Using two Masteries at the same time to gain the benefits of both while negating the downsides was quite a clever trick. Mizuki tried something similar with Hemomancy and Nature Magic, using blood as fuel to reduce the energy cost of growing and controlling plants. To see MAI had achieved something similar with Aeromancy and Astramancy was... well, admirable.

She almost bit her tongue at the end of that sentence. Technically it was a compliment, but it still was commentary on MAI's weight. Was the magia someone who'd take something like that personally? Some people did, but Mizuki couldn't exactly identify them at a glance.

You must be quite good at both Aeromancy and Astramancy then. It probably also helps that you're lighter than most people so there's less weight to negate.

I was part of the siege of Vintergard, on the side of the defenders of course. At the time I was a felis even though I'd done my best to look as wolf-like as possible. (She paused, her expression one of internal strife.) I... found a way to transition once being a caenis became possible.
