Upper Level, Lord Varus' Strange Tower, Providence
Kamala almost vomited at the sight of the bone mounds that they passed by, knowing at the back of her head that some of them could've been human. That's what cults do, isn't it? She managed to steel herself, however, rein all that vomit in, and continue on without any accident. As they ascended the stairs to the upper levels, she couldn't help but refocus on a curious bit of revelation she had witnessed earlier, so she asked @Chrys under her breath.

"Chrystopheles Stonecastle? That's your full name? Isn't that a bit...on the nose?"
Her mild disappointment didn't end there. When the armored adventurer started gawking at the two wooden chests that greeted them upon their ascent, Kamala couldn't help but heave a sigh, scratching her forehead with concern. She was already well-versed in Chrys' greed, but the sight of him delighting in his find, not unlike a vulture gorging on the remains of humans and animals alike, was not inspiring. In fact, it was the exact opposite.

"You know those valuables might have been looted from the prisoners we just rescued, right?"
She expressed her disbelief under her breath, like a whisper in the wind, though she wasn't quite sure Chrys would hear or even care. Some men just want to own everything, even things they shouldn't, things they don't deserve. Annoyed, she left him be and crawled quietly to the north, where she found a secret door! What she couldn't find, however, was a way to open said secret door. Despite her hardest and best effort, Kamala could not find the section of the sliding wall that would open the door and reveal the passage it was hiding behind it. Fortunately for her, she had a human battering ram with her. A battering human?

"Chrys! Over here! There's a secret door, but I can't find a way to open it. Didn't you say keys aren't needed when you're around?"
She tried to play to the man's ego with a playful smirk, whispering to his ears a sweet challenge, an opportunity to show off. If she had learned anything from Chrys, it was that he loved to play the big strong boi stereotype. He was probably going to just kick the damned thing open with all that unnecessary brute strength. Would it be effective? Of course! Would it alert whoever was on the other side of the door? Of course! Did they have another option? नहीं.
