"Master Hanno, if you would stay still..."

She plucks him off the streets in the name of some newest mission, requesting aid where she knows it won't be denied, even if she knows his busy schedule within Arcia to be nearly the same as hers. Nobler, even.

Not a single adventurer, Starcalled or otherwise, wanted for a job at the moment; not in the wake of the war with the magia and its abrupt end. Many commodities the populace had grown accustomed to had disappeared when the majority of the population sought refuge behind Falderen's walls, and it had been left up to those who remained - and those who had caused this string of consequences to appear - to make up for it.

A blue-haired woman takes his measurements, tilting his head this and that way, rearranging his posture as many times as required to test a variety of angles. The touch of her hands, delicate as it is, as well as that of the measuring tape, is enough of a brush against his skin to cause laughter to tumble from his lips, prey to unconscious tickling.

"My apologies, she is very... Thorough."

How does this particular situation - dragging him into an inn, allowing her Summon to repeatedly invade his personal space in the name of "taking measurements", and making light conversation as time passes - aids the mission, is something not touched upon.

"Oh, shush," the Seamstress quiets her summoner with a flick of her wrist in her direction, fabric appearing out of nowhere and being pressed to the length of the knight's arm. "How do Faerin wings work, exactly? Your mantles, to be perfectly precise!"

Hanno struggled to stand completely still, with his lips pursing to suppress any laugh from escaping while he struggled to fight back against the tickles. "I am trying." He answered with his voice cracking, knowing he should hold his breath back rather than talking.

The faerin turned to look at @Rael, showing a small reassuring smile, that twitched at every tickle. "I-It is fine, she isn't... heh... doing anything wrong." He admitted, with his face growing faintly red now that the pinkette had mentioned it. Not that he minded about personal space that much considering everything, but that person was really tracing every inch of his body.

"Ah, the mantle?" Hanno asked, frowning. "I think it... haha.... depends on the faerin?" He wondered.

"Mine I either use something I am wearing as a catalyst, or... pff"

Three pairs of dragonfly wings suddenly appeared behind his back, hovering a few inches away from his actual body, as if dettached, but swaying and fluttering just like a natural wing would.

Childish amazement sees the Seamstress' eyes grow wider in their appreciation of the dragonfly wings that sprout to life within an arm's length, nevermind that she is knocked onto her behind at the initial surprise. Much like she had previously done with every - every - inch of the knight's body, she presses the measuring tape to the transparent membrane of the wings.

"I was thinking... If thin stripes of fabric can be attached to one's garments to give the illusion of faster movement, maybe the same could be done to a Faerin! Too loose or too tight and movement will be hindered, but just right, and maybe it would even make them fly faster..." She retreats from the Lion's space at once, retracing her steps to a desk where Rael's grimoire sits open, designs not of the elf's making plain to see upon its pages.

"Our client is..." Rael falters, the edges of her mouth betraying the tender layers of emotion that bloom just from speaking about their intent. "In love with a Faerin, but too shy to speak it directly. We were hoping it to be a more pressing matter, since the request had been so strongly worded that we thought someone was in grave danger - but no."

The rest is something he can guess at easily - she wasn't often seen in the company of other Faerin player.

At the very least the wings he had didn't feel ticklish, but rather felt sensible at the touch of the tape. It helped that it didn't make him sound silly trying to hold back a laughter, even if it didn't make not moving the mana wings any easier.

"Ornaments for wings. Well, that sounds like an ambitious project of yours. Wings are complicated because anything that becomes an obstacle to it can become as bad as running with leg weights on." Hanno said, musing about it. "But if you manage to do it, I'm sure it will look great." He said, letting out a sigh when the Seamstress released his wings, and finally gave him some room to stretch and move freely, allowing him to turn to the pinkette and tilt his head.

"In love, huh? That's cute. I hope their feelings get across with this gift." At least he hoped so, otherwise, all this tickling he had to endure all this time would've been for nothing.

"Well, I won't complain about not being someone in grave danger. It means it is the first time you aren't calling me to deal with something like that." Hanno teased with a smirk, fluttering his wings before making them slowly fade into a mana dust.

