Personality
Leigh is the kind of person that would seem quiet and soft spoken, until you had gotten to know her, upon which you would find that she is quite the warm woman who craves excitement in an otherwise dull and uneventful life. She notices things, small details about people and their habits and speaks with a wisdom something beyond her years, even though she has a tendency to use language more befitting of somebody younger than herself.
She's a very sociable woman, willing to engage in social activity and to be the one to initiate, even willing to approach people that most others wouldn't approach, somewhat carefree in that regard, thinking little about her own safety and being willing to put herself in danger. She also has a bad habit of rarely thinking something through before she pursues it.
She is warm and teasing, the kind of person that would come across as everybody's older sister and willing to see everybody as her younger siblings, needing protection and guidance from somebody older.

Background
Leigh has had something of an uneventful life, for the most part. She was the kind of student that could coast through school with natural talent and intelligence, but as a result, never really learned to study all that much and as such, eventually, her habits caught up to her with middling exam results and qualifications. It also hadn't helped that she'd never really found a particular subject in which she was passionate about, nor that she found particularly exciting.
Her job as a librarian was purely one of convenience, having needed the money and finding no qualms about the job itself. Eventually, she grew to quite enjoy it, even meeting somebody that could very easily be the love of her life in the very library she worked in. But her life was lacking excitement still. She wanted something that she and her new lover could share.
And so, enter into her life, Terrasphere. Her time searching and researching had paid off and she had access to the client! Of course, she shared this access with her girlfriend, a shy woman who would probably benefit from interacting with people using a virtual shell rather than in her own actual body.
And finally, Leigh would find something fun to do with her abundant free time...
