Terrasphere … Her mind was still having a bit of an issue wrapping around the fact that the game she had become so immersed in what seemed like so long ago was back. At some point over time, she had ceased missing it so much; she had stopped checking to see if there were any news or new developments. Sure, she'd seen some of the write-ups and stories … The media was just that though, right? She remembered the nostalgia of the game well, regardless, and so when she'd gotten the invite to return, she'd done so. Now, looking around her as her eyes adjusted to the light and their mossy-green hues danced over the scenery around her, she smiled as she looked down at her left hand, opening and closing her fist to open her palm UI.

It seemed most all of her throwing knives, and dagger were accounted for, and there seemed to be a few new items within her stash. Needed things for alchemy, a crudely made bow, a quiver full of arrows, it seemed her armor was something lighter than she remembered, but durable enough. She didn't seem to be carrying much by way of coin, though she was certain she hadn't been back then. Her skill set and masteries were a little different than she recalled, but she didn't see where it would be a problem learning what she needed to and getting back into the game. Scanning over her mastery list she pondered a moment. It seemed she had Illusion Magic -that could be fun, but she might need to see if she could find someone willing to help her learn a bit about using it - Ranged Weapons -That explained the bow and arrows- and Alchemy -that would be handy. Yes, it seemed she still had plenty of skills that would work for the rogue/assassin she had made her character to be.

Closing her palm UI with a squeeze of her fist, she turned her attention back to the surrounding area. She wasn't certain if she were still in the same place she had been thrown from, but she did remember she had last been somewhere in Duunstad. The town she stood in currently seemed much like what she remembered, but not.
"Finding some where for a drink and a bit of information might actually prove to be a good idea," She muttered to herself as she turned to head up the path she stood on and towards the buildings she could see in the near distance. Surely there was a bar or tavern or something where she could do just that. There was only one way to find out, really, and she never had been one to just stand around idly.

She began to note her own movements as she made her way past the first few buildings that came into full view. Her steps and the flow of her muscles seemed smoother, more fluid. That was interesting, in itself, at least to her, it showed the game had actually gone through some sort of progression. She wondered what the full story was. With the way she'd been just basically yeeted from the game those years ago, she had been half expecting to find things the same. She was glad to know that the 'lock out' hadn't seemed to corrupt much for her character, however. She was looking forward to getting to re-know herself and the world of Terrasphere.

She couldn't help but wonder if any of the people she had met in her excursions the years before might have returned. Would she run into them, if they had? Would they remember her?
"Not likely any will remember you. You weren't exactly memorable, even here." She shoved the nagging voice in her head away, preferring to focus on possibly happier things. It would be nice to see a familiar face or two, but just as nice to meet new people, in her opinion. That was one of the things she'd enjoyed about the game. There had always been someone interesting to run into. She'd been on a task with a group before the game had disappeared for a time. Looking around her she was pretty certain that was a quest she wouldn't find herself in again too soon. With the changes she could see, she was certain anything so old would be obsolete at this point.

Shrugging to herself, she made her way past a few more buildings, noting a sign for what appeared to be an inn. Where there was an inn there was usually a tavern, right? Steeling her resolve to step back into things, she pushed her wayward thoughts away for the time, making her way through the doors of the establishment. Once inside she found herself greeted with the sounds of voices and the smell of booze. The atmosphere did not seem hostile, but she still kept her senses perked as was her habit. She had no desire to have any sort of adverse situation sneak up on her, if she could help it.

Her mossy-green hues took in the people at the tables as she made her way to the front of the place. Reaching the bar she settled onto an empty stool, turning her attention to the area behind the counter and signaling for a tender. Taking a moment to order a drink and wait for the tender to slide it to her, she picked up the heady mug, taking a deep swig as she turned on her stool to face the room beyond. Elbows propped on the bar as she pondered asking the likely NPC tender of her exact location or waiting to see if she would be able to nab the attention of a player who may have been back and around a bit longer than herself. Her frame relaxed back against the bar as she decided that it would be more fun, at least for now, to wait and see what or who might come along on her first day back to the New-Old World of Terrasphere.

He didn't even know how long it had been? He had stopped checking a lot of things over the time. Things had been so much easier back then. Hadn't they? Terrasphere had been a place he wished he could have just stayed, it was so much simpler there. Things weren't complicated. He could handle that world -- yet he had found himself locked out and so the darkness in his life had begun. That was until he had gotten that message. Return to the game. He had thought it never likely to return, yet maybe sometimes things did happen that were good. More like bittersweet. Just because the game had returned-- what were the chances that the game was the same. So before he logged in, he read what he could get his hands on. Better to go in well prepared then without no knowledge at all. This was it. Darkness faded and a bright light at the start up finally faded and he was into the game.