"Matters of the heart can easily become as lethal, if not more, with all the impossible complications one could think or even dream about," his retort initially flies over her head, eyes peering over his shoulder to the distressed Seamstress who flails about in search of a vial to store the mana dust that stems from his dissipating wings. With but a contented sigh, she swipes across her inventory for something that could be used in its replacement, coming across a pristine handkerchief.

"Wait," the elf suddenly realizes with a start as the handkerchief is quickly plucked from her hand, turning to the Knight with eyebrows raised in a display of emotion far less controlled than she'd normally allow. "Surely it hasn't been like that. I-I don't... Think so..."

The more her confidence lessens with each passing word, the more color that blooms on her cheeks.

"Would you like to accompany us today? We could use a Faerin's advice!" The Seamstress cuts through her master's embarrassment, her perpetual cheerfulness intensified as she holds the pile of collected mana dust in her hands like the most precious treasure. "Oh, is that an insensitive thing to say?"

Hanno's eyebrows rose at Rael's initial response. Was love really that lethal? Welp, he could only pray that he had been dodging bullets all this time by being single. Yet, he was sure that this was just a dramatic response, as it was expected from a storyteller like the pinkette. "Oh yeah? So it hasn't been like that? I see!" Hanno smirked, pondering for a moment.

"Ah, we had so much fun nearly being exploded by a warmongering colossal tank. I really loved your dress there too, it is a shame it got scorched." Hanno teased, with his eyes trailing away. "And that date with Szofrit? Woah, what a player, ain't she? To think she would invite so many of us at the same time, truly shameless. Well, I ain't into murderous robots anyway." He joked, handwaving before crossing his arms and glancing at the Seamstress.

"Sure buddy. I am all yours today." Hanno said, peeking at the mana dust being harvested.

"... I can't believe part of myself will be used as a material." He muttered, unsure of how to feel about it- But soon he shrugged it off. It didn't matter, at the end of the day.

Rael's eyes remain closed throughout the faerin's verbal onslaught, the crease in her brow increasing at his every mention of the myriad perilous shenanigans that saw them brought together on the battlefield.

Before a surge of emotion makes her face appear a darker shade of pink than her hair, she refocuses the energy on going over the day's tasks - all monumental for the sake of a sentimental mission, whatever their considerations might be as to its importance.

"Right, ahem," the elf corrects herself before she speaks once more, "none of that is happening in the present and I think both of us can count ourselves lucky for that..."

The Seamstress swipes a finger on the mana dust of his winds, the shimmering substance visible on the pad of her index finger as she points it at the pair. "This beauty here and I need to get properly acquainted. Master, remember the food, and the trinket, and the-..."

"Hanno is a capable escort, and I do remember. I wrote it down, see?"
And while there is a hint of amusement laced within the intonation of the words, her expression betrays nothing that closely resembles it. The Summoner waves a folded piece of paper, held between two fingers, over her shoulders as she makes for the door, holding it open for the knight.

"Are you familiar with any of the locals? I would like to get recommendations on stores that could happen to be famous for their wares, and see if inspiration strikes. It's... Incredibly difficult already to think of gifts for someone close to you, let alone someone you don't know at all."

The response of the pinkette made Hanno feel slightly guilty. Maybe he was taking the joke too far, so he simply brushed it away when she averted the topic, clearing his throat himself before the Seamstress swiped the last mana dust, snatching Hanno's attention and making him half open his mouth to reply her, but not as quick as Rael was to give her own words.

"There is Dario's Winery, and it isn't far away. But honestly? It is more of a place to go for a date, than actually going there to buy a bottle to someone. So I guess, just recommend this to your client?" Hanno hummed for a moment and pondering.

"For wares though... There is two that come up in my mind." He perked up. "One makes wonderful wooden pieces, and he buys wood straight from Jack's Hall, so the material is high quality and so is the art." Hanno explained, before suggesting another option-

"Another is a clockworker, a tinkerer. She crafts all sorts of stuff, clocks, watches, music boxes. It may be a bit on the cliche side, but it has a lot of charm." He looked at Rael, waiting to see which option caught her attention the most.
