Personality
A very outgoing, imaginative girl who just wants to make friends and explore the world around her in new and exciting ways. She always tries to be helpful to those she cares about and those she has no reason to hate. So she goes out of her way to try and make friends with almost everyone. Even if someone does something absolutely horrible to her, she could never bring herself to hate them.

Background
Born as a male named William, there was a long time where she wouldn't be able to stay in one place, making it quite hard to make friends growing up. She had a close relationship with her younger sister during this time, resulting in the two rarely fighting. But with the constant moving, and the fact that it was hard to make friends from one state to another, with experiences that differed from one kid to another... She grew distant from those who cared for her, without the enrichment of having those she could connect to on her hobbies.
She grew interested in writing, and playing games. So naturally she wrote about the games she played. And those writings would evolve over time. Eventually coming to roleplay on random internet forums and video games. Making characters based on those in her life, those she enjoyed, and attaching personality traits to herself almost at random. She would almost lose herself to this world while in high school. It was around then that she began to portray herself as a girl named Raelyn. Or another one named Ishtara.
And these personas would follow her from one game, to another, to a forum, to some other place where she could write. And eventually become so integral to her personality...
She wondered why they were so. Until she began piecing together old memories. And it dawned on her that she would have rather been a girl from the start. Choosing to name herself after one of her characters and beginning that whole process of switching things over to the new name.
After some time, playing MMOs with others, they stumbled across someone they fell for. And they had fallen in turn. The two of them would begin to etch out stories of their own in the worlds they played in. A happy relationship born between the two.
And one day, while watching videos online, Raelyn vaguely saw a QR code. Her curiosity getting the better of her, she scanned it. And realized the mistake... And wonderful opportunity. A new game, and a new world to explore... But one that was considered dangerous... A lil peek won't hurt... Right?