Crimson eyes looked around the place he had happened to login into. What did he remember from before he had been thrown from the game? When life was better and it wasn't some neve rending hell that he just tried to float through. Right, he had been in Dunnstad when things had stopped responding to him. So first before he did anything, he should check what still existed for this character. He had been amazed as all hell that his file was still saved on the app. Though just because something was there didn't mean it hadn't changed in the years that this had been closed down. Things did feel different-- yet at the same time oddly still the same. Though what had changed?

A sword on his hip, that much he could see without opening his palm UI. He smirked "guess still better than a stick. Though I would happily repeat those moments." He couldn't help but remember his first moments in this world so long ago. The people he met. "And tormented" Yes , and tormented. Wait, he wasn't used so much to hearing that little voice in his head when he was in the game. So where the hell? No more like HOW the hell was this possible? He just couldn't be rid of that damn voice. Oh well~ It would make things even more interesting probably. What was the possible worse thing that could happen in this world? It wasn't the real world-- there was no jobs that would fire him because they feared him. Hell... fear in this place was sometimes a good thing.

His UI looked strange as he scrolled through it, things had been revamped for sure. Though it had most of his stuff in there. Those sharp pointy things. He forgot how much he missed having those things around. Camus was an extension of him-- so naturally he would miss him and this world. The memories he made. He was back-- but would it be the same? Would the others have returned as well? Judging by the message, wouldn't all returning people have gotten it? Though it didn't mean they had returned though. He noticed things such as the pages of magic had been blanked out. He frowned slightly puzzled as he looked at the list. Weird. So did that mean that he didn't have such a thing? Or had it been locked for some reason? Did he get access to it again somehow? Some event or quest? How did this thing even work anyway?

There were a few new sharp sparkling objects though. Good to know he seemed to have been granted such things. Now skills. "Well bloody hell~" He couldn't help but speak to himself as he saw the skill. He could use Hemomancy . Now that would be wicked awesome actually to play with. Beside that wonderful and new shiny skill in his list, he seemed to have more fighting abilities. Pierce and Slash. Handy enough, explained the sharp pointed objects completely. Money, he had plenty enough to play with. Besides he could just do things like he would in the real, even if he hadn't had money. Sure they could do more here then throw the book at him-- people stole shit all the time be it in the real or in game. Though seemed he wouldn't have to do such. Oh well, if it came down to it, it wouldn't bother his conscious at all. He would still be able to sleep damn well at night. He had done a lot worse in the real.

Now to scope out the place. He had been in Dunnstad before. The place was similar but at the same time it was different. He had logged in and was standing in an alley. He was sure he hadn't been here when he left. Maybe he had been-- who knew anymore. He watched the NPCS and possible players going about the streets-- who knew which was which. Motions seemed smoother. The game had updated indeed during this time off. "Well off to find things~" He hummed as he walked out of the darken alleyway. Long silver hair flowing as he walked. Not a single familiar face had he seen yet, but it was still early. He hummed as he continued down the street and finally found himself passing several buildings. "Finally." There he had found it an inn. Where there was information and more so booze. Booze was good.

His ears slightly twitched listening to the random chatter around the place. Then-- oh was that -- no it couldn't be. He wasn't EVER that lucky. He took a seat by the other. Even if it wasn't that girl from before, he could still have fun and make some new torment buddies. Yes, torment buddies it was. "It seems if ya stare at that place any more, it might burst into flames~" He purred and ordered himself a drink. A bright smile on his face. "Don't tell me you're that deep into concentration. Or better yet, you're looking for someone. Have you found them? Or perhaps he has found you" he leaned closer to her and purred the last words into her ear.

Caelynn appeared on the dirt road and opened her eyes slowly and was met with the virtual sunshine. She looked up at the clouds that painted the sky around the sun. Her ears twitched hearing the sounds of birds around her. It was almost like she was outside in the real world but she wasn't. She looked down at her outfit and got familiarized with her returning look. Long pink hair, A long bow with arrows around her upper body and hanging off her body. She always admired the long bow. It was beautiful and seemed to be the preferred weapon of choice for an Elf. She smiled and took it out in front of her and looked it over. "Hello old friend. It's been awhile hasn't it?" She smiled and placed it back on her back. Turning around, she put a hand through her long pink hair and felt how soft it was. It looked beautiful and bright. Reminding her of cotton candy.

