Final walk
_____The old man had heard what the doctors told him, his final hours had started, they did not think he had much more then a day or two left in his life back in the real world. After so long all his struggle to live for the sake of his promise to his wife had started to count down. None of his kids had lived as long, their kids only wanted the fortune he would leave them and wore fake smiles. Jokes on them as all he owned was to be given away as the old man sat on the aged dead log running his hand along the moss as he looked out the small pond. This, was he first spot he spawned when he started the game almost seven years ago.
_____He did not plan to be in the game when he passed, the rumor one getting locked into the game to much for his heart to take as a tear ran down his face. he had already waited over twenty years for this day since he lost his wife, he wanted to be by her side not stuck in some game for even more time as he coughed up blood. Even this body was reaching a limit that his magic could not keep up with. He did not mind it, life was full of lose and he lived more then his share. What made the man weep was not that he had regrets, it was not the fear of the reaper.
_____It was the feeling of his final hours being alone, His family was not going to wait for him to pass in the hospital bed, he did not want to trouble the youth of the game to keep him company in his dying moments so he went to trace back his most recent adventures of the game. his sad expression cutting a small smile as he recalled his first meeting with people in the game, how they had to deal with one of his war flash backs as he picked up a stone and poorly skipped it on the lake. For a final walk, he was not doing much walking as he simply enjoyed his view of the setting sun.

"I'll be there soon my Melody, Just wait for this old man to say is goodbyes. Then you can tell me about all those stories you wanted to when you got sick of your youth..."
