Personality
Due to her upbringing and general lack of any sort of meaningful relationship, Alice tends to be quiet. Even in the game. Despite this, she tries to appear friendly enough. She's the first to try to help another and is more than willing to listen to any and everyones problems. She wants to try to help others in hopes that they might want to be her friend. A very simple, childish goal for a young woman who was never allowed the chance to experience childhood.
Because of this, however, as well as the fact she was given everything she wanted as a child, Alice can be quite clingy. While she tries to appear chipper enough, the idea of being left alone again terrifies her and she's very quick to apologize for just about any and everything. She's eager to prove herself worthy of someones trust.
Her upbringing stunted her socially, and as a result she is incredibly naive and guillible. She doesn't understand why others would try to trick another nor does she understand why others would try to take advantage of another despite her corporate family life style. Indeed, for one such as her who was never expected to amount to anything, the only thing she was ever asked to do was finish her homeschooling, where it was revealed she was an academic genius. Unfortunately, she lacks real life skills as she was never shown anything besides watching videos on the internet.
As one would exect from someone like Alice, she is very loyal, naivity aside. She would never wittingly betray her own friends as they are the treasures she has longed for that she could never truly have. As long as she is showered with affection and praise, she will befriend just about anyone, unaware to the issues that it may cause. Even if the other would not think her a friend.
Alice is, clearly, an emotional wreck of a human being who was never allowed many luxuries that most would have offered to them. She is quick to cry and quick to anger, no different than that of a child. She breaks under complicated situations and is the first to hide behind someone -- or, in her case, her familiars. She doesn't like complicated situations and if she feels she can avoid them or push it onto another, she absolutely will.

Background
Alice Blanc was born into a wealthy family within Paris. Her father was the CEO of a major banking firm while her mother oversaw many hospitals within the country. As such, if she wanted something, she got it. That lavish life style was everything she had ever known and couldn't ask for more.
To anyone who even knew of her existence, at least, that's how they would perceive her.
Alice was born with a rare skin disease known as actinic prurigo, seemingly more intense than other cases comparatively. As a result, her ability to go outside was severely limited to a point that her parents, especially her mother, ever forbade her from going outside. She grew up completely isolated and eventually became a big sister.
However, it became apparent that it was only to replace her. Her parents didn't bother raising her, leaving that to the help. It was her younger brother whom they dedicated their time to. While Alice was far more intelligent then her brother and loved learning, her inability to ever go out without suffering severe pain meant that her use to the family was limited at best. Her parents decided to "start from scratch" as a result.
Alice never got to spend time with her brother either. Her childhood was that of complete and utter isolation. Though she was spoiled, she could only watch as others were able to make friends. Her brother would sometimes bring friends over from school and she could only watch him make friends.
She could only ever be an observer.
She could only be alone.
To cope with this loneliness, she turned to chatrooms and the internet. Public forums. She was able to alleviate the aching feeling in her heart by turning to a place of common interests. An avid lover of plush toys, dolls, and the like, she did find a few places where she was able to make a few friends on the internet and learned a few skills like sewing to repair older toys.
But it wasn't the same.
She wanted to feel the warmth of the sun. She wanted to be able to have friends that she could physically interact with. She longed for the same sort of companionship her brother was able to form. Even if she had everything, she didn't have what she yearned for most.
It was around this time she found out about the game, Terrasphere. Her friends were besides themselves that she hadn't ever heard of it and it was even more surprising to them that the conversation had actually never come up sooner. Unfortunately, the incidents game suffered meant that it would be closing.
Alice couldn't believe what she was hearing. The first real chance she had at getting to experience the outside world without instantly getting hurt was taken away before she even had a chance to try it. She was crushed, but vowed if a chance ever came back, she'd waste no amount of money to be able to get her hands on the game, through any means necessary. She was a woman on a mission.
Her brother only grew more and more into the son her parents always wanted while she simply existed there. She was more and more alone. More isolated. More empty. Desperately wishing for any sort of affection or love, envious of her brother, and cursing the situation she found herself in...
She almost wished that the game still had the same problems. For if she was to die, would her family finally notice her then?
