Light suddenly filled the room as the raven suddenly disappeared, leaving nothing behind to indicate they ever existed in the first place. Nothing, save the corpse of a monster lying on the floor, with a gaping hole in it's chest. "We did it," Lune said, patting the taller man on the back before approaching the monster's body.
The sound of glass echoed again as the bow disappeared, a spear replacing it. Lune paused before approaching the body, but apparently deciding that it was indeed dead, continued on after a moment. Ansaldo wasn't nearly as convinced. Who knew in this world of monsters and magic?
Ansaldo stood nearby, poised to impale the corpse again if it so much as twitched. Satisfied though when Lune knelt down and plucked a strange gem from the creature's large eye on it's forehead, the man let the spear disperse. "What is that?" the man asked, his voice swinging to a high point as he expressed his curiousity.
