The world was an ever expanding adventure. Even when it seemed like nothing was happening, something was always stirring. You often just had to look in the right area to find something. The more experienced you were the less fun it may have seemed to go looking for what others would call trouble. But the new, budding players had plates of curiosity to fill with this new world and the unseen lands and adventures to be had. This is what brought our current subject Fenrir into play. The Caenis Beastfolk who took more wolf than anything had originally decided that Eastern Brisshal was the place to start, it seemed like picking between East and West was the choice of flipping a coin between heads and tails, and sometimes it didn't even matter which one you picked, for Terrasphere was as vast as your imagination would take you.

Fenrir's feet had carried her from somewhere within Eastern Brisshal across the unmarked border that separated the East and West of Brisshal's lands. No one had warned her about the dangers of travelling alone, there were monsters, prying landers, and mischievous bandits lurking around corners. Whatever you ran into, you had best believe you had it in you to get out of there with everything on you that you encountered them with -- and for some that was easier said than done! Now as to why Fenrir was making this journey was a reason that was more simple than expected. Fenrir wanted to take in the sights of this vast game world, despite how real it felt. The sounds of birds chirping in the air, the feeling of the breeze brushing against the nose and cheeks, and being carried through hair, fluffed ears and a large tail.

It was obvious that Fenrir was a new player to those who paid attention, still garbed in the starter clothing, but that didn't stop the newbie from doing what they could, with what they had! Fenrir had been travelling for a little while and had come to a stop. Arms stretching outwards a breath inhaling and then exhaling as the arms fell to Fenrir's side.
"No matter how much I see, this place is fantastic!"

Fenrir exclaimed, eyes focused on the sky above, watching the cerulean skyline flow above, the rays of the sun glistening the beauty of the blues in the sky. While admiring the views she had failed to realise something. Something rather important that she would have been warned about, if she had been smart enough to say something to someone that she was going somewhere. But this was one of those act first, ask later scenarios that she was going to be finding herself in a lot of times, but she would just say it's part of the experience. It didn't matter the outcome, what mattered was how you got there and how those experiences cultivated you in the process. But as the feet that approached her came to a stop, a hoarse cough was heard, alerting her attention.

Standing before her were 4 bandits, three stood in file with one between Fenrir and the other three. He had brandished a short sword, it was plain, and had seen better days. But it was enough to threaten normal travellers, many Landers might have felt intimidated enough to hand over anything they had, but the man jabbed the short sword forward, enough to instigate his point of handing over whatever she had. Not that he had said a word to her yet.
"Oh, this is one of those things, isn't it?"

Fenrir asked rhetorically, angering the man who held the short sword, causing him to stiffen his grip on the swords hilt, before clearing his throat once more with that hoarse cough he used to steal her attention from the glimmering skies above. "Give us everything you have and we might let you live, beast!" His words felt a little cliche to her, something that was predictable. She wasn't going to think things through, but would instead bring her hands to her face, closing fingers over, before allowing them to unfurl as if sharp claws. She wasn't intimidated by them at all. Her only concern she had was that she was on her own, and she had no idea how strong these bandits really were. For all she knew she could have been barking up elite enemies that would have killed her in one fell swoop.

Or tutorial level enemies that could be taken down in a single hit from Fenrir herself. But these were questions for later, right now she had to deal with the wall that was before her.

Cloaked and with most of her features hiding, Ronja made her way through Western Brisshal, with a bag filled with energized crystals, a small courtesy of Eastern Brisshal's Power Stones. It was never easy to get a handful of those, especially with how much aversion those stones had against so many foreign interactions, aside from serving as a wonderful supply of energy for a Magia like her.

It was a shame she couldn't wander around those areas with as much safety as before, though... With the increasing hatred against her race, it would take a while to recover the reputation that was sunk as deep as an ocean could get.

"-and we might let you live, beast!"

Ronja's eyes clicked, with her thoughts being suddenly interrupted by a voice echoing from the depths of the wood. She wasn't taking the usual trail or route, and it felt like it belonged there, so the magia rushed, running past the tall green and the woods, trying to get to the place before it was too late... Only to witness a sight she didn't want to.

