Tips against Moonsong
  • Watch your positioning, your skills can be blocked by Starforged Claymores.
  • If you can, end the game quickly. All her blades and explosions can proc critical, which makes her scales extremely well into the late game. Blame Gangplank.
  • She skips anti-tank items as it's already built into her kit. Don't build hp.
  • Tank Moonsong build is somehow a thing. I don't know why.
  • Avoid attack speed slowing items, she barely auto-attacks.

Character Name: Zelrius (DPS)

Abilities

(Passive) Trial By Fire. Zelrius's Attacks and Abilities inflict stacks of Burning onto enemies, setting them on fire.

(Q) Sword Dance. Zelrius his dual volcanic swords in a wide arch, hitting in a small cone in front of him. The ability is split into two separate swings, each giving Burning to all targets hit, and dealing flat Damage. This ability can use on-hit effects.

(W) Heroic Idolization. Zelrius will stop at nothing to seem like a hero. Using his Harmonic magic on himself, Zelrius grants himself a temporary shield that inflicts Burning on any who attack him.

(E) Reckless Charge. Zelrius uses his Pyromancy mixed with his Dynamism to charge forward in a ball of flame. At the end of the dash, the ball of fire pops, spreading outward in an AOE.

(R) Reduce to ash. Zelrius declares the trial over, using fire to burst all of the Burning stacks away and ignite the enemy.

Corvella (Role: Tank)

Abilities
  • (Passive) Goddess of War. Buffs applied to Corvella will apply to all her surrounding teammates at 50% effectivity.
  • (Ability 1) Shield Up. Gain bonus defense for a duration based on current HP. Reflect half damage back to attackers. Apply her own attack damage for every instance reflected.
  • (Ability 2) Intervention. Redirect all enemy ranged attacks from a single ally to her.
  • (Ability 3) Titanic Empress. Force all enemies in the targeted area to attack her.
  • (Ultimate) Immortal Heroine. Turns into a nigh-indestructible, anti-magitech towering suit of armor for 10 seconds. Massively increase model size and hitbox, stopping projectiles from passing through. Gains Invulnerability and CC Immunity. Gain damage based on max HP and every basic attack will stun for 1 second. Corvella will die once the duration ends, and nothing can prevent this effect. Add +30s to her own death timer.

  • Alternatively, just ignore her.

Champion Name: Cain, the Slaughterer of Miracles

Attributes
  • Lane: Jungler
  • Class: Control
  • Damage: Ability Power
Abilities
  • (Passive) Grand Magic Evocation. Double-blessed by the twinned deities of knowledge and festivity, Cain gains MP and max MP for every Takedown or Epic Monster he slays, and regains a percentage of his MP while moving, scaling with missing MP.
  • (Q) Radiant Force. Cain gathers starlight from the aether, before firing a beam that deals magical damage, slowing targets struck. If this ability is held, more MP is consumed, up to 20% of Max MP, and the beam's damage, range and size increases, scaling off of MP consumed.
  • (W) Cacophony Concord. Cain summons a star at a location, dealing magic damage per second to all enemies within range. On recast, 20% of Max MP is consumed, and the star collapses into a black hole, reducing Armor and Magic Resist of all enemies inside by a flat value scaling off of MP consumed and pulling them to the center of the black hole.
  • (E) Cursebreak Elegy. Cain calls forth the power dwelling in the darkness between the stars, and empowers himself or an ally. If an ally is targeted, they gain three empowered attacks with increased Life Steal and critical chance, with each critical strike reducing their cooldowns by one second. If Cain is targeted, the skill is toggled on, decreasing his MP by 1% of his Max MP every second and Silencing him, while increasing his basic attack damage by an amount scaling off of missing MP.
  • (R) Astrasphere Eclipse. Cain destroys his Battle-Banner and temporarily isolates a circular area around him from the rest of the map. Inside the Astrasphere, allied Champions gain increased AD, AP, and Tenacity scaling off Cain's Max MP, while enemy Champions are Slowed and take magic damage per second scaling off Cain's Max MP.

