Personality
In reality, Elona tries her best to be friendly and approachable, works hard as a student, spends time with her family. She tries hard to put relationships first before anything else and even in school and on her swim team it was the same. She's a very spirited and determined person, finding discipline of hard work to be rewarding and is the optimistic type who believes barriers can be broken with persistence.
In game, Eren however is a bit more honest with her feelings. Despite having people around her constantly and her family at her side, she always feels like she's doing things that other people want as opposed to what might make her happy. In the game, she tries to explore her own feelings and find her own likes and dislikes away from her family that she might be more prone to sacrificing her happiness for.

Background
Elona was born and raised in a considerably wealthy family, growing up she didn't have to struggle for much but at the same time didn't have to work particularly hard for what she got either. As long as she met everyone's expectations her life was smooth sailing. She wasn't dissatisfied with this fact, and even now doesn't feel like she has much of a right to complain, but ever since she was small she always felt she lived in the shadows of her parents' accomplishments and just went through the paces to follow in their footsteps. For that reason at times Elona might seem to have flashes of inferiority or question her value as she's not done anything particularly innovative with her life and instead just rode the waves of success.
She spent time looking into the game Terrasphere and after learning that it had another world of possibilities, she decided to give it a try. In a world where her parents and friends couldn't help her succeed, she wanted to try and make her own way and grow and develop the best she could with high hopes that she might come out the other side of the game better then she was when she left.