A girl, surrounded by bandits whose intentions were dire. The way the beastfolk posed herself, it didn't seem like she was willing to surrender... And honestly, it was a good idea. Bandits were never to be trusted... Yet... She probably couldn't know that those four bandits were only the tip of the iceberg.

The magia's eyes trailed up, spotting at least four other bandits, all of them with crossbows, aiming for the beastfolk.

A malicious smirk crossed the bandit's lips, "Feeling like you can take all of us? I tried to give you a chance, but you've wasted it..." He took a step foward, drawing his blade further. "You aren't a beast..." A bolt then was shot from one of the crossbows flew, hitting the ground next to @Fenrir's feet, making it clear that the ambush was much tougher than she anticipated.

"You are a dumb dog." He roared, charging in along with the others.

Ronja's eyes opened widely, and she quickly thrusted her hand forward, shooting a mana bolt out of the palm of her hand, scorching the bandit's chest and sending him out of the girl's way with a yelp. The other bandits broke their formation, startled at the sudden attack and looking at the direction the projectile had come, with the cloaked figure revealing itself out of the treeline.

"Ronja won't stand for this." She spoke, with her glowing eyes under the hood focusing on the beastfolk girl. "You aren't alone." She added.

"Psst, it is one of those steel monsters."

"Fucking abomination."

"Killing one of those will get us some bounty and favor from the Falderen crown though..."

They hissed at each other, before turning at the two of them, with an even more devious intent.

"Seems like our hunt reward only increased." The hurt bandit stood back to his feet, glaring intently at the two of them.

They weren't going to hold back.

Of course it seemed like her nonchalant attitude towards this situation didn't sit well with the bandits as the one before her was clearly annoyed, before stating his implication that she wasn't a beast. She was about to interject his statement but the whistle in the air of the bolt landing by her feet had caused her to instinctively take a step backwards, her eyes looking around to see where it came from, and just as Fenrir had spotted them, she heard the comment. 'A dumb dog' was enough to irritate her.

If she could foam with anger she would have. But her teeth were bared, snarling like a wild beast as the bandit initiated his charge, it was then a bolt of mana struck him and knocked him back, the small group before her had been startled and looked around. She caught a glimpse of the hooded figure standing in the trees. Confusion settled upon Fenrir's face as she tried to squint to make out the form of @Ronja Bubblyfoot 's face. But she simply couldn't.

The words she heard behind her however caught her attention, and it was enough to know something had caught her attention as there was a violent sway of a tail and a twitch of an ear. Whoever this Magia was had saved her from a certain death, at least for now. Could Fenrir allow that to happen? Certainly not. As the bandit who had been struck already rose to his feet, she listened to his words. A reward? It brought a cocky smirk upon her features.
"A reward? We'll certainly give you a reward."

Her body lurched forwards. [Dynamism] activating. Her position that of an Olympic sprinter, the smirk still etched upon her face. The Caenis then seemed to warp from sight in the sudden burst of explosive speed. The combination of her [Martial Arts] had her body suddenly strike the one brandishing his insults. Her right hand striking his chest where the remnants of the mana bolt had struck him. Her body now appearing twisted as the right arm was extended. The extreme speed of the dynamism had caused the bandit to go flying beyond his three buddies who supported him up close.

As she straightened up slightly, Fenrir's left hand ran a finger under her nose, still musing a grin on her face. The right wrist twisting as her hand unfurled, and beckoned the bandits to come at her, taunting them. Knowing that there was someone there to provide some kind of help would let her fight a little reckless. Well, at least without having to worry about it after wards. Especially now that she knows there's more keeping an eye on her.

The attacks from the beastfolk proved to the bandits that her clothes didn't match her skills. The fierce strikes and the ally being sent all the way to the air made the bandits hesitate, gritting their teeth at the provocation.

Their allies from the trees, however, seemed to not be willing to back off just yet. "Yer are stahpid? Attack 'em!" One roared, making all the four crossbow wielders to aim at the two of them at the same time, shooting a volley of bolts.

Ronja's eyes flickered, and she threw herself near the beastfolk girl, who was in a disadvantageous position after the reckless attack.

Sending a magnetic pulse, the incoming bolts were repeled, averting from their piercing flight and even sending some back to their shooters, forcing them to take cover. The pulse also staggered the blade wielders, that felt their weapons almost being forcibly thrown away from their grips.

