Enemy Modifiers
Throughout adventures, some enemies will have listed modifiers in post. Whether this ability is actually shown on the UI or is just a quirk of their AI will be left to common sense. For instance, an 'end of cycle' ability probably won't be showing up on a UI. What is a cycle, anyway?
Most abilities will be given full descriptions where they show up, so there is little need to worry about checking here religiously. Most of the information will be in the cycles of the GM challenge proper.
Backup - If an enemy with this ability is not attacked by the end of the Cycle, they will automatically deal their Retaliation damage (Or their attack in the case of having no Retaliation damage) to the player character with the highest HP. This effect happens on the cycle in which the enemy is not attacked-Protect and Vulnerability applied during this cycle apply.
Flanking - If an enemy with this ability is not attacked by the end of the Cycle, all other enemies with Flanking will automatically deal their Retaliation damage (Or their attack in the case of having no Retaliation damage) to the player character with the highest HP. This effect happens on the cycle in which the enemy is not attacked-Protect and Vulnerability applied during this cycle apply.
Conditions
Throughout adventures, certain conditions will be found that will complicate your adventure. The effects of some may not be immediately known by the characters. New conditions will be logged here as they are discovered.
Standard Conditions
Curse - A stacking condition that is a vector for other abilities or afflictions. To be cursed is to be vulnerable to the forces of darkness and evil. Curse cannot be cleansed or dispelled by blanket condition removal-an effect must state that it specifically removes Curse to work.
Immune - You are immune to what is listed at the time of gaining this condition until the immunity wears off.
Special Conditions
FAVOR - A higher power lends you aid. Certain actions are unlocked and may be used when you have FAVOR.
MARKED - A vengeful force has branded you. Retribution may come to you soon. Certain actions may only target a MARKED character.