League History: A highly controversial character due to her cutsey design and arguably anti-fun mechanics. She was supposed to be able to be a great entry point into the game due to her ease of play as a support, but quickly came to dominate as a carry, just so long as the player got lucky. The Dark Aloe Skin was introduced to attempt to right some reactions to her character but it launched at legendary price with no new voice lines only invoking further ire on the interwebs.

Role: Hybrid: Ranged Single and AoE DPS, with Support and Debuffs auras based on form.
Ease To Play: Easy | Normal | Hard
Tier List Position: ( ? )
Lack of Play Data due to underuse, except those nerdy basement-dwelling cosplaying players that annoy the scene. Considered to be a strong character at low-level play because she has multi-angle range and several auto mechanics. A strong character at a high level if the player is "just that good". However, she is terrible in mid-tier matches with average players or "meta chasers" that don't want to play a million games to "git gud" and learn how to play her game against every other character. The amount of keep-away play, positioning, micromanagement, and knowing which form to use in time for the omegalul awakened win button is just more trouble than it's worth for many.

Abilities
  • (Passive) Touch The Stars (Type Hope/Type Grief): Crossing paths with the Fated and having touched the unknowable Astral and Dissonant Spheres, Magi comes with a unique Soul Balance gauge that decides her Fated Awakening state (Astral or Dissonance). this gauge also gives her a steadily increasing MP regen as it grows in either direction.
    • Otherworldly Hope: Spams random light defense and magic defense buffs every few seconds that are applied automatically to allies in 1 ring of zones around her.
    • Ultimate Hope: Grants HP regen and spams random strong defense, and magic defense buffs to all allies on the map.
    • Otherworldly Grief: Spams random light defense and magic defense debuffs every few seconds that are applied automatically to enemies in 1 ring of zones around her.
    • Final Grief: Grants MP degen and spams random strong defense and magic defense debuffs that are applied automatically over time to all enemies on the map.
    • Mana Ride: Double tapping any direction while in Normal mode causes Magi to do a slightly off-the-ground airdash in any direction, she can attack during this. While in Dissonant mode, however, she shadow steps with tightly timed invulnerability frames in the middle of the warp. She cannot attack while shadow-stepping.

  • (Ability 1) Dual the Soul: Swaps between Normal Magi (higher defense stats, shorter recovery frames) and Dissonant Magi (higher offensive stats, longer recovery frames). While in one of these states, Magi's Soul Balance gauge increases, and once it fills completely Magi activates Fated Awakening for whichever maxed out first, Hope or Grief. To increase Hope stay in Normal Magi form and avoid losing allies as much as possible. For Grief, stay in Dissonant Magi form and get as many units to die on the map as quickly as possible (including your own). Once awakened, all of Magi's actions receive upgrades and her auras expand to the entire field. You cannot switch forms after awakening. Note: The gauge will max eventually regardless, it merely increases its growth rate under those circumstances.

  • (Ability 2) Starlight Barrage / Grudge Barrage: Fire a string of magic arrows in a straight line or hold down the key to spread shot. If used while holding back, Magi fires in an arch, allowing bypassing of obstacles if positioned correctly. The Dissonant version of this move activates faster and hits more times, however, has longer recovery frames. While awakened in either state, this attack gains homing, infinite range, and hits more times. Magi can straf, jump and duck while attacking with this. Doing so changes the speed, angle, and method of approach in many subtle ways.

  • (Ability 3) White Heart Wish / Black Heart Curse: Removes debuffs from targeted allies or buffs from targeted enemies depending on if Normal or Dissonant. Has a bit of a wind up to it but can be used at very long distances. Once awakened this ability becomes a long-range AOE.

  • (Ultimate) Astral Gate / Genocide End: Attacks with built-in Hyper Armor. Only available while in an awakened form. Astral Gate deals full map multi-hit damage and has a higher than normal critical rate. Genocide end begins spreading a dark void over the map and after some time will deal a single hit of deadly damage to everything else on the map (allies and enemies). automatically. Both of these attacks have long wind up, especially in the case of Genocide End. although she doesn't stagger Magi can be killed before finishing the attack. Please note Genocide End has caused complaints from certain pro gamers and is banned from some tourneys.

