Their textual conversation had ground to a halt a while back, the Lepus assuming the man had simply been too engrossed discovering the various properties of Meliodashi—and now the hardier Basseal—that slowly began to fill the catch buckets of most Travelers present on the boat. As a result the hare almost jumped out of her skin when the man spoke to her, now standing not too far from the fighter.

"Ah… r-riyuu wanai, I was just curious about the place!"

A side glance was quickly given to the Felis not too far from them, hoping he was busy with something or another and her sudden stuttering went without notice.

"Heard it’s covered by crystals and whatnot… and I thought maybe Fiora, Yu-chan and I had come across a wolf-like statue of those crystals one night—though it could’ve just been a fevered dream…"