"Ronja will take care of these ranged guys, keep doing your biting and scratching!" She called, remaining protective to the beastfolk, and trusting her on keeping the bandits on the ground in check.

Fenrir was glad that she had a little experience in combat and was lucky to meet someone who informed her that masteries could be combined to acheive different results. But what she didn't account for was that this world didn't act like a story, it didn't wait for a character to make some bravado about something, it was more realistic than expected. Before Fenrir knew it, the hooded figure threw herself in her direction.

A strange pulse burst forth and repelled the bolts that had been fired back. That same pulse also shaking the bandits in front of her. From her eyes it looked like the pulse had some kind of effect on metal, basing it simply on the bolts being redirected and the swords being held onto for dear life as they were almost thrown back, and taking the bandits with them. Hearing the words being spoke to her, the ears that sat upon the top of her head seemed to flicker.
"Sure! I can do that! You just keep doing all that cool magic stuff!"

The excitement towards the use of 'magic stuff' seemed childish in a way, but it was more the curiosity that radiated from it. It was something the beastfolk hadn't quite experienced yet, and this world was going to be full of them. But right now she had three bandits standing upright, the other she wasn't sure of. She hit him good enough, but her focus was on the three before her. She threw her hands to her side, as she rushed the middle bandit.

As if taking inspiration from the words said to her, she pounced onto the middle bandit while he tried to regale his composure, but the weight of another creature landing on him rocked him, especially when that creature was in the shape the Caenis Beastfolk, Fenrir. She bit into the neck, chewing and gnawing at it, drawing forth the cries of pain as his knees buckled and gave way. As the bandit began falling the Caenis would pull herself free with a kick, hoping that a little more impact to his falling body would at the very least stun him.
"Hm, that doesn't taste so good. Too much salt."

Ronja smiled faintly under her hood, with another flurry of bolts being the reason her words were confidence was cut short, forcing her to redirect another magnectic pulse with a hand, staggering the projectiles before thrusting another hand forward and sending a mana missile toward the nearest attacker, making the magic clasp against the trunk cover and allowing the bandit go escape by an inch.

She quickly heard the sound of another bolt coming from behind, turning immediately and having an eerie glow brighten under the shadows that hid her face, erupting into a twin beam of scorching mana that pierced through the bandit's leather armor, making him yelp and stumble, flailing as he fell head first onto the ground, with a deadly and loud noise echoing as his body turned limp.

An earpiecing cry from a nearby bandit startled Ronja for a moment, making her jolt to look at the beastfolk taking her suggestion way too literally, biting off a piece of the man and making Ronja wince.

The distraction, however, gave the opening a bandit needed to pierce a bolt against Ronja's shoulder, making a black liquid escape from her frame. Ronja glared at the tree, seeing the bandit taking cover again before slipping a hand into her cloak, with a clicking sound following before she threw a sphere toward the cover.

A moment later, the sphere released sharp tendrils, that stretched and sank into the bandit's skin, making him scream and soon retracting the tendrils and gluing on his personal space, clicking thrice before a loud burst and blue flames that ignored the vegetation engulfed him and silenced him for good.

Fenrir had honed in like a wild beast, she was completely ignoring what was around her after taking down the second bandit she attacked. She was wiping her mouth, and spitting the blood from it. The two standing by looking to each other in disgust. They couldn't believe what they saw. They had given each other a silent nod. Two would stand a better chance than on their own. They had to time the moment right to strike her. As they firmed their grips and pointed weapons to the beastfolk.

The scream came.

It alerted the two standing bandits and Fenrir. All snapping to it's attention, just in time to witness azure flames shine through the vegetation. It was in that moment that one stepped forward, his blade slashing across the beastfolk's back, mouth opening but a muffled noise came as she quickly bit onto her lower lip, not allowing a scream to leave her lungs.

As Fenrir staggered forward slightly, she twisted her ankles to throw herself in a circle and push towards the one who attacked, she conducted lightning around her right hand as she closed into the bandits space, her hand extending to the chin, causing the band to rise an inch from the ground, and then had her momentum follow through with the push to knock him down. Once the bandit was knocked down, the Caenis lifted a leg, stamping on the mans wrist.

