Devi gave Captain Burke a wink and the rest of his guards a wave and a bow. She felt she owed it to them. For...keeping the town safe. Or something. Maybe she just wanted to wink and wave and bow. Devi wasn't that deep of a person. Some things she just does because she feels like it. Like follow Mister Moneybags when she could just log out and come back much later.

"Your call, boss. As long as you're paying."
She has slept in an inn before, having been curious enough to try it. Wasn't that bad. Wasn't that good, either. Still, she was curious about her companion, and wildly impressed by his wealth, so she felt like following him. For now. Or at least until his money ran out.

"How long have you been playing this game, by the way? Seems to me you've done good for yourself here, what with your businesses and stuff. How long did that take? Can't be that easy, I think?"
Devi's curiosity was piqued, though what she'd do with all that information, all those answers from @Chrys, she wouldn't know. Probably forget about them. She wasn't going to spend all her gaming time building businesses and stuff. She was going to spend it fighting things. If she earns a lot of money, cool. As long as she gets to punch things or set them aflame. That's what's more important to her.
