to close the distance. He wouldn't make it easy for them however. As he had already done several times, he took aim with his two fingers and began firing off another barrage of Rakurai's, sending numerous bolts of lightning screeching through the air until they found their target, causing many of them to fall to the ground or become temporary stunned in place, leaving them easy prey for Zaku when he decided to go on the offensive. When the hobgoblins finally closed the distance, he fell back several feet after effortlessly dodging their attacks, in the hopes of protecting the entrance leading to the corridor. When he looked back over his shoulder, he could Risa at it again, using her knowledge of the divine arts to call upon holy magic to heal him and especially Zaku whom had taken some damage. Nonetheless, when he returned his attention to the battle, he continued his barrage at the horde in the hopes of covering Zaku's vulnerable spots. After another minute, he could feel his fatigue being revigorated while he could see Zaku's wounds being healed while they sat imbued with holy light.

Zaku glared down as his hp returned to seemingly normal, his energy was at full power especially thanks to him conserving it. So he decided to let out some of his fire to tease the audience he lifted his hand up and unleashed a basic fireball at the horde.

Theme

After unleashing a fireball and burning some of them alive it didn't seem to kill all of them as some managed to dodge and sprint around the fireball for a retaliation strike. This knocked back Zaku stunning him for a second, due to this when he counter-strike their maneuver he was unable to avoid any collateral damage, the hobgoblins managed to get a few hits in before dropping dead due to his counter-offensive martial arts. Zaku laughed however as he finished the rest of them off with his swift fist and kick strikes curb stomping them into the ground and snapping their necks.

Following the same strategy that seemingly worked, the battle came to a close once Zaku went on the offensive, firing off a powerful fireball at what remained of the horde before falling back to go on the defensive again. He of course had provided support fire from behind, having fired countless more lightning strikes against the remaining Hobgoblins until none remained. Their lack of numbers were a concern but in the end, he figured the full extent of their forces were deeper in the cave. It was a given they be seeing more of these beasts than the lowly goblins. As long as they had Risa, they most likely be fine, though in hindsight, perhaps he should have ordered Ingrid here, despite the fact Zaku and Ingrid would most likely want to murder each other when not in combat. He shrugged his shoulders before turning his attention to Zaku whom was standing several feet in front of him.

in her arms. As she approached, he found himself eyeing the familiar as the thing made a laid back, sly expression while in it's master's arm. In the few seconds that would pass, he would come to the conclusion It must have been one of her unique familiars she often kept around as a pet of sorts. That sly face it was making in particular rubbed him the wrong way. Ooh he had a bad feeling about that thing. Why couldn't she summon one of the other unique familiars he was accustomed to? He sighed quietly to himself before Risa took her place at his side, while still carrying the equivalent of a pet.

After seemingly finishing off what was left of the horde, Zaku unleashed a loud excited roar only a human could make. Feeling accomplished in having made it this far, he then noticed Seto had asked him something before he made his excited roar throughout the room. His voice did echo off the walls being so loud and boisterous, he then turned to Seto with a sarcastic grin on his face.

of course I am ready to move to the next room! the name is ZAKU IT RHYMES WITH DOOM AND THEY ARE ALL GONNA BE HURTING ALL TOO SOON!!!!!

As he spoke those words of encouragement to Seto he made a lot of flamboyant stances, the last one standing on one leg arched over with his other leg sticking out the back way with his arms firmly at his sides with his hands giving middle fingers backward. After which he returned back to his normal stance before Seto could make a response he started to speak again...

Before we move onto the next room Seto I must perform the dance of joy!

Between his flamboyant poses and his overly boisterous ego that couldn't be silenced even If he killed him, both him and Risa ended up blinking twice at Zaku than at each other with a expression that could only be described as a combination between disgust and wanting to die from embarrassment. In the end, with a groaning sigh, Seto face palmed.....hard while Risa tilted away in the opposite direction before hunching over.

So laaaaame.....

Hearing his maid say something rude or have the opposite fact, where it might feed Zaku's ego, he himself was about to say something but.....he found himself too dumbfounded to speak, alone some insult. He was really starting to miss Vartock right about now, something he thought he never think or say. Of course the worst was yet to come. He didn't know what this "Dance of Joy" was but he really didn't want to know....

As he started to dance he then lifted his leg straight up in the air while on the tippy-toe of his other foot and his hands and arms at his side and started spinning around while singing...

"Everyone loves to be happy when we get together when defeating our enemies we feel nothing but joyful!! BA BU BA BA!!! THE DANCE OF JOY!!!!"

After performing his "dance of joy" for Seto he returned back to a normal position with an even bigger sarcastic grin ready to move onto the next room he proceeded without them to the next room.

Just when he thought It couldn't possibly get any worse, Zaku proved him otherwise when he "very" enthusiastically shot his leg high up into the air while on the tips of his toes and began to sing in the most cringe way possible, all the while revealing his crotch and all it's "glory" in the process. As a consequence, between the cracks in his hand, he shot his eyes in the direction of his maid, holding nothing but pure contempt. In this but brief moment, his old self returned. He wanted to kill her, maybe even torture. Just why the hell couldn't she keep her mouth close? How could she do this? Was she trying to get themselves killed? He didn't know about her but he liked whatever sanity he had left. And of course, in his usual fashion, she could count herself lucky, where as he glared at her as If he wanted to kill her, she was inadvertently ignoring him with her eyes closed, and her mouth nearly gagging.

I....I think I may be sick.....