One stamp. Two stamps. A cry of agony. Another stamp. The hand letting go off the weapon as the sound of bone cracking under her foot was heard from her fury. The remaining bandit who stood before her stepped back slightly. He had learned that she was quick to act, but this was the moment that the two of them might be looking for. She was distracted. She was wounded. Was now the time to strike her?

The Caenis Beastfolk was clearly easier one to target.

The brutality in the beastfolk's ferocity was understandable, and while that made Ronja wince, the magia tried to keep her focus on her task: Defeat the crossbow wielders.

Quickly, Ronja opened her arms and several glowing pieces were summoned from her data center, eventually attaching together to form her trademark Skullbuster Rifle, with a wire escaping from her neck and rapidly plugging on the side of the magitech gun, charging it up and making an eerie cyan steam escape from its barrel, while it glowed with the mana accumulating in it.

With two of them still on activity, she tried to stick close to her ally and lock her gaze and aim at the treetops, just waiting for the right time to attack... That turned out to be as soon as one of the bastards peeked their heads out of their cover.

The shoot was certain, with the mana bullet piercing through the skull of the bandit and neutralizing him immediately, allowing Ronja to move her aim and risk shooting through the tree the other bandit was taking cover, releasing another bullet that fiercely went through trunk and flesh, making the hiding bandit yell and hang on the tree before Ronja aimed on the center of his mass and blowing his side with another projectile, weakening him enough to make his grip on the branch he was hanging on falter as he fell to the ground.

Her attention then shifted to the beastfolk lady, that after an enormous brutality, left herself in an open stance, allowing the bandit to charge in to attack her.

Ronja gritted her teeth, trying to force herself to move, but not having time to send a magnetic pulse, her protection toward the beastfolk was limited to use herself as a bodyshield, soon having the frame of her abdomen pierced by the blade, making her cough and jolt, with her hood falling from her head and revealing her identity.

During the ferocious outburst from Fenrir, she had completely been oblivious to the actions of the mysterious woman helping her. She didn't notice the crafting of a weapon, that weapon then being fired three times, no. The thing that brought her from her fury was the sudden sound of coughing, and the motion of fabric in the corner of her eyes. This had caused her attention to twist to her side to see.

The mysterious stranger had a weapon pierce through them, the anger she felt was about to explode, but right now confusion spread across her face. Just what happened!? Wasn't she keeping her focus on the ones in the tree? She could make out the snickering of the bandit who impaled her, a crazed cackle as he withdrew the sword from her.

Why did this woman save her? Was she worth saving? She would have to experience death at some point in this world. But perhaps this was a show. Something to let her know that not everyone is bad in this game, or has bad intentions. As she stepped forward, she moved her arms to catch the falling Magia. Her knee's bending to support the Magia's using her back, slowly guiding her to the ground.
"You didn't have to... There was no need for that!"

Fenrir called out, a sadness lingering within her eyes. Not because she was saved, but because she felt useless in that moment. But it was in that moment something snapped within her as she slowly set the Magia down, and rose to her feet. Splurging one more use of [Dynamism], she burst forth, a knee driving into the bandit's solar plexus. Her hands finding their way onto the bandits head, driving the same knee into his face, letting him recoil, before pulling a hand back.

She thought it was cliché, but sometimes when making a big move it was always best to finish it with something flashy, even if you got the inspiration for it elsewhere. The Caenis lunged in an upwards diagonal fashion as she twisted her body in a full circle, her fist rising during the process connecting with the bandit's chin. There was an audible crack as she felt the bones breaking with her impact.

Her body finished the spin cycle as she landed on her feet, the bandit's body crumpling by her side. But she paid it no interest, before scurrying over like a dog, sliding onto her knees by the Magia's side.
"Wh-what do I do? How do I help you!?"

Ronja felt herself stumbling backwards, losing her feet as she and bracing herself for the impact with the ground, knowing that enduring it would be tough since most of the strength in her body had failed her. However, her fall wasn't as rough and abrupt as she expected, with the soft contact with an arm intercepting her from a rough fall.

