Personality


The way Meera Sharma is perceived by many can be summed up in three rhyming words: sweet, neat, and discreet. Although she can be quite opinionated, especially when it comes to how doing good will always be more important than following rules, this good nature of hers effortlessly persuades everyone she meets that she is no threat and is nothing more than an annoying do-gooder with a bleeding heart that's always on full display right on her figurative sleeves.

Of course, humans are complicated, and the same can be said for Meera, who can actually be very devious, paranoid, and suspicious. Part of Meera also believes that she's quite the good person, perhaps even the best, which means everyone else could be out to get her. Crab mentality and all that.

Still, Meera will help whoever she can, whenever she can, laws be damned. She's witnessed and experienced enough injustices in her own world. This new one deserves better.

Background


Meera Sharma has always had a soft spot for the environment, for taking good care of the world around her, for making sure her loved ones had enough to eat. Thus, it wasn't much of a surprise when she decided to go that route, studying horticulture and becoming a volunteer environmentalist. Her parents had already paved the road for her by being ones themselves, teaching her as a child about the proper ways to grow plants and make sure they're growing strong.

Meera had never been into games, especially augmented reality, which she knows very little about. However, when a volunteer friend of hers disappeared a few years back, only to be identified as one of the casualties of a game called Terrasphere, she couldn't stop thinking about it until she decided to investigate herself. It took her a while, and a lot of persuading different people to connect her with the right people, but she eventually found her hands on it.

Although wary of the possibility of her own demise through the same game, Meera is determined to find out what really happened to that friend and maybe, just maybe, she can keep the same thing from happening to the people around her.

Build

Kamala Graham's build is Full Support. She specializes in making sure everyone around her can live to fight another day or at least until the end or even until they decide otherwise. By combining her Nature Magic with Spirit Magic, and bolstering them with Mend, she can call on the mending spirits of nature to heal and protect her and those closest to her. Whenever she uses her magic, a combination of her Illusion Magic and Harmonic Magic allows everyone to see graceful swirls of green and white light dancing in the air around her while phantasmal green leaves waft through the air as well as hear a whimsical and playful tune throughout. A sensation of gentle warmth and the smell of spring flowers round out the accompaniment to her spells. Because Kamala is an elf, the faithful often believe her gifts are from the god Gwyndolainn himself.

The Yladian's Hopeful Lamp (Focus) isn't just Kamala's focus for her magic but it also has many more practical uses. For one, Kamala can use it to brew refreshing Yladian tea. She can also use it to light the path forward, even through magical darkness.

This magical floating lamp was once kept locked up in a mysterious, mystical cave of wondrous artifacts. One way or another, it founds its way out of its prison and has since served a new master, having already tasted freedom and not liking it one bit. Some beings just find more purpose in service than others.

Viridian Fields

Viridian Fields is the name of Kamala Graham's farm in Pormont, which she co-owns with other Landers and Travelers. It's technically more of a community farm, where people can come and plant and go and harvest, but also a peaceful commune for like-minded individuals. During the events of The Farm, a farmhand named Anisa was introduced. However, Kamala's closest friends from the Fields are actually the siblings Tariq, the older brother who's very knowledgeable about all things farming and gardening, and Khadija, the younger sister who appears very sickly.