She put down her long strands and pulled down her UI menu. Everything did look the same. Nature magic and Beast Arts. She loved animals but didn't really interact with them in the real world. She also noticed she had plant magic. She smiled to herself and wondered if that meant she could successfully grow a plant and not kill it. In real life she didn't have a green thumb as the expression went. She read over her stats and tried to remember everything. It had been way too long. Four years. One day she was automatically logged out from the game and was unable to return. It was almost like she had gotten too comfortable and happy and something said that wasn't allowed. She much rather her in life game compared to her out of game life. At least here she could be whoever she wanted to be. If she wanted to be an adventurer she could be. A villain? Sure. A royal princess? Well she was sure it could be done but that wasn't what she wanted right now. Nope the first step was getting to know this version of herself. The Elf then began looking around and started walking around.

Her thoughts began looking back on all her old memories. She had met a handsome Elf who had a liking to her. Perhaps he had returned to the game? She sighed and shook her head. He probably had somebody better in real life. Even if he did return to the game, she doubted he wanted anything to do with her. Something always told her that she wasn't as good as a person she thought she was. There was another girl that she couldn't quite remember the name for. She seemed to be super nice and friendly towards her. It would be nice to meet her again if she possibly could. Her thoughts came back yet again and told her that she probably had a better life. She was the only loser that looked at a game as an escape or a replacement for the real world. She sighed and shook her head not wanting to fight with her inner thoughts at that moment.

Then there was another player she hoped never got the hidden email or code to join the game. It wouldn't be that bad if he straight up just didn't return. He didn't need this world. What was so bad about his real life that he felt the need to come torment others in this game? Caelynn sighed with frustrations trying to get that guy out of her head. 'Everything is starting new. Someone players returned while others haven't. Leave the past in the past and look towards the future.' She was used to giving herself little pep talks. If they helped or not she didn't know. At least those little talks made her feel better for a moment or two. There were new places to explore in this world and old places to return to. New people to meet and potentially reuniting with the older players. Caelynn was rather happy she got the secret code to return to this place. If she could live here forever she would in a heartbeat. Unfortunately, she was a human in the real world and needed to work, sleep and eat. But during her long periods of free time she could come play around in Terrasphere. "I've finally returned. I've...I've come home." She smiled up at the sky.

After a little while of evaluating everything from her inventory and skills and her surroundings, Caelynn had walked until she found a little Inn with a tavern to match. Food and drink awaited her and hopefully new friends. And if she had to log out for whatever reason at least she could get a room at the Inn and reappear in the same place. The pinkette walked towards the tavern already excited to see what the menu had to offer. Different drinks and food to choose from was the best part from this world. It always looked so good. Way better than what the real world could ever come up with. Alright fine, the real world had its perks with food and drink but Terrasphere definitely held the championship for that category.

Opening the door to the tavern she was met with the inside of the building. There was a bar with a few individuals sitting on the stools along with a couple. One of them looked like they might of had too much to drink already. She smiled and shook her head before making her way to an empty table in a corner right by the window. Naturally she took the window seat. Hopefully someone soon would be around to offer her a menu of some sort so she could put in her order and then be on her way. She was a bit distracted as she looked around at everyone. Her eyes flicked up to the couple at the bar and quickly thought back to Lorelei and Camus. She shook her head and pushed her pink hair out of her face and put a hand up to call over a server. "I'd like a menu please if you had one." The figure nodded and left for a few moments before quickly returning and placing the pamplet in front of her. Caelynn then looked over the menu wanting to read over everything before deciding what she wanted to order.

Mossy-green hues shifted only slightly as she observed the room around her, her mug lifting to her lips occasionally as she took note of each new patron to enter the establishment. For the average person to see her there, it would seem she lounged against the bar, mostly oblivious to her surroundings as she drank. That was very rarely the case for Lorelei, however. Her keen sense of awareness was something that had, once upon a time, been one of the traits that had earned her the position of personal guard to a certain king. The memory of past excursions had a small smile on her lips when the opening of the door brought her attention back to a newly entering customer. ---NO WAY~!--- Her own voice screamed in her head as she took in every aspect she could of the elfin male that had entered the tavern.

From his silver hair to his crimson eyes and the way arrogant, everyone is in my way, air in which he carried himself were unmistakable to her. Her expression showed nothing of the shock she felt wash over her, however. Mossy-hues remained seemingly fixated before her as she took another small swig from her mug. What were the odds that they'd not only both return, but that she would find him barely an hour after logging in. It seemed Terrasphere still had a knack for making her wonder if fate might be a real thing. She nearly snorted at the thought, as she watched the man that she could only describe as her favorite menace amble towards her in his some how regally, haughty way. Oh, how adventurous her first day back was already proving to be, and she'd barely even gone anywhere since logging into the game. It was ironic enough of a thought to almost make her chuckle. She held her cool well, however, as the silver-haired male took a seat beside her, speaking as he did.

