One thing she'd quickly gotten familiar with in her time in Stokbon was one particular tavern known as The Drowned Gryphon. The Gryph, as it tended to be called by local landers, was a rustic and average sort of place but it had some of the most amazing home-cooked food Juniper had ever eaten. It kept her coming back, and that included tonight, where she walked in the door again and smelled at the scent in the air as she hurried to a stool at the bar, shouldering off her robes to reveal a gorgeous dress underneath.
Hanging the robes off the back loosely, not caring too much for how they sat or looked, she was quick to order her regular meal of buttered biscuits and beef stew. The simplicity was part of the charm, the small girl carrying an appetite much bigger than her size might suggest. As she waited, she ordered a drink as well, something sweet. She got mead and, happy with that, sighed contentedly. It'd been another long day of practicing with her new abilities to get them down and she was tired. Not to mention her day before Terra had been garbage as well thanks to her hellish living situation.
Hopefully, tonight would be nice and easy. A little rest and relaxation was good for the soul.
