Personality
Bianca is a bit of an oddball with very few friends. Being an only child, she was always spoiled, quadruply so after her incident. This resulted in her view of the world, especially her place in it, being rather skewed. Having trouble seeing the pain and trouble of others as equivalent to her own, she would naturally become more disliked than liked among her peers, driving her into a solitary lifestyle that only played into her more introverted nature.
Many of these traits translate directly to when she is inside of Terrasphere. However, she also tries to be her 'perfect' self within the game world. Displaying herself as more energetic and approachable, she rarely has trouble coming across as friendly. Such a facade can quickly fade when confronted with real drama or otherwise challenging situations. She is easily frustrated, especially when she feels that the situation she finds herself in is outside of her direct control.
Most importantly, Bianca had managed to dig up a relatively large amount of information on the game before getting her hands on it. This has resulted in a mixed approach where she wishes to experience the reality that such software can bring while being extremely cautious about everything surrounding it. This becomes most apparent when confronted with situations that could result in harm or even death coming to her character and the consequences that might come with it.
Would you say that someone who had every intention to be brave was a coward?
Positive: Confident, Cooperative, Genuine, Loyal
Negative: Cynical, Tactless, Reactive, Overly-cautious
Background
A girl from Central Europe who had suffered a tragic incident during her youth, leaving her paralyzed. While living her life in comfort and finding plenty of opportunities despite her situation, it was precisely due to her disability that she was always drawn to modern technologies like virtual reality and their capabilities. Especially as the new VR adapter arrived in 2026, it didn't take Bianca long before she would start experimenting with various programs in hopes of getting to know how her life could be if she had never lost her ability to walk. This was, unfortunately for her, never quite effective.
The various limits of VR imposed upon their creators ensured that the feeling of 'life' was never fully there. Directing her attention elsewhere in life after mostly giving up hope and realizing that she'd likely have to wait years or even decades, the universe played one of its many cruel tricks. It ensured that she perfectly missed the fabled arrival of Terrasphere. Learned of it only after its worldwide ban, the girl made this strange game the object of her research for years to come.
As the rare conversation about the no longer named title started popping up four years later, Bianca was quick to catch on and get her 'hands' on one of the individuals lucky enough to obtain a strange email allowing them to download the software. With a bit of persuasion, a forward of the email would also find itself in her email box. Anxious about the many possible consequences she had learned of over the years, she would experience Terrasphere herself, for better or worse.