Her weakened gaze shifted to look at the beastfolk, with the frantic words making Ronja feel a pang of guilt hit her chest. She didn't expect the stranger to be so worried about her. "He would catch you off guard... You... You wouldn't be able to defend yourself..." She said with an exasperated voice, closing her eyes when she was rested on the ground, trying to breath slowly and steadly, hoping to calm herself down while she reached for her Data Center, soon summoning a spherical drone with a propel, one with a small spray can attached to it.

It sprayed a healing alchemical on her biomagitechnological components and skin, stinging her wound but soon soothing and numbing the pain.

Ronja only hoped the girl wouldn't be too distracted by her state, but the following sound of bone crack and a sonorous thud made it clear that the fight was done, and when the beastfolk came to her aid, Ronja showed her a smile, resting a hand on hers and saying with a breathless voice:

"Ronja... She will be fine..." She said. "Let's just move somewhere else first... Maybe there are more of them..." Ronja said, struggling to sit while holding her abdomen, that at the very least had stopped bleeding.

The small drone flew behind Fenrir, spraying the same healing alchemical on her wounds for the same effect, while Ronja glanced at her.

"What... What's your name?" She asked, standing after a bit of struggle.

Upon her return to the side of Ronja, Fenrir looked to the hand of the Magia resting on hers, easing the worries that she had over the other. Her eyes widened as teeth gritted. Fenrir felt the spray on her back, the sudden nipping of the wound healing itself from whatever sprayed it, she had turned and looked to the drone. The Caenis lifting her hands and lifting to pounce the drone, gnawing on it.

Hearing the question asked, she stopped gnawing on the drone freeing it from the clutches of her hold. She lowered her head, the tail that was through a hoop at the base and had another attached at the end swayed, showing that she was in a relaxed state, before slowly raising her head.
"I am Fenrir. Thank you for saving me."

The Caenis responded, exhibiting the natures of a wolf as she lifted slowly into a squatted position, the palms of the beastfolk's hands planted on the ground between her legs as she watched Ronja moving with a little struggle. Her little friend healed the wounds she suffered, which caused a slight twist of Fenrir's neck to look over her own shoulder. It may have healed wounds, but perhaps there was still after effects that may have taken a little time to dull, which was no doubt by far -- better than bleeding out.

Fenrir returned her attention to Ronja, her earlier comment striking a dilemma in her brain. It could have looked like a single cell bouncing around an empty room. But she had no idea where she was -- or where she was going in the least. So she had only one single hope for this situation.
"I don't know anywhere here to lay low. Are you familiar with this area?"

Fenrir asked, hedging her bets that Ronja would know something. The Caenis was almost like a lost wolf cub who didn't know where she was going.

Ronja smiled faintly. "Ronja didn't save you. She just helped you to fight them off... We fought them together." She pointed out, finally getting some stability and standing with a firm stance, watching the protest of the beastfolk against the drone with a giggle.

Her eyes trailed to the girl, soon clicking twice like camera lens, with the iris retracting and widening, framing that face into her mind.

"Ronja is pleased to meet you, Fenrir. Name's Ronja Bubblyfoot." She rested a hand on her chest, to emphasize the introduction before she sighed and turned to look at the surroundings. Her energy and health were still low, even if stable now that she at least had ceased the bleeding.

"Ronja knows a place... follow her..." Ronja stumbled, forcing her way into the treelines once again, breathing heavily every step and using the trees to support herself. It shouldn't take long for them to reach a small, hiding cave that could only be accessed if you squeezed your way into it, which wasn't a very hard task for someone of smaller size like her.

"Those bandits were bad news... Did they ambush you?" She questioned.

'Together', seemed to strike something within her. The beastfolk raising a hand to scratch at the back of her head. When she heard the confirmation of the name the Caenis had nodded taking the information in. It didn't take a genius to note that there was a little struggle within the others stance. She may not have been moving, but there was always the slightest signs if paid enough attention to, just little glimpses.

Fenrir had lifted her hands to her knees and pushed herself upright, following the Magia closely. Her eyes looking around as she followed to the tree lines. There was no telling if there would be more bandits coming around, or if this was just a small group hoping to catch someone off guard while the path was quiet, but now bodies lay on it.

Following her through the forest, where the destination was a cave, she tapped her chin, thinking on the question that was asked to her.
"I have no idea, really. Did I upset someone, or do they just not like animals? I mean I'm pretty cute, so maybe that's why?"

