Somewhere far, far away...
The gentle frizzle touching the windows created small dots of water, that shimmered when reflected by the cozy light that bathed and warmed the living room while easing the silence with a constant crackling.
Sitting on an armchair, a purple-haired woman patiently worked on a piece of knit craft, already expecting the incoming winter... However, her attention was averted, as soon as a sequence of footsteps coming from the ceiling made its way to the stairs, with a small figure soon appearing by the end of the room. It was the fourth time that night.

However, her attention was averted, as soon as a sequence of footsteps coming from the ceiling made its way to the stairs, with a small figure soon appearing by the end of the room. "Auntie!" The girl called, hurrying to near the woman. "Can I go outside?" Her eyes sparkled, expecting a big-

"No." The woman smiled, looking at the girl.

The girl's sparkly eyes faded, and her cheeks puffed. "But Auntie-!"

"You will catch a cold." The woman sighed at the stubbornness, resuming her knitting and tilting her head. "What you would do outside at this time, anyway? It is dark."

She crossed her arms. "Anything, it is way too boring inside here, there is nothing to do-" She said with pouty lips.

"Hmm." The woman realized the same scene would keep unfolding over and over, so instead of insisting on fighting the girl's stubbornness... "How about a story, then?" She suggested, halting her knitting.

The puff cheeks deflated, and her pout turned into a wide smile. "A story? Really? What kind of story?"

Seeing the satisfaction of the girl brought a fond expression to the woman's eyes, who freed her hands from her knit tools, opening them to shimmer a sphere that reflected a starry night... No... It reflected a whole galaxy, brimming with nebulas, stars, planets, and every sort of celestial body.
"It will be one, from the Starcalled." She began, with six stars glowing so brightly it turned the sphere livelier. "It all started with six brave Starcalled-"

"Nine!" The girl interrupted.

"Hm..?" The woman rose her eyebrow.

"I like nine Starcalled more!" The girl said with a firm nod.

"... Very well..." The woman cleared her throat, and with a gesture of her hands, three more stars brimmed intensely, forming a constellation of nine, beautiful stars. "It all started with nine brave Starcalled..."
Cycle 0 - Pathfinding
They had been called by leaders of the Adventure Guild and the Explorers League. Within the depths of an unknown labyrinth of brick tunnels, infinite in size and filled with mysteries to be uncovered and treasures to be recovered...
However, the greed from the Guild and the undying curiosity of the League brought an uncertain fate for its members, who had never come back to their homes after taking off to seek for what the labyrinth had to offer.
The nine Starcalled, knowing this and being summoned by the Factions, took their way into the depths of the labyrinth. With them, they carried a simple map that the League had constructed through the months they had been exploring the area...
The tunnels of the Labyrinth were made out of a cold and dark gray, that only had some color thanks to the azure magical flames of the torches that lit the way of the group.
In the path, signs of destruction from whatever encounters the adventurers and explorers had spreaded everywhere. Broken walls, creating accidental shortcuts, solved and half-solved puzzles, burns of spells that blasted against floors and ceilings along with huge bloodied claw marks that seemed to sink on the hard, brick surfaces as if they were a blade slashing through flesh.
With those clues before them, the nine Starcalled decided to...However, the greed from the Guild and the undying curiosity of the League brought an uncertain fate for its members, who had never come back to their homes after taking off to seek for what the labyrinth had to offer.

Cycle 0 Objectives
Exploration
Use Knack to scout ahead stealthily, Presence to guide and organize the group, or Fitness to open paths blocked by physical obstacles.
When rolling, you add to a Contribution Check always counting up. This one doesn't have a limit, but the higher, the better are the chances of the Objective not finding you before you find it. [0/???]
Investigation
Use Awareness to find more clues to understand what is laying ahead. When rolling, you add to a Contribution Check, counting up. [0/250]
Upon concluding the Awareness Contribution Check, someone may roll a Knowledge Quality Check to figure out information about the Objective. The higher the Quality Check, the more information will be available in the following Cycle. [0/???]
Preparation
Use any of your Actions to prepare for the following Cycle. All Actions are available for this Cycle, including Creativity Actions (Read Homebrew, if you are using it). You don't need a 'target' to use the effects of Protect and Counter, for example, but you may roll if necessary to see if you are successful on activating the Action ability.
Cycle 0 Rules