She listened to the words that dripped from his tongue as he teased at her, before ordering his own drink. She allowed him to finish his playful rambling, giving him only a flick of the ear he basically purred his last few words into, before she reacted, turning her bar stool to allow herself to set down her mug onto the bar's surface before propping her elbows on either side of it, her chin rested against her folded hands, as she tilted her head to look over at the male, her mossy-green hues shining with mischief. "Cammy ...How are you, Love?" Her voice was low, almost lyrical in its tones as she spoke. There was no hint of anything other than familiarity in her tone, at this point. It was honestly great, in her opinion, to see a familiar face upon her return, especially his. He had been her closest companion in the game, after all. In truth there was a connection she felt to him that she couldn't deny was still there as she took in the familiar, yet new countenance of his avatar. "It's been a long while. I'm pleasantly surprised to see you."

She left her words to hang in the air for a moment as bit of movement near one of the windows caught her attention, though she gave no other indication as to having let her attention drift. Pinning the object of her attention for further investigation at a later moment, she turned her attention back to Camus, her eyes shadowing just slightly as a stray thought crossed her mind. A real life friend who she had been seeking out in the game some years before. Back then she had begun to suspect Camus, but would those suspicions still hold? After all this time? She hadn't seen said friend in just as long, after all. "You don't waste any time, do you, Princess?" – "Shut up" She thought back, as shoved the voice aside as it popped into her mind. She wasn't about to let the little devil ruin this reunion. No, she'd spent far too long working to keep just those sorts of things happening in her real life. She shook her head, slightly, the thoughts she'd been in pushed aside as she let her lips spread into a wide grin and locked her gaze onto Camus once more. "It seems time has done little to change you." She continued, shifting on the stool so that she leaned a little closer to the crimson-eyed male, before whispering, softly. "If you truly care to know, yes, I have missed you, but I must say, you seem quite happy to see me, as well." She chuckled, softly, as she shifted once more, returning to her position facing the main area of the room.

Shifting her attention back to Camus for a moment, she gave him a wink, before letting her attention shift from him to the window where movement had caught her attention a few moments before. It seemed the other individual she had noticed had either not noticed them or didn't remember them. Perhaps they should find out.
"I may have a surprise for you, it seems, if even unexpectedly." She said, her voice holding a mysterious note as she lifted her right hand to point a slender finger towards the pink-haired elfin female she had taken note of. "I am fairly certain that is Caelynn over there." She said in a low whisper, before lowering her hand and turning her attention back to Camus. "So, do you want to sit here tell me how much you've missed me, or shall we go over and say hello?" She asked, giving him a grin as she pushed herself off of the bar stool and grabbed his left hand with her right. She gave him no time to answer, really, as she dragged him over to the table by the windows. Stopping just behind the pinkette, before releasing Camus' hand and reaching to tap the other woman on the shoulder, though she remained silent as she pulled her hand back from the gesture, just waiting.

He couldn't help the little grumble, albeit small, from leaving his lips as his pointed ear was flicked. It didn't hurt, it was more teasing then anything. Yet, the thing with him was he wouldn't so easily express what was going on. Normal people might even grumble should they get flicked in the ear. "Yes because ya are the perfect picture of normal. I'm sure everyone would consider ya as normal as they come, champ. Not just this version of ya , no no no. I'm talking bout the failure dog that ya are." He didn't let his thoughts be known as he shot a response back. 'Shut up' That only brought cackling in his mind. He knew he wasn't perfect, but he didn't need the little demon whispering that shit into his head to mock him. No, he had other things to pay attention to instead.

A smile formed on his lips. Wait she was actually pleasantly surprised to see him? He didn't let the shock be known. "Oh Lollie, dear~ It seems you haven't changed much either. Were ya that lonely without me? Hmmmmm" he let his word be drawn out as if to think. "Perhaps? Maybe or maybe not. Who knows." Though Lorelei had always been someone he suspected back then in the original days of Terra. A little game that had been between him and this girl in the real. He still wondered if this girl still was the same. The character was nothing like the girl-- but then again he had been nothing like himself between real and the game. Now... he didn't know who the hell he even was in the real. This place was much better, if there was a way to live here instead--- he might just take it. It would mean he would never have to endure any of that hell ever again.

