Server Migration
This will start from 9:00 PM on 11/9 (EST) and is expected to take anywhere from 3 to 5 days. Afterward, things will resume as normal.
Wiki Update
The Wiki will be going down for an extensive update starting at the same time as the server migration. Map locations and their description will be posted on the forum so your roleplays can continue after the server stabilizes.
Big Update
We’re currently working on the next version of TS. Look forward to brand new things and old things changing. We’ll announce them as they finalize.
(Important) Soft Reset
After the next version update for Terrasphere, we will be transitioning to a different progression system. As such, there will be a soft reset for all currently registered characters on the site. This soft reset is also meant to bring brand new and newer members into the folds since everyone will be climbing together again!
This soft reset will be happening in-character as the Starcalled have unlocked new capabilities and a new power ceiling post Szofrit.
What is being reset?
MP and GP invested in Masteries and Equipment, faction progress, and faction rewards.
What will not be reset?
VP and VP rewards (unless technology doesn’t let us), rolled loot, character slots, Death Afflictions, death count, and story.
Blessing of Dedication
Respeccing mastery and equipment will be free until the relaunch. Shortly before the relaunch, you may completely rework your character and change FC for any character at no additional cost. That would be a great time to rework any unsatisfying aspect of your character that you don't like. Any character who got UI-locked before TS2 may revert that through a meta revision (read: retcon). Any narrator jailed character will be released before the relaunch.
Reopening
After the major update and relaunch, Terrasphere 2 will no longer be referred to as such. It will just be Terrasphere and will be open. This means that we’re going to try to get more members through ads and possibly pick up affiliates as well.

- Blessings is a new system that serves as the antithesis to death afflictions. They are difficult to acquire, but can add a bunch of flavor to your character(s)!
- Those who offer their earned progress to the power beyond due to the reset will gain this Blessing.
- Based on the amount dedicated, your character will gain a mark with a roman numeral (from I to X) that will appear somewhere on their body (your choice). Tentatively, the mark will react to the nearest mark of the same rank within 100 feet of your character.
- All future characters may earn the Blessing of Dedication by dedicating their MP/GP.
- The count will happen before the relaunch, so everyone can keep earning as they have been.
- For those who aren’t interested in this blessing for particular characters, they may instead opt to consolidate all character progresses to get a title reward (tentative) for their OOC account.