He rolled his eyes. He wasn't in the mood, even If by now Zaku was done and was ready to move out. As a result, just for a moment, he gave into his anger, causing him to yell at her.

RISA! ENOUGH! LETS GO!

He took off towards the cave, the edge of his haori fluttering in the wind, not showing a ounce of care for his maid. Consequently, the moment she heard her master's words, she snapped out of it after jiggering a half feet into the air. Panicking, she radically turned her head in all directions until she her Master in the distance, already near the entrance that would led to the next section of the cave. Without hesitation, she shot her arm high into the air, making some hand gesture as If that was enough to stop him from leaving her. She rose her voice, thinking that would help as well.

That was seemingly too preoccupied with their sparing to take notice of him. Not gonna let this opportunity goto waste, Seto grin as he slammed his hands together. Mustering a large amount of energy into the palms of his hands, surges of electricity began rupturing in all directions before he tore his hands apart, forcing a intense chain of lighting to come forth.

Upon impact, a explosion of lightning raptured through the horde, instantly evaporating all those who were too weak to survive while those who hand managed to survive, found themselves paralyzed or worse, nearly charred.

Zaku stood in front of the Warband with a grin on his face which told the entire story of how exhilarated he felt, he was going to burst. Zaku decided this time to take a more cautious approach instead of unleashing his usual reckless attacks this time he stood back lifted up his hands and shot fireballs at all of the hobgoblin Horde. He laughed as he did so making his joyful excitement known to both Risa and Seto...

I cannot believe how much fun this is!!!

seeing the Hobgoblin force was way too distracted to really care he was burning fireballs at them, he decided to set up for his vintage blazing Eraser gun technique. He planted both fists down on the ground as red firey energy began to erupt out of him. The ground all around them started to shake from this immense power emanating from Zaku as he shouted.

With that he unleashed a mouth blast of fire and electricity before this time it was seemingly much bigger than anything he produced recently.

from launching an all out assault on his position. Before he knew it, he was surrounded on all sides, forcing him to side step, duck and weave out of their direction as they lunged at him with their weapons in hand. Unlike goblins, these were professional warriors, at least by greenskin standards. Even If they were individually weak, still held some skill with a weapon and tactic's, making them a viable threat, a threat he have to take seriously. It would take a few minutes but once he found a opening, he materialized Murasama and cut his way through the horde using an assortment of defensive stances until he was able to reach Risa, whom had seemingly been left unmolested, unlike himself whom had taken several flesh wounds. Now facing the enemy from one direction and Risa now safe, standing directly behind him, he swung his right leg back and held his blade in the palms of both of his hands. As he prepared for the next assault, determined to hold his ground no matter the odds, he suddenly heard Risa's voice over his shoulders.

Before he knew what was happening, Torikkana leaped from Risa's arms and onto his left shoulder. Met with that relaxed, mischievous smile, he couldn't help but stare in confusion before Torikkana suddenly leaped from his shoulder and into the frey. Within moments, he watched as the familiar distracted the enemy in ways that could only make him sigh in return. Was it....really trolling them? He literally had no idea how it was doing it but it was trolling the enemy so hard, it somehow managed to get the hobgoblins to turn on themselves. He was sure urinating on it's face didn't help either. Regardless, It did give him the opening to go on the offensive, allowing him to finish off what remained the horde as Torikkana kept...doing it's own thing. When the battle finally came to a end several minutes later, he help couldn't help but take a seat on a nearby rock and sigh while Torikkana returned to Risa's arms where they reunited....with a snuggle.

I missed you too Torikkana! Your the best! Yes you are!

He nodded his head in disappointment. He would never understand that familiar or why Risa made it the way it was....

After unleashing his devastating attack like before it tuckered him out he dropped to his knees to catch his breath as he waited for the horde to be finished off. He was impressed that this time around Seto was actually on the offensive, that all changed when he saw Risa's odd-looking pet do unthinkable things to the hobgoblins. Zaku simply just looked shocked and wide-eyed as the thing pissed all over one of their faces, which choked up Zaku for a minute as he was forced to laugh. It didn't take long before the pain on his sides started cramping due to his vulnerable state and he was groaning in pain.

ow it hurts to laugh...

He then looked over at Risa and spoke in a soft tone...

Risa, would you mind healing me? I will need help if I am to continue to adventure any further.

With that said he just brushed himself off, he was pretty worn down from that attack, he was surprised that he was able to produce so much power.

Risa kept on snuggling with her familiar, to his dismay, until Zaku caught her attention with his soft tone, requesting a heal. He first eyed him before his attention was dragged back on Risa when she spoke. Tearing herself from Torikkana, whom than proceeded to sit on her shoulder, she turned to face Zaku with a serious glance of her own. She placed her hands on her hips as she spoke.

As long as you don't hit on me or insult Torikkana, sure. Master needs a heal anyway.

Wait what? He kept his glance on her before suddenly turning his attention to his own body. It wasn't as If he was bleeding now. Sure, he had several flesh wounds made by their blades but It wasn't like he was in critical condition now. He sought to say something but than a image of his wife suddenly appeared in his head that looked like she was about to chew his head off. Considering Risa would act the same in some way, he let it go as he looked toward the ground and sigh. By the time he looked up, he could already feel his wounds being healed as Risa continued her healing stance. He wasn't sure why she took the stance of a cloistered nun in prayer to heal but he wouldn't complain. The golden energy reminded him of Ilusa's healing who also used blessed magic to heal. Since he needed a break, he rest until Zaku was ready to go. There was no rush after all, since they have to go through them anyway.
