Personality
Carefree and optimistic, the vagabond mindset is combined with the self confidence and a selfish perception of how she influences others. Full of trivia nonsense, self know how and open minded outlook, she's a largely independent person who might have trouble working with people.
If I can't be my own example, how can I be others?
Haley and Flowing exude a leadership like confidence that is mostly a motivation. Inside, she's indecisive, self doubting and cowardly. She wants to be as far as she can be away from trouble and go with the flow of things. However loyalty will push her to stick with those who she has befriend and want to stay in that trouble.
So, she tells herself to act in a way she wouldn't, she's her own motivator. She believes herself to be her best teacher, best guide and best leader and pushes herself to be that for others as well. if her allies and friends want to see her best self, she'll make herself the best self, even if it is an act. A fake it till you make it.
Like a Matryoshka doll, each layer of her personality can't be seen until it is opened up.

Background
Born and raised in Singapore, her abusive relationship with her parents and a somewhat estranged relationship with her parents lead to a push towards a coping mechanism. Full blast music, video games, staying in her room were all part and parcel of her life. All this lead to emotional issues that took a while for Haley to recover from. That was until she played Terrasphere 1.0.
In her brief time in the game, she met people who were, accepting of her and formed bonds that she remembers dearly. While she could not play for long as the game's servers shut down before she could progress far, she took what she learned and used it for the real world. The Haley of now is no longer the Haley of then.
In the 4 years, she strengthened her emotional health and bolstered her willpower. She took on a "World Against Me" mindset and begun on a path of self improvement. The grind to become better lead her towards better schools, educators and friends in real life. She would graduate from college with a diploma and entered a university to further her education.
Then Terrasphere popped up once again, and reminiscing her time 4 years ago, she decided to pick it up again, all while balancing school and part-time work.