The Caenis started, it seemed as if she were poking fun at the situation, before allowing a sigh to leave her lips, a twitch of an ear, and swish of a tail.
"I was just passing through from the East. I was adventuring and then ran into them. But I suppose bandits will be bandits, they'll attack anything. Do you think something is going on? They seemed pretty agitated for some reason."

Perhaps it may have been because she didn't take the situation seriously? Perhaps it was because she laughed in their faces when they stepped to her with their ambush. But her earlier words were still true she felt, she was thankful that Ronja happened to be there to help out. If not? Well she may have been in a very bad position from that moment and may not have made it through.

Ronja looked at Fenrir, letting out a weak giggle as she joked, finally managing to slip into the cave, soon summoning five arcane spheres, that glew as strongly as a candle, albeit the color of its illumination was soft, cold and blue-ish, slightly different compared to the warm and orange-like hue of a flame light source.

"You are cute, but hopefully that wasn't the focus... If they were intending to ambush you only for your cuteness, death would be the least of your problems. Enslavement isn't unheard of around here, and if they know how to block your UI..." Ronja sighed, shuddering for a moment before settling down, feeling a bit more energetic as her body managed to drain mana from the air, using it as a resource for her to self-heal.

"They are probably taking opportunity that new players are being hostilized by some NPCs... It is a tough situation..." Ronja pursed her lips, feeling guilty, since she had been part of what caused this whole mess.

"Ronja can explain you, if you want... But first, show Ronja your back. She needs to heal it properly, that spray is just a palliative care." She admitted.

Squeezing herself in behind the Magia, the Caenis found the squeeze a little tighter than she would have liked. But once entering she took notice of the soft blue hues being cast out by them. It didn't fill the hidden cave with a lot of light, but enough to see what was happening inside it. Her attention was brought forth hearing the comments.
"Enslavement? Oh my. I wouldn't want that to happen to me, I don't know if I could handle that!"

She continued to listen to the words of the Magia, a feeling that she was upset about herself, and beating herself up over something. She furrowed her own brows as she sat herself down, and brought her hair over her shoulder allowing the Magia to see the wound she received. She allowed a sigh to leave her lips as she looked up.
"I kind of figured it was one of those low level encounters you get at the start of the game where you beat them up, go to a city and someone tells you they're involved in something shady, so then you go and sort that out... But I guess it's not as simple as that?"

The Caenis mused the thought, thinking it over. Many games had ways for you to be over powered and have nothing to worry about. But this game had ways for the players UI to be blocked so they couldn't do anything, and they would be in trouble if they were caught by certain factions.

Fenrir felt a gulp in her throat, an uneasy feeling forming in her stomach.

Ronja shook her head. "No one would, it is a dangerous thing... Ronja is glad she has found you before anything worse happened." Relief was clear in her voice. Even if the girl before her was a 'stranger', she would rather if no one had to suffer from this kind of thing, be it player or NPC.

When the girl brushed her hair away, Ronja winced looking at the wounds through the slashed cloth, gently resting a hand on her back and opening the palm of her other hand, releasing a salve while she carefully tugged the Fenrir's clothes to expose the wounds further- "This will sting in the first second, but it will relieve and heal you better soon, okay? Tell Ronja if it feels uncomfortable..." She said in a soothing voice, one that almost mimicked the salve that touched the wound, stinging and then making it feel numb and cold.

"Mhm... This game isn't like the others... There is no clear quests, no safe zone, no nothing... It is just like a real world" She said, letting out a sigh.

"And like in the real world, some things are too complex, and cause harm to those that do not deserve it."

Ronja paused for a moment, finishing to caress the salve on the wound and following to summon some alchemical bandage from her inventory, one that looked faint green.

Feeling the salve sting her skin slightly, the Caenis felt her shoulders rise, as her shoulder blades shifted her torso, pushing it forward slightly, the hair on her tail almost seemed to stiffen and stand straight. Fenrir could be heard wincing through gritted teeth. She knew it was coming, but even still, the initial sting caught her unready for it. But once the sting had happened, the tail relaxed as her shoulders slowly fell into a sloop once more as she eased a breath through her lips.
"That seems crazy... One mistake and things will go wrong. That could lead you into a bad situation. At least for me I was glad that you were watching over and helped me out, you could have totally just ignored it and left me there, you know?"