Before the little demon could say anything, he blocked it out. He hadn't tracked where her eyes seemed to be looking. He couldn't care if she was scoping or not, but what he hadn't expected was this. "A surprise-- w" he started and she dropped the bomb, not even letting him answer before taking his left hand and pulling him from the ball stool. He easily did keep up with her, both had the same type stride. Sure, his legs were longer-- but speed wise they were the same type of character. It wasn't that hard to catch up. He couldn't help the smirk as she finally dragged him all the way to the table where the pinkette sat. She might just have been around him too long before. The way she went to release his hand only to tap the other woman on her shoulder and said nothing. Though he took it a bit further.

Now he had to think fast, and he naturally did, he went to get a leaf that had blown in when the door had opened and he let it fall down. Slowly, ever so slowly, before he leaned real close to her. Softly breathing in her ear , breath ghosting over her skin. He couldn't remember her name , well the name he had provided her prior, for the life of him. So he did something that was yes perfectly normal. "I've....finallly.. found.... you" a slightly singsong type way of saying those whispered words. He really wasn't the sanest person before, okay before he was hella sane compared to his real now. Though Camus was... well Camus. Yes, he was completely not psychotic in any sense of the word here. He couldn't help but smirk as he pulled back.

So was this a dick move? Maybe? Though really should it not be expected of him by now? He could have done several things. Though hey-- Lorelei had doomed Caelynn by dragging him over here. Her thing was harmless, but his--- eh not so much. Though at least he didn't do something worse like run a dagger along her neck. He didn't take some insect he happened to find and have it go over her body. Okay, that could still be a good thing. The irony of it all was he had no skill set partaking to nature , per say. Blood--- that was the only nature like thing he had right now. His beast art had been blacked out... not like he would let that get to him. If he wanted to go play with things, he well damn would. He would make them submit his way. He was also the type to naturally piss anything off just to get attacks. Caelynn, poor girl, well she had been picked to be his personal play toy to torture. Lorelei he handled in other ways.

Before Caelynn could respond to the tap on her shoulder, she suddenly saw a leaf fall down in front of her. She looked up in front of her and saw the door had been left opened. Whoever had last entered clearly didn't close the door. The old phrase of shut the door we don't live in a barn echoed through her mind. Once you've heard that it could be applied to anywhere if a door was left open. Her ear twitched remembering that she had heard footsteps approach her. Then suddenly she heard his voice. That very voice that always seemed like it was out to get her. A voice that should had been long forgotten about. Her eyes widened when her mind matched up the face with the voice of who she just heard. Swiftly she jumped out of the chair knocking it over and turned around to see Camus and Lorelei just standing there. Although Camus was alot closer to her.

"Camus! Lorelei!" Caelynn took a step back from them not entirely sure why she did something like that. Was she afraid? Absolutely. Camus seemed like a psycho and Lorelei seemed to be the only one who had someone what of a grasp on him. Even though Camus would still run wild like a mustang with nothing and nobody around to stop him. "You guys are.....You're back in the game?" Her voice was a little unsettled as she didn't expect to meet the old players she once formed a party with. She took her hands and put them to her face rubbing her cheeks and hitting herself softly to make sure this wasn't a dream. This was in fact real life and they were right in front of her. She wasn't afraid of Lorelei at all. In fact she actually liked Lorelei and had actually missed her.

They could stand there and talk but that would defeat the purpose of the table being there with chairs for them to sit. "You might as well sit down then. I was just looking over a menu to see what looked good and what not." She gestured to the other chairs before she moved to the furthest chair and sat down. "You'll both have to tell me how it was that you both found each other and found a way back into Terrasphere." She looked at the leaf at the spot that Camus originally dropped on her and reached for it. She looked down smiling at the leaf slightly. It had decided to go on an adventure of its own it seemed. "Welcome back Lorelei! I've actually missed you! I was wondering if I'd ever see you again. I'm quite happy to see that your love for virtual reality games is still hanging around."

That was more than what she could say for Camus. She wasn't happy to see him at all. She'd have to relearn how to tolerate him and stand around his insanity. She wondered if he had worsened or gotten better since the last time she saw him. Hopefully he just stayed the same.

---"Perhaps? Maybe or maybe not. Who knows?"--- His words echoed at the back of her mind as she basically dragged him over to their destination. Typical Camus to be coy and aloof about such things, but somehow his words didn't seem quite as brash or hateful as she remembered him being. Perhaps she had imagined it, or perhaps he actually had missed her. She pushed the thoughts aside for the time being, however, as they stopped at the pinkette's table and she reached to tap the other female's shoulder. Stepping back just a step, she raised a brow as she watched Camus move to pick up something from the floor. What was he up to? Leave it to him to start his antics right away. She almost chuckled at the thought as she observed the male.

