than your showy ass."

By then Lune had decided to join them, and with her came another spike to the turbulent sensation the dreamwalker had been picking up on since the last memory fracture. Her eyes narrowed as the woman offered nothing with her words, though the elf hadn’t expected a straight answer from the start.

”Neither of them told you for a reason.”

She’d be a liar if the girl said that statement hadn’t stung quite a bit, a sudden pressure pushing against her chest before Lúthien did her best to ignore it. "Funny, for someone that’s getting dragged around it looked like you were calling out a lot of the shots." It was uncanny how much this woman reminded Lúthien of the Slime Girl’s persona Dayeon had in her earlier years as an idol, a fact that continued to unsettle the elf who wanted answers but wasn’t getting any, unless…?

"Awww, want me gone so soon?" The edges of her lips quirked upwards in a light smirk, a teasing tone coloring her words. Arms stretched outwards then, her fingers linked together as Lúthien stretched them, before the ranger mimicked the same cracking motions on her neck. "Here I thought you’d been serious with your earlier offer."

"Freya, huh... still doesn’t ring any bells as to who you might be, though."

"Good." This 'Freya' replied unenthusiastically. The woman really just wanted to sleep.

"Funny, for someone that’s getting dragged around it looked like you were calling out a lot of the shots."

The blue-haired woman just chuckled at the elf's attack, "Hit a nerve, did I?" She walked in circles, shaking her head before Luthien then teased her with the aforementioned 'testing'.

"Here I thought you’d been serious with your earlier offer."

"You know what, I was not that sleepy anyway,"
With one move, Lune took off her outer cloak. The protruding steel was quite apparent, its black, reflective metallic shape pierced between the stitchings on her clothes. "If you can knock me down, I'll answer one question. But if I kick your ass, you're not coming back here ever again."

"Lune."
The knight was getting tired of reminding her, a thing that Lune seemed to be enjoying very much. "As long as we don't wake Dayeon up, should be fine, right?" The blonde just shrugged while making an `if we get in trouble, you're responsible` face.

She pointed at Luthien, before motioning her to come with one finger as if taunting her; Dayeon's signature dance break intro move. "Let's dance, yeodongsaeng."

"Hit a nerve, did I?"

If the silence of the blonde hadn’t queued Lune into the answer for that question then the slightly soured look on the ranger’s face probably did, though Lúthien managed to hold her tongue back this time around. She wanted answers, and it seemed the dreamwalker wouldn’t be getting any unless she played her cards just right this time around.

"You know what, I was not that sleepy anyway."
"Good, it’d be a shame to have all this dreamspace and only use it to sleep anyways~"

Her eyes were naturally drawn to the protruding steel piece when the blue-haired woman removed her cloak, it was like nothing she’d witnessed before in the game so far and the curious part of the girl couldn’t wonder how this player had become afflicted with such a thing in the first place. "Now, that’s hardly fair considering this isn’t even your space in the first place." A light scoff left her lips after listening to Lune’s proposition, a single answer in return for possibly banning her out of this realm indefinitely wasn’t balanced in any way at all.

"Tell you what, if you can kick my ass I’ll leave without seeing Dee." A glance was stolen towards the front door of the small house as she spoke, looking up to the windows on the second floor in the faint hope of catching sight of the woman… though luck didn’t seem to smile down on her today. "And for every time I kick your ass I get one question~"

Two could play the cocky game for sure, a teasing smirk on the ranger’s lips as she stared back to Lune, though that was quickly replaced by a serious scowl at the woman’s next choice of words. "Don’t call me that, you’re not my unnie." She was quick to shift backwards just as Lune began to get ready, her bow and quiver materializing in the dreamspace on command as the ranger quickly put distance between herself and Lune.

She wasn't sure what the other woman could do, but she was smart enough to not remain within close quarters to find out the hard way. Two arrows were pulled from her quiver and nocked onto her bowstring, a whispered breath leaving her lips as the elf focused all her energy onto their tips before allowing them to fly towards their target. They danced in the air, spiralling against one another, before the shafts began to glow and spread.

Two turned four, then to eight, sixteen and, finally, twenty-one, before the volley of magical arrows landed against Lune and her surroundings—sparking shortly after as electricity arced through the metal tips and everything they touched.

"Don’t call me that, you’re not my unnie."

"You are." She whispered under her breath, inaudible.

"RAAAAARGGHH" Lune screamed in agony, trying to pull out the massive protrusion of steel on her chest, Once out, it slowly reformed into a dark metallic greatsword that the blue-haired woman wielded with the stance Moonsong used with her claymores. Luthien already jumped backward in the meantime, keeping a distance away from her.

A couple of arrows were released toward her direction, which the woman parried with her weapon. The number of arrows gradually increased quickly, starting to overwhelm Lune before she decided to just create a gravity barrier around her. It was a solid plan until the tips of the arrow began to spark, chaining lightning between the arrows and delivering high voltage that could toast any beast into crisps to Lune who was in the middle.

"Rrrrrr..." A figure came out from the smoke; some of Lune's skin was burned, revealing a metallic layer underneath. But even that metallic layer was slowly crumbling and melting due to the heat of the electricity. Stumbling, she turned to the blonde knight watching the fight, "I'm borrowing that one."

"Go ahead."

Lightning from above struck her, but this time it wasn't Luthien's. Emerging from the explosion was a gigantic-sized armor, which gold lining and white color were surely familiar to everyone that had gone to Vintergard. The gigantic suit of armor then threw a powerful right-hand punch, which sends a force of graviton wave towards the dream walker, rippling in the middle of the space.
