Personality
Lady N is simply a throwaway name Chelsea used to log into Terrasphere the first time. For a young woman playing a video game, Lady N is pretty serious sometimes to the point of a somber person. This is due to several factors beyond just natural tendency. Chelsea R. (Ronda) Nexon, came from a very successful business family, this led her to be brought up somewhat with a superior and ambitious attitude towards things. She sees herself as someone who must do things others cannot as the Nexon motto "Always on the forefront" dictates. Chelsea spends nearly all her focus on working on whatever her current goal is. Overworking and being isolated from others is regular happenstance for her.
For those who try to get close, expect a fairly cold reception. Chelsea's upbringing had instilled her qualities to be a leader but she has lost much of them to her own emotional caging. She has built a strong facade of strength over the years and letting her guard down for any reason is not something that would come easily. When a threat presents itself or a task is at hand, she will likely gauge if it's worth even risking her life or others before "wasting time" with it. Although she will scoff and let other "stupids" run off to die if they cannot be deterred. Chelsea knows what losing an important thing in your life is like and Nexon's must show compassion to accomplish the great things they aspired for. So Chelsea does care for others, it's just that it comes out in the most annoyed and dismissive way possible. Her sheer stubbornness makes it difficult to break her and thus she continues to remain no more affected by the horrors of Terrasphere than when she started. She already was dealing with problems and nothing has improved that's for sure.
Tsundere, anti-hero, and sidekick are all pretty good descriptions of what she brings to the table story role-wise.

Background
Nexus Corp is one of the most prominent corporations in the world and was built from the ground up by her father, Matthias Nexon. who migrated to America and built the company into what it would be today, or what it could have been. "Always on the forefront", Nexus Corp had a division for nearly anything you could think of, including less savory things such as weapons manufacturing and stem cell research. One of their main goals was to be the first corporation to create a division on the moon. The company began to stagnant after its CEO vanished one night. It was from here on that Chelsea's life would be thrown from its natural path into disarray.
The company became a corporate mess involving shareholders and rivals that claimed ownership. Chelsea was tossed aside and went to live with her strict and old-fashioned aunt. who forced many Japanese stereotypes onto the girl. It was during this time that Chelsea was approached by an employee that worked in one of the tech sectors of the company she should have owned. They held a USB and offered it in sympathy for Chelsea's losses. Terrasphere had been introduced to Chelsea that day.
And she hated it.
It was stupid, pointless, a bunch of children playing make-believe when there were real problems in the world. Problems Nexons could have helped resolve but now it was over. As fate would have it though, she would once again be led to Terrasphere when deaths became associated with the game. It was then she suddenly began to take it much more seriously. Her father did have a love for VR and this game began to circle around the time of his disappearance, was it correlated? A conspiracy theory but one she couldn't shake. She hired hackers and went about snooping into others' personal lives, and Nexus information that she was no longer meant to have access to.
After learning more Chelsea concluded that the game was indeed killing people and also somehow copying their brain scans into its database to create "clones" that continued to play the game with all the memories of those that died. There was certainly something up...
Then it all came to a halt.
Terrasphere shut down.
Then her aunt passed away, naturally, mind you.
Chelsea was now stuck with her lonely misery.
But she didn't accept it. Using the money she still possessed, Chelsea created a company of her own: Virtual Reality Strategy, or VRS. It would be a resource and hub for those who played VR games, especially recording anything even remotely dangerous. It would be a difficult thing to run, what with the VRSA clamping down on the very same topics. So her new struggle began, paying the very best to play games and give the information needed to create guides to keep players safe.
The real goal?
To create the foundation for something that could solve Terrasphere if it was to return. If it was what took her father from her, she refused to not know the truth. Nexus had also increased their focus to entirely VR and Metaverse research and the coincidences were killing her.
One night, Chelsea went back online to check any news on a recent death and her face grew even paler than it already was yet her eyes gleamed with a strange excitement only she would understand. ..
