Kyra

So, this was the famed Astorea, the place where all the Starcalled were supposed to head to once they'd found their way free of Falderen, and the beginning of their story. Or so she'd been told, by someone. Once. She still had no idea if that was the reality of this game, or if it was just someone voicing their opinion.

Either way, Kyra had finally made her way beyond the kingdom that she had started this game in - deciding that it was about time to see the world beyond. Plus, there had to be others that needed some healing, or medical care here. If there was one thing she was sure of - she would never be short of work to do, anywhere in this world.

"Huh...it's...overly unimpressive, in some ways."

Her eyes ranged over the rolling lands before her, noting that the grasses reminded her of the Falderen lands that she'd come from not long ago. Sure, there was a different feel to it - she couldn't quite explain that bit, but somehow it felt different. Otherwise, she didn't see a huge difference in the land.

Giving a shrug, and putting aside the few questions she had, she glanced ahead of her - spotting the large lake that seemed to be the centre of everything here. She had no other landmarks for guidance, nor any other important destination for now.

"Perhaps I'll find someone at the beach, or...camping? Is that a thing people do here? Guess I'll find out..."

To the lake. If nothing else, she could go for a swim. It was a start, although she certainly hoped to come across someone who could point her towards civilisation. Towards an area that needed help, or somewhere she could set up shop.

"Get out and have an adventure, they said...freaking extroverts. Who wants to go outside, anyways? Bugs and shit...and horses"

A shiver ran down her back, prompting her to begin her descent towards the lake - hoping there were no horses to be found there.

Not far away, coming from the opposite direction, a small Faerin woman barely over four feet tall was skipping and singing a melody clearly not from the realm of Terrasphere. It wasn't a popular song, by any means, but it was one that she seemed to quite enjoy- and the plants rather liked it too.

Wildflowers along the dirt road of the plains began to blossom brilliantly as the girl went along the path. Not paying heed to where she was going, however, she was startled as she literally skipped into someone- a fox woman almost a foot taller than her.

Falling on her butt, Harveste laughed nervously. She hadn't heard any of Kyra's outspoken thoughts and had instead been stuck in her own head. Jumping to her feet and giving an earnest apology, Harveste mused, "I'm really sorry, miss! I wasn't looking where I was going at all! But um... Are you alright? I hope I didn't hurt you or cause you to get turned around or anything like that!"

Kyra

She felt the individual bump into her, causing her to stumble slightly. Without thought, she spun around, scythe coming to her hand as she prepared for something dangerous; only to find a small, Faerin woman rising from the ground. Kyra's head cocked to the side in confusion, as she opened her mouth to say something, stumbling upon her reply.

"Oh...uhm...yeah. Yeah I'm okay...are you okay? Are you hurt? Here, let me help you."

The woman was already to her feet before Kyra could completely offer a hand, so she returned her weapon to her belt instead. Still somewhat confused as to where the woman had come from, but happy to finally have someone else to speak with, Kyra gave a shy smile to the woman.

"Actually, I think I've been turned around for a while now. I just arrived here, you see, from the lands of Falderen. I'm uh...looking for anywhere I can find work, or a place to set up a...err...main area of stay? Somewhere I can make a temporary home, sort of thing...like a city, or a town, or something I can...base out of, for a while?"

Her eyes passed over the area again, taking in the lake in the distance, and the open flowing fields. She was sure she could find something eventually, but having a guide of sorts would be much more enjoyable. Besides, it would be nice to have some company for a while, if nothing else.

"Oh! I'm Kyra by the way. It's a pleasure to meet you!"
