I was a bit lost when I first got on the site because I didn't know where I was supposed to click to get all the information I needed to start creating my character and to find the rules and whatnot. I simply didn't realize that it was the "Wiki" thing that I had to click for that.
I think a link to the "Getting Started" page of the Wiki in the home page of Terrasphere might be good. Something to point the new players to the Wiki and tell them, "Hey, you should be reading this."
Other than that, the only thing that I can think of is outdated wiki information? Like, the Masteries that are understandably outdated due to the revamp going on were a bit confusing (like Hydromancy and Cryomancy having copy-pasted information) and like... I think the stuff about Felis Beastfolks being more easily received than other beastfolks is no longer true? Or maybe it is and never came up. I kinda just heard about it on discord today, so I'm not sure.
And this is super minor, but I guess it was a bit hard to find information on deities too. Like... The pages of the races didn't point towards any deity that they venerated in specific, so I had to go look up the page of every single deity to figure out which one was venerated by which race... Which isn't very relevant since player characters are not really going to worship in-game deities anyways, but it felt a bit bothersome for someone who wanted to find out more about the lore of the game's deities and stuff.
That's all I can think of. Overall, the site felt very new-player friendly to me in all honesty!