Mossy-green hues followed Camus' movements as he straightened back up, now holding a stray leaf. She watched as he released the small-ish thing, sending it to flit slowly down towards the pink-haired female. She rolled her eyes as Camus leaned over, his sing-song like tone and the haunting way he whispered his chosen greeting to the other female was an obvious tactic to irk the poor girl. It seemed he really hadn't changed much. If the three of them wound up traveling together again, she'd likely find herself having to intervene on the other elfin female's behalf. Camus had enjoyed terrorizing poor Caelynn, as she recalled it.

She pulled herself from her thoughts as Caelynn jumped up at the sound of Camus' voice, knocking over the chair in which she had been seated in the process. The resounding clatter of noise, along with the exclamation of their names from the pinkette's mouth as she stepped back from them brought a slight stir from tables near them. She could feel the gazes and glares of some of the other customers in the tavern as their attention was drawn to the source of the noise that had interrupted the quiet atmosphere of the place. Giving a short huff of a sigh, she shook her head as she let her attention shift back to Camus, her ears twitching as she listened to Caelynn continue to speak. "I see you still can't do anything subtly, huh?" She teased at him, a hint of amusement in her voice as she turned her attention back to Caelynn.

Mossy-green hues scanned the other female as she took note of the way the rubbed and smacked at her cheeks as if trying to wake herself up. She had questioned their return, which was silly seeing as they were standing right there, but Caelynn had always been a bit excitable. It was refreshing to see that the years hadn't changed these people she had once viewed as companions, if not friends. "Yes, yes, we're back, as it seems you are." She chuckled at the other female, nodding as she watched her gesture towards the chairs at the table and offered for them to join her. She leaned over and straightened the chair that Caelynn had knocked over as the pink-haired female moved to a different chair. Turning it backwards at the table, she placed it between Caelynn and one of the other chairs, before sitting on it and crossing her arms over the back.

"I don't know about Camus here," she said, glancing to the male elf and back to the other female elf, "but I could eat. It would be nice to take some time to catch up." Her words were sincere, her voice calm, lyrical, almost soothing, before she silenced herself once more to listen to Caelynn as she began speaking once more. "Well, I received an email with the app. I've been back less than a day, and Camus just showed up here, just a bit after I did and right before I saw you and then we came over here." She said, smiling at the other female as she spoke. "I'm glad to see you, honestly, Caelynn. I was just wondering to myself who, if any, of my old friends I might be able to run into." The last she said as she looked between the two, her smile widening. "So, tell me, is it everyone's first day back?"

He couldn't help the almost cackling like laughter that left him as she jumped out of her chair-- thus knocking it over. Honestly, how stupid could one person be? Yet that stupidity made her fun to mess with, even with Lorelei there to defuse the situation before it got too much. "Naturally. No you have missed us so much-- now you are seeing things, We are really a figment of your imagination. How pathetic can one person be, Cruellie. Seriously?" He asked as he went to take a seat as she went about slapping herself as if to see if she was dreaming or not. He rolled crimson eyes as she did this. She was really the slowest on the uptake. Oh well, she did provide some of the best entertainment around. Perhaps why he continued to mess with her.

"How we found each other-- such a grand tale really~" he started but just sort of glared at both women in his company. "Cruellie, you might just be trying to make me all sad now." Though Lorelei was speaking of how she just received the email and then showed up. "You really did take all the fun out of that explanation , Lollie. You shouldn't coddle the girl, she might never grow up." He had no clue who the girl was behind the screen-- if he had, well that saying might just have provided so much more. Yet he wasn't aware of that, the only one he had suspicions about-- well that was Lorelei being Bre, but that was another story. He could care less who the girl was behind Caelynn really. As it didn't involve a potential bet riding on who she was.

He rested back against the chair's back, tilting it up slightly on its hind legs. "Seriously, jumping straight to the point. What are we gonna have a moment? Maybe hold hands because we reunited. Crullie isn't happy to see me and she should be. We all know I made every moment better for her. Where would she be without me? At least you admitted to missing my glorious self." He was who he was. He was someone who could never be predicted -- it was what made him a fun person to be around. Though now that they were all in the game , that meant he had both of those in his party who he found it found to mess with a lot. There was one other, but well something just told him that that one would never return. If he did-- he doubted they would ever cross paths again. That was simply how this game ended up working.

It seemed in that sense of logic, these two were stuck with him. He smirked at the thought "Hmm I dunno bout either of you-- but I've been here a while. It was painfully boring." Who knew if he was telling the truth or not. He didn't say how long he had been there or anything-- why would he ruin the suspense or anything. Besides he wanted to check on certain things-- and to do that, well he had to play certain cards right. His crimson eyes looked at both of the girls and smiled. "And what about you, Cruellie dear?" So the other had been back less than a day. "It was really pure random luck, on your part, that I happened to show up a bit after you. Then again you did look so lonely without me." He went to look at the menu "I suppose I could eat. Food is good with booze. So I'll beat everyone to it -- these changes to designs and such. Your views? Any stats different for you two?" He wouldn't go into details about his little blood perk. No he would save that and only show it when it was time. He knew just the right person to practice on too. Caelynn was the perfect test subject.

