Does that mean no homicide skills either?

D'uh! but Tick mean, for some people killing -is- saving. Hehe, Tick wonders who.

I dunno, killing beep-boopers sounds like a pretty good plan right about now!

Tock agrees with the VR protagonist looking man!

She shouted, only for all noises to be shut down for a moment, even their own voices and the battlefield itself, byproduct of @Rael's powers apparently. The twins tried to communicate, only to see moving mouths alone, so instead they decided to do what they do best.

IMPROVISE. ADAPT. OVERCOME.

And that means, using their hands.

Thankfully, the spell didn't last long as Rael finished explaining what 'The Plan' truly was.

Big sis is right, Tock and Tick were there when biggest sis Trinity said nice things to us all and explained some funny stuff. But the important part is that she said nice things!

The pair turned their heads towards @Zelrius to wave enthusiastically at him, not even looking where they are going, if only because Yugam and Harper both have the 'destroy all magia to make a path' objective already on their hands.

In this chessboard, Szofrit is playing a queen's gambit for the egg. The Red Egg is the king in this game, and the Golden Egg our queen. Nothing matters but the Red Egg, Tock knows, Tock was under indentured employment for her. Destroy the Egg before it fulfills it's purpose, destroy her reason to fight.

Perhaps the only time her voice even spoke with rationality.

Why did everyone have to think that she, of all people, was advocating for just laying down on the floor and taking the beating without so much as fighting back? Some people really had to think the worst if every single solution to a puzzle wasn't fed to them right away...

Music seems to have a debilitating effect on the Magia, I've tested it myself. I have countered their efforts to manipulate others before. Some of the other corrupted Magia are also advocating for her capture.

She nodded as the tune of the conversation aligned with what she had originally intended, breathing somewhat easier as people came together under a single understanding. Her hand found Tick's head again

If we are given a window, we move to subdue her, and suppress her dissonance by whatever means we have available, learn just how much she knows before it comes back to bite our asses again. Szofrit was originally supposed to help us, after all.

I, for one, choose to believe that we could do it. Stories where the odds are stacked against the protagonists are always the most fulfilling ones to see through, wouldn't you all agree?

Ash is one of those people who can pronounce a capital letter, and he's certainly doing so now. He briefly puts a hand on his chest, as if checking for something.

"I once fought the King when he was corrupted by Titanius. Obviously, we were able to save him... but that all happened in the span of a single operation.

It's been eating away Szofrit for years. For all we know, there's nothing of her left."

Attia remained silent for a while, listening to the conversation. She kept her thoughts to herself for the moment while she remained near Hanno for protection, her eyes closed in what appeared to be serene meditation. She tilted her head toward Hanno and smiled a bit before finally joining the conversation.

"I have noticed the effects of music on the magia as well, my [Hymn No.4 Disorientation] worked surprisingly well. Though I am afraid that my inexperience and the low level of my mastery..."

She trailed off as the conversation continued, her smile widened a bit at the heroism that they showed. This group was capable, certainly, but was there really a reason to risk their lives for someone who had caused so much harm? Simultaneously, the reward of a powerful ally in this situation was also something to be considered. Practically speaking, it was more effective to subdue rather than destroy in this scenario. These 'cute' attachments they had to this Szofrit person nonwithstanding. She hummed thoughtfully for a moment before adding.

"The risks are... significant, I agree with Mister Varigold, and the chances are relatively slim. However, her plight cannot be ignored. We should to the best we can to achieve the maximum result. If we are going to even attempt this we need to go in with all intents towards capture. Subconsciously weakening our chances with doubts does us no good. If the time comes that we cannot save her, then we must cross that bridge with the same amount of purpose."
