Another day, another time, another quest taken for what most would consider was a lesser reward and not worth the time nor effort. But he was new and weak comparatively to others. So he went around taking the missions that were more his speed, doing what he could to move around and experience the world. That was the real allure to him, experiencing the things that he couldn't outside in the real world. And in this case, it was the rural farm life. The city was all that he knew, so the rolling fields of wheat and crops, swaying and dancing in the wind were a pleasant sight to his eyes. Calming and relaxing, with a pleasant smell upon the ----.

Recoiling and pinching his nose, he glanced about him to find the source of the foul stench and odor that assaulted his nostrils. A pig farm, with all the swine rolling in the mud and their own filth. With a sigh he shook his head, the mood and ambiance had been ruined. He hurried along the dirt road, pass a few fields and barns away from the stench of manure and animals. Hopefully the place farm that was the quest destination was one that didn't raise animals. It didn't seem like it from what he had been told by the farmer at the marketplace.

Finding the plantation that was the quest location, he hopped the wooden property fence to trudge across the grass to the home in the front. It made no sense to him to walk all the way down the road to where the actual entrance was, that would be a waste of time and energy. Both of which were going to be spent soon enough. Knocking on the door frame once he approached he called in to the house in a casual manner.

"Hello is anyone there? My name is Hayate. I am here to help figure out what is causing your crops to go missing."

Juniper could recall the number of times that she had been on a farm in real life on one hand. Or, more precisely, one finger. The only time she had even been near one was back when she was little. It might have been around her early teens, and she had only been there for a couple of hours. Of course, that one had more sheep, goats, horses, chickens, and some barn cats; it didn't have any pigs. Perhaps following after Hayate had been the wrong decision this time. The stench here compared to that last time she had been at one was almost unbearable. She couldn't imagine what it would actually be like in person, this sensation had to be dulled to some degree...right?

Besides the smell though, that really only lasted as she passed by the farm that raised the pigs, she could definitely say that the surroundings were very beautiful. Open fields like this made her long for this sort of thing in real life. But she knew she could never be able to upkeep it like most people would be able to. It wasn't something that she had been raised around and she would be completely out of her element. No, she was much more adapted to something closer to a city or town than something as rural as this was.

Where Hayate took the shortcut and hopped the person's fence in order to get to the door quicker, Juniper took her time walking down the correct path, even if it took her a little bit longer to get to the door. She didn't approach Hayate's side until the man had opened up the door and introduced himself. She gave him a friendly smile, shoving her hands in the pockets of the clothes that she was wearing. From what she had seen, this farm didn't seem to have any animals, only fields of whatever he was growing. While she was a bit saddened that she wouldn't be able to spend any time with farm animals, perhaps it was for the best. Not always did quests have the best outcomes for the NPC's of the game.