Fenrir had started to explain. She couldn't feel the salve or the hand on her back anymore from the numb sensation moving through it to heal the wound. The beastfolk had listened to the words spoken, it was like a real life simulator, with some fantasy aesthetic sprinkled on top. It felt like you had to be REALLY careful when moving in this world. Little things could cause you problems without you even understanding anything.
"Hm, looks like I really need to be careful then..?"

A groan of complaint left her lips as hands moved to scalp, the Caenis began scratching at her scalp in annoyance trying to figure out what she should do in this situation. She didn't care enough to learn the entire history, but she felt she needed to know SOMETHING about where she was and where she was going -- even if she didn't know. But as she came to stop her antics there was a gentle sway of her tail. Her head tilting up, as back arched slightly, an odd way to look behind you.
"So... Since I have NOTHING planned, and I do mean nothing. Do you need a companion for travelling? I need to at least owe you something for helping me and healing my wounds!"

Ronja looked at Fenrir arching her back to glance behind her back, letting out a faint chuckle. "Just like bandits and weird people will go out of their way to catch a cute wolf girl, other people will go out of their way to protect them." Ronja said, resting a hand on her hair and ruffling it, gently pushing her head to make her sit straight once again.

"And more importantly. Ronja wouldn't be able to sleep, unsure of what would've happened to you. So really, she only did what she needed to do."

After those words, Ronja stood up, moving near the entrance of the small cave they were hiding, and resting a hand on rock while peeking out side, opening her hand and making a cyan glow emanage mana to recollect magitech data, summoning a propelled orb that flew out of the cave.

"... That should give us an analysis of the outside, but as for travelling companions..." Ronja looked at Fenrir, smiling.

"Ronja could always have more travelling companions. She has someone that is ver protective of her, but she isn't as active in the game as Ronja is, so she is alone most of the time." She turned to face Fenrir. "Besides, you look strong, there are a few things we could do together." Ronja offered a hand.

"Where were you going though?"

The beastfolk's eyes watched as Ronja stepped away, watching the Magia peer outside, before emitting something outside. Something that she would then confirm to her would analyse the outside for her. There was plenty in the world to explore, everyone was different, each with different builds, different powers and ways to use them.

Fenrir watched as the smile drew across the features, her words almost worried her for a second, before she affirmed that travelling companions would be nice. Explaining how she had one that rarely logged on. Fenrir's head lowered slightly as ears fell forwards slightly. That must have been lonely for her. Being alone in this vast virtual world. Her brows had furrowed before seeing the hand encroaching her. Head lifting as she rose to her feet.

Hand extending, meeting hers. Then the question hit her ears. Confusion began to writhe on her face as she smiled awkwardly, shrugging vaguely.
"I... I have no idea. I was just exploring, honestly. Must have been luck that we ended up meeting."

Fenrir's free hand rose, moving under the locks of her hair as she scratched at the back of her head. Uncertainty 'pon her features as she debated the answer she spoke. When drawing her hand free, it moved to the back of her head, her fingers interlocking with each other. She was honestly just making this up as she went. The Caenis allowed a sigh to escape her mouth.
"I was just following my instinct, it seemed like there was something out here, something interesting... So I just started heading this way, exploring... But who knows! It's a big world, right? I'm sure there's some kind of chaos we can bring? Unless of course, you know? You don't ad-- adv-- ADVOCATE! That's the word! Unless you don't advocate that sort of stuff, then we can do something that's fun!"

Ronja smiled at the awkwardness of the beastfolk, with a reassuring expression crossing her face. "And it is fine to have no idea. This world is vast, and as long as you are doing what you wish, you should be fine." She said, though as soon as the following words came through, the magia reached for her chin in a pensive expression, pondering about it.

"Causing chaos?" Ronja hummed, tilting her head. "That depends, what sort of chaos do you have in mind, Fen?" She asked, resting her hands behind her back and locking her gaze on the beastfolk, before admitting-

"Ronja wants to cause a bit of chaos herself... Though less in the negative sense of the word." Ronja said, before adding:

"Ronja wants to change the world." Her hands clenched in a fist, with a firm and determined smirk framed on her lips as she waited for the girl's response.
