Personality
Haru is a peaceful sage who has seen all the world has to show on the surface. He's gone and seen things below that surface, too. Experience is something he has in spades, and the age from it shows in the depths of his eyes.
He likes to be a good person, saying that it's what a cool person would naturally do. Haru recently seeks out those who are new to the game in hopes of keeping them safe and prepared in the realm of Terrasphere, full of treachery and danger as it is. He acts like a caring father to anyone he comes across, no matter how rude or hateful the person is.
It's because of this attitude of his that people question what, exactly he is. Haru acts like an NPC, and also doesn't show up on people's UIs as a player. However, neither does Haru appear to overviews as an NPC, either. He seems like an outcast to the world, a Traveller from somewhere else besides the players.
He acts like it, too-For some reason, the man just seems convinced that he is alone in the world. He's not happy or sad about such a thought, but he understands nonetheless that he is just different from what a human used to be. Haru keeps to himself unless he has something kind to say or some way to help those in need.
Haru just wants to help. Haru just wishes to guide you. He wishes to ensure that you are happy in the world you've found yourself in-that everyone in the world can be happy.

Background
Haru is a name that anyone with an ear out knows. Haru is a name that every land remembers. Frorm Astorea to Tertoria, Zalra to the Tangleweaves, his name always has a habit of creeping up so long as one looks for it. The Adventurer's Guild has the Sage of Guidance on the registry, though he hardly ever shows up. The Institute has him listed as a benefactor, though he has yet to make a public donation. The Explorer's Guild list him as having made contributions, while the Lion Arms speak of him as "Related to Zeus"... whatever that's supposed to mean.
One can hear his name on the lips of the Aristocratica as rumors, as stern warning from the officials of Ynglar and as fond reminiscence from the many tribesfolk, sequestered away in their secret villages. It's as if he really has been everywhere-had spoken with everyone once upon a time. Why does everyone keep the man in mind? Why is one single man an icon to be considered?
The sage Haru was once another man who logged into Terrasphere. He did so because his life was fading, and he wished to make use of his time left instead of sitting in a simple bed for his final days. It could have been said that, in this time, Haru lived an entire life's worth of time within just a single year. He lived bravely, he lived with excitement and above all else, he had been 'cool' - just as he said he would have.
Death grew closer to him at every step he made within the world of Terrasphere. The dead were always within sight of his keen eyes, and his mastery of the spirit grew as the body faded away. There came a time one day in which Haru died his third death, and in that moment he became the soul within himself. He became one with the world of Terrasphere-Traveler no longer in anything but the title he kept for himself.
It's said that he's died many times since then. It's uncertain whether that's true, but Haru certainly still remains. He exists still, appearing where he pleases at any given time. He could be anywhere in the world, but if you see him, you could be sure that there is purpose for his presence here.
Haru seeks to aid those who are new to the world, something like a tutorial NPC. He could be considered an NPC by many, as well, as he doesn't seem to show up as a player. Haru will find anyone he can in need of help, out to help new players become comfortable and safe in the environment of Terrasphere.
Sometimes, on occasion, you can see the shadow of something behind him. He never seems to pay it any mind.
To those with Corrupt, Dark or Divine Haru is no longer solely himself. When Titania came, and Titania went, some of Titania yet remained inside of Haru's frame. A soul is entwined with his own, one that is separate yet bound to his own. A corrupted presence has grown from this seed of Titania. It no longer can be called Titania-like a newborn child, it has grown into a new presence altogether. It calls itself Oberon.
The corruption surely has signs of having spread far across Haru's body, mind and soul. However, this growth has simply... stopped. If feels as if the corruption takes little effort to take Haru's soul. On the contrary, it lives entwined with it-almost as if the Sage had come to a cursed harmony with the evil that has grown so.
Was this 'Oberon' truly a happy part of Haru? Why did it find contentment in his soul as a home to stay? Does it plan something more sinister in secret?

Haru is here to help you. If nobody else is on your side, Traveller, count on Haru to help.
To those with Spirit Magic or high Awareness Haru appears to barely be in the same world as you. Half of him, hidden behind mask and robe, flows like quiet fire in an unseen wind. His left arm simply isn't, yet still acts like it is. The wind does not blow his hair. The rain does not soak his frame. The heat does not cause sweat. He is above the world and inside of it together as one. Haru is dead, yet his soul remains.

In company, you heart beats with camaraderie. In solitude, it beats louder and faster to the rhythm of dissonance, reminding you of your loneliness. When you are alone (or feeling alone), your heartbeats will torment you. If left unchecked, an Titanius' eye may appear on your chest to ward away your loneliness until you stop feeling that way.
He had opened the gate for far too long, and it had taken something permanently in exchange. Though everything appeared alright on the outside, the right side of his face is blind, deaf, paralyzed, incapable of movement. Why? The answer can be found in his reflection. Half his face is no longer human. Half his face has been turned into a ghostly flame. But this curse, this malediction, is something that only he can see.
