"Guess I should just gotta stay being worthy, then."

She chuckled at Ataru getting stomped once more, before directing her gaze at Luna and Diego from the distance.

"Iron Fang... Maybe there was another way. But we did what we needed to do to protect the kids."

Putting her hands on her hips, Lune sneered at Diego.

"This small? I'm just barely your height. It's either this or letting you get fried by lightning, and being short for a day isn't that inconvenient anyway."

Feeling a sudden tingle on her shoulders, she quickly added.

"I take it back, probably for a few days."

To the reply, Lune only smiled slightly at @Luthien, nodding before looking at the distance.

"Thank you,"

"Guess for now, leaving things to process on our own."

Unfolding the Unknown
The sudden grapple on Vengeful made her squirm and struggle on the hold of the she was so much hostile of, before being thrown away and screaming, grunting upon impact and curling with a shuddering body. Wrath winced at it, but Thunder looked more relieved than anything.

"Thank you."

Thunder nodded to @Ueno Mizuki, seeming like she had done exactly what he wanted, but he couldn't with his hands tied.

"Teaching you the things you should have learned..."

Wrath muttered, looking at the woman, for a moment with a hint of pity, but as soon as she caught herself with these feelings lingering in her, she shook her head and looked at Mizuki with a serious expression, glancing at Thunder, that looked at Wrath and slipped a sigh.

"I doubt anyone will want us back at Moonfall."

"But... I also don't think it would be fair to let you unaware of what you should be... I would say you are in a right path, though. You are very strong, but... I think you understand your enemies better than we usually do."

As Wrath spoke, Thunder shrugged.

"Yes. It is a shame that you couldn't have been born with us, but I have a feeling you would end up growing like that guy over there."

He pointed at Azure with his chin, but returned his gaze to Mizuki.

"The difference, is that you've shown you deserve to take this path. While he did without proving anything... At least until now."

"... Do not judge yourself for ending the threat Iron Fang was. He was not only putting you, the children or me in danger, but his own kin as well. You have saved many more lives at the cost of one that was... Perhaps already lost."

The Moon Keeper closed his eyes.

"Yeah, sweetie! If anything, we are grateful you kept our little Luna safe. And her friend as well."

He grinned.

Diego's grin seemed to become wider when @Lune admitted it.

"Still, it is funny that the big sis became a little sis! Don't worry though, even if you stay like this forever, I still respect you like a big sis."

Diego rose a hand in respect to the 'big sister', but Luna leaned with her hands crossed behind her back, looking at him.

"You have only ignored what she warned you during all our trip though..."

Diego cleared his throat.

"Details, details!"

Diego asked the question that had also lingered in her mind, the elf letting loose a quiet chuckle at his expressions before turning to look at Lune. "A few days…? Whoa, didn’t expect that." It was quite odd to see that the woman’s power somehow affected her stature as a result, adding even more questions to the pile of unspoken ones inside Lúthien’s mind.

"Don’t sell yourself short, Luna." Her attention turned to the youngest caenis, a heartfelt smile on her lips as she patted the shoulder of their impromptu party member. "You did amazing out there, and your skills will get better as you grow older~"

She had no doubt of that, Luna definitely held potential. She was sure the girl would be able to draw it out, especially with Diego’s company, so long as neither of them got too greedy for their own good… though it seemed that her fellow whistle understood that.

"Oh, you’ll get more than just an ear pull Diego." Though the smirk on her lips hinted at playfulness there seriousness in her gaze held a silent promise. { No dropping off the face of the earth again… not without a valid warning, at least.}

Any worries she might held were quickly put to rest as she listened to the banter between the two caenis, before the quiet voice of Lune caught her attention. "Don’t mention it… though it’d be great if the pile of ‘things to process’ stopped growing.’"

Mizuki only nodded in response to Thunder, her gaze lingering on Vengeful for a bit longer before Thunder's next comment made her blink and turn her head to look at him with some measure of confusion.

I can understand that the people in this place would rather have you gone, but why would our kin back at Moonfall be opposed to your return?

She followed Thunder's gesture towards Azure, then gave both Thunder and Wrath a light smile.

I'd say that as long as he gets results that he took some time to get here matters little. But even if you don't think you should return to Moonfall the first task will be getting you out of here before any of the others decide what to do with you. We can figure out where to go after.

For now the villagers and the other members of the expedition were too busy celebrating the end of the troubles and a successful return from their adventure, so the Moon Fang would have to leave before those celebrations came to an end. Mizuki nodded towards the two of them.

Either way I'll be accompanying you for a while. Now is as good a time as any to make up for lost time. But before we leave I'll have to remind your friend to behave.

Turning around she walked over to where Vengeful lay curled up on the ground. Squatting next to the fallen Moon Fang she placed her hand on the brunette's shoulder, channelling druidic magic directly into Vengeful's body to undo any injuries she might have sustained from the throw.

I don't know why you were so attached to your alpha, but he picked a fight and died as a result. That's the long and the short of it, and you're better off moving on together with the others. I'll be leaving this place together with your packmates soon, and you can join us so far as I'm concerned. Or you can head out on your own after we're no longer within Sun Claw territory.

Just know that if you stick with us I won't tolerate petty aggression.
