Solvale - 13:15 PM
The sun was at it's highest, but the breeze carried on people who went up north through the well-walked roads that connected Solvale. Open wildlife for anyone to witness, even if grand parts of it were merely emerald blades and falling leaves carried from the nearest woods by the winds, the long distances needed to traverse from town to town were lightened by great views and the favourable weather. But even now amidst fields of flowers, one could always find themselves in the heart of conflict.
Open roads, long distances, and not a single sword allowed banditry to flourish. Such is what Elec and his handful of Lion's were tasked after, no more than a simple quest for the valiant heroes at the petition of Hardrift's people, who had many wagons and trading lines cut short with the nearby farms and towns...
That is, until things took a turn on the unexpected at finding out said 'bandits' had been in the know of the Lions, and had dared to cross paths with them.
Two wagons faced eachother, and Elesis didn't know what to expect once they all pulled down like soldiers leaving their transport and facing an equal group. Most of them could fit the cutthroat criteria easily, except the man who hid himself behind a hood and a pinch of magic within the air.
Tension was cut like a neck once the guillotine drops, with Elec holding a hand over the pommel of his sword and taking a step forth once the robed individual did the same.

"I know what you thinkin'. Stop that. There's no need to get this bloody." Elec frowned, sincere despite how much eager he was to simply let his fists speak, but that wouldn't leave a good impression on his knights, let alone the few rookies who got intertwined in a much more dangerous mission.

"That's correct, but you are misunderstanding if you think you are in a place to negotiate." The man retorted. "I'm here under sacred duty, and so are you, knight. So let's do ourselves a favor and skip the courtesies, we heard enough speeches by now. What is it going to be?"

"What are you- LIONS!" He suddently yelled as a bow knocked an arrow out, only to end on the shoulders of one of the group's furthest members.
Blades were pulled out of their scabbards, the steel resonated in tandem as they all ran to make some space, while the most devote of them chased after the knights with daggers, and soon a full-scale battle begun between the clashing and chanting from both sides.
Some of them were trained in magical arts, but they all seemed to share the same particular blueish tone to their incantations, glowing neon blue eyes repeated amidst all of them, including the hooded man.
Elesis rolled over to her side, dragging herself towards the back of their wagon as blood begun to drip down her arm. Fortunately for the ambidexterous, both of them could handle a sword just fine, and arming herself of valour, the black fox pushed herself back to her feet once adrenaline worked as a temporary painkiller to set herself back in the path of war.
"Captain!-"

"I'm fine! Focus on taking them out! but don't hesitate to end them! It's you or them!" Was his one last command, struggling between his attempts to avoid an incoming mace to the face, lifting his blade to the skies and letting divine magic turn to abjuration, shielding himself from harm.