Already she could feel her anger getting the better of her. Camus always knew what to say to make her blood boil. She was a teapot that constantly whistled to be taken off the stove because the water was hot and boiling. "The name is Caelynn! Not Crullie or anything else. Caelynn. Cae-Lynn! Write it, read it and remember it." She sighed and put her head back rolling her eyes. "Screw you and your stupid sarcasm. I don't need the attitude Camus! You can bet that I'm over the moon of seeing Lorelei again. You on the other hand I don't give a fuck about." Why was he starting with her already? Of course she was out of practice when it came to dealing with Camus. For the past few years of living real life she had been on her own and doing different things. She didn't have anybody around to degrade her.

Then she turned her attention to Lorelei who spoke of how she got back into the game. Then of course big mouth Camus jumping in and saying he didn't how long he'd been in the game. He was probably lying but he also could have been telling the truth. Before getting any emails about the game returning, nobody knew how long the game had been active for. Today could be the first day for all the returning players. Perhaps it returned a week ago or maybe even a month. She couldn't call Camus out on it because she really didn't know. "Actually you know, I'm kind of the same way. I was scrolling through my emails and went to empty out my spam folder and I saw something about Terrasphere. Naturally I was curious so I opened it and the rest is history. And here we are." She laughed. Even if she had to learn to deal with Camus again, she wouldn't let him ruin the reunion of her former party. She frowned thinking more would show up to reunite with them but it seems it would only be the three of them.

"Camus you are so conceited. Me? Miss you? Give me a break! Our lovely Lorelei here is probably the ONLY person who missed you." She made a dissing sound and shot him a dirty look before looking down to look over the menu. How did eating in the game happen again? She completely forgot all about it. Would it feel like she was well fed without actually eating? Would the food and beverage actually taste like real food and beverage? What was the new Terrasphere like now? How was it different from the old game? It seemed like she had a million questions regarding the new game and absolutely nobody to ask them to. It would be a learning experience for her and many, many, many others. She wondered if any of the other old players returned or were they all new players and this trio were only the originals.

Her head came up and she took turns looking at the couple focusing on both of them. "It's my first day back. I've been in the game for maybe an hour or so give or take. I have to kind of reacquaint myself with how everything works. Although I remember the old game, this is still technically a new game with new rules and new surprises.." Caelynn then just shrugged her shoulders. "Before I can comment on anything, I need to spend some more time logged in and looking over and experiencing the new game. I think in the end I'll still be in favor of the game because anything is better than the real world."

The smile remained on Lorelei's face as she listened to the exchanges between the other two. It was endearing in a way to see that neither of them seemed to have changed much at all, but she couldn't say she had ever been a fan of the way they got along, or rather didn't . Their bickering and bantering had been known to cause some troubles in the past, after all. She could have hoped that things might be a little different at the moment, though. They had all just met back up, after all. True to form, however, Camus was his naturally sarcastic ass of a self, and Caelynn ...Well, she took the bait when he threw it out like a starving animal. It was almost as if they couldn't help themselves.

Seeing the way Camus glared at her and hearing him say she was coddling Caelynn caused her to raise a brow, however. Mossy-hues shifting over his frame as he leaned back in his chair, she noted the front legs lifting off of the floor. Her thoughts pondered, for a moment, over possibly pushing him over, but she decided, instead, on a different approach to things. She wouldn't do anything just yet, however. She really did want to order a bit of food and just catch up with the two for a bit. The less they drew attention to themselves probably the better, but she could tell how that was going to go, already. "Yeah, just as fun as before. Maybe you'll get to hit him again." She inwardly rolled her eyes at the intrusion to her thoughts, but ignored the voice in her head for the time being.

"Come now, Camus. Don't tease the girl. You're going to run her off, and we don't want that do we?" She chuckled, softly, giving the male a genuine smile, before turning back to the pink-haired female. She wouldn't offer another word to the fact that she'd missed him, or anything else he'd said to that point. She wasn't in a mind or mood to feed his ego or bolster his already over-inflated arrogance. He was doing quite a good enough job of that on his own, it seemed. "I'm sure there are things we'll all have to relearn or learn new. Including how to handle some situations." She responded to Caelynn, pointedly looking between the girl and Camus, before turning her attention back to the crimson-eyed male as she heard him ask of their opinions and stats.