  • Eclipse Heart: Why choose a light or dark palette Magi when you can have both? The classic Magi Heart attire split down the middle in light and dark variations. Does not change voice lines and awakened forms swap color palettes for some reason.

Abilities
  • (Passive) Defiance. Buffs her armor, and AD based on her maximum HP, which increases with every 1% she is missing. Below 50% it will also buff her MR.
  • (Q) Valor/Execute. Fiora lunges a medium-large distance, stunning the first enemy she connects with and reducing all her other cooldowns by 2s. While lunging she is immune to CC. Can crit. After using Valor it transforms into Execute, a melee attack that applies on-hit effects in a wide arc infront of her and does extra damage to solo targets.
  • (W) Fool's Guard . Takes a stance that lasts 1.5 seconds. Any attack that connects get's converted into a shield based on her maximum health and moves her behind the aggressor, dealing moderate AD damage.
  • (E) Between the Shoulders. A short range melee attack that CCs the opponent and manipulates their movement. Lasts 1.5 seconds and causes true damage that triggers on-hit effects while channeled, but makes her unable to use any other skill. While under the effects of her (E), the enemy champion will take any attack intended for Fiora.
  • (R) Mortal Resolve. Increases Defiance's effects by 50%. While active, all abilities have their CD reduced by 3s. Kills refresh all cooldowns and Execute now deals True Damage if it hits a single target. Lasts 8 seconds

  • (Ability 1) Party of One. Iván creates an illusion of him for every dead opponent at the moment of activation. The illusions are super weak and can be affected by skills. Iván just doesn't want to play alone.
  • (Ability 2) Ant Queen's Crystal Swarm. Iván creates a swarm of crystallized ants, disrupting the opponent's concentration in an illusionary field. This swarm will do nothing more than distract and obstruct a person or a couple of people in one close area's vision.
  • (Ability 3) Crystal Wolf Pack. Iván creates a pack of crystal wolves that hunt down nearby opponents. They can be destroyed with skills. Upon collision, these shiny bad boys stun the affected opponent and reveal them on the map to Iván and his allies.
  • (Ultimate) Welcome to the Spire. Iván puts on his stinky mask and does the thing that Mordekaiser does, except Ashifili is laughing maniacally in the background.

Chrys (Role: Tank)

Abilities
  • (Passive) Generosity of Heaven, Gift of Earth. Chrys is super thicc. He shares his thiccness with a random ally every now and then, shielding them anywhere on the map.
  • (Ability 1) Heart of Stone. Chrys summons an earth spike that throws an enemy up in the air, damaging them twice (falling damage is a thing, bro), and then stunning them with the fact that this guy has not died yet.
  • (Ability 2) Thousand Sparkling Gold: Demolishing Splinter. Chrys throws rocks at the enemy in front of him with plagiarized Kaisa (I can't spell her name) animation and either blinds, stuns, or slows them. It's one of those randomized effects that I hate.
  • (Ability 3) Thousand Sparkling Gold: Armillary Sphere Screen. Chrys throws rocks at the enemy in front of him with plagiarized Kaisa (I can't spell her name) animation and shields the closest ally.
  • (Ultimate) Thousand Sparkling Gold: Armillary Sphere Wall. Chrys throws all the rocks at all the enemies in front of him, shielding all his allies. Perfect for that team fight where he just steals all the kills with one move. Hey, at least you get shielded.

Ash Vargold (Role: Support)
Abilities
  • (Passive) The Scent of Death. Ash's presence draws the dead to him. Ash gains stacks of Haunting over time, which are spent to empower the next ability. Haunting is also gained after killing a champion or Epic monster.
  • (Ability 1) Entangling Strike. Ash's next attack deals more damage and slows the enemy. When empowered, this slow becomes a root.
  • (Ability 2) Spirit Shroud. Grants the target champion a shield. When empowered, the shield slows enemies that hit it.
  • (Ability 3) Chthonic Grasp. Ash fires a line that damages and roots the first enemy hit. When empowered, the attack ignores minions.
  • (Ultimate) Final Crossing. Ash lunges forward, leaving a rift behind him. After a period of time the rift erupts, damaging and rooting champions in its area.