She wouldn't question the silver-haired elf on his time back in the game. She had no way of knowing rather he was being honest or not with his words, and she didn't care for the argument it would likely cause. "There have been changes to my stats and such, yes. I haven't really taken the time to look into it all, yet, however. I hadn't been here long before you arrived, as I said." She replied to him, giving no further explanation or offer of informations, before shifting her attention from them to an approaching server, she nodded as they were asked if they were ready to order. She ordered her food and drink and waited for the others to do the same. Only after the server left did she turn her attention back to her companions.

Naturally Caelynn reacted the way that he loved. A moth to the flame really. He snorted "I mean if it makes you feel better, Pinkie, you could write it down for me. Maybe I might remember it. Maybe not. Most likely not. So really you get to choose . Do you like Cruellie or Pinkie?~ Not that I care. I think Cruellie is a wonderful fit for you." He smiled at her. He couldn't help but enjoy tormenting her, she made it a tad too easy. Sure, some might get bored of such. He would never admit it out loud-- but he had missed Caelynn too. The day he ever called Caelynn or Lorelei their actual names instead of some nickname he came up with--- well that would probably be a day his whole personality changed. The way he was now, well he was a sadistic ass sure, but he was a lovable sadistic ass parasite that would always be attached to this party. These two girls would never get rid of him.

He was listening as the two spoke. So it seemed everyone had gotten the same email. The same code. Though the question was how long had this place actually been back? No-- how long had it actually been around? He thought of the darkness and wondered if that would be what had been there if someone had bee trapped in the game and hadn't been forced out so many years ago. He couldn't help the snort "now now you actually might make cry, Cruellie. Though I know deep down you did miss me." He reached over and patted her head, almost like one might do to a small child or even a pet. He did so with such a smile on his face. "Well you better get working on that." He did frown slightly, it was so slight-- but from his general direction he was sitting-- Lorelei could probably have caught it. Though then he was smiling again.

"Who would ever think real life was ever better? This is clearly the better of the two. Rather it sucks or really sucks or is just some shit show--- this place will always win. Always." That comment alone could make one think. It was the first not so sarcastic of dick ass thing he had said. He had put the back legs of his chair fully on the ground the moment that frown had happened. "As for teasing the girl, I doubt she would run away. The three of us will always reunite -- surely both of ya feel it as well. A connection that is invisible and I don't mean the party." Something tied them together for some reason and well he naturally was hinting at it, even if it was there or not.

"Sooooo how about we do a little testing. You two have clearly not been here for long and the practice will most likely do you well. We can do something easy-- maybe hunt rabbits. Or is that gonna offend someone here." He just couldn't not be an ass. He ordered and watched the server walk away. "So what do you think?" Not like he cared.. or did he? For once the little demon was silent... that might not be the best thing. Or perhaps Camus was just doing too well on his own that he didn't need the little demon to come in and give him any more ideas.

"Pinkie?" Caelynn's tone was full of annoyance. She groaned putting her head back and she wondered why she constantly fought with Camus. Why was she always eager to get the last word? She was never liked this with her real life older brother. Although the years she had with him were known as the lost years now. If he was still around her today, she didn't know how they'd act together. Perhaps they would fight and bicker just like she and Camus were doing. Then the thought struck her that perhaps Camus could be her older brother of real life. Quickly she sent that thought flying out of her thoughts and banished it from ever returning. There was no way in hell her older brother would be such an asshole. Not to mention she didn't think playing online games was his thing. "I guess if I have to choose and my name isn't an option than Cruellie it is."

Once the server came around and Lorelei gave her order, Caelynn followed her lead ordering something good to eat and an alcoholic beverage along with a regular beverage. They might as well celebrate the fact of returning to Terrasphere and meeting up with each other. Although she didn't like Camus, she did have to agree with him on the game. It was so much better than the real world. In fact she preferred this world over the real world. Perhaps in due time, this world could be the real world and the real world could be the fake world. If that made any sense at all? Let it be known they both agreed on one thing. It might only ever be that one thing but at least it was something.

"Hunting rabbits isn't going to bother me Camus. They're not real! Not to mention they will just respawn so its not a big deal." It was a gamer after all. Points were given along with achievements and upgrades. Hunting was part of the game. Yes the bunnies were absolutely adorable that she could remember but she was right in that they'll respawn. It might be hard but she would try her best. Caelynn looked over at Lorelei wondering what her input would be. "What do you think? Should we go and practice and tone the rust off our skills?"

"Everybody here has good internet right? We won't accidentally get into a fight where lagging is an issue right? I mean my internet is really, really good. I only pay for the best."
