Somewhere in Redchron....
A pact of sorts had been made, eh not really a pact. There was no contract signed , nothing holding him to it, but his word. His word wasn't always the best thing. Camus wore a mask, his silver tongue and sly nature , well it got him in trouble. He should have known better , but the deal had caught his ears and he couldn't help but jump at the chance. Even after his little experience , one might say he was a fool for so easily agreeing. "This chick might be even too much. Are ya really going along with this, champ?" He sighed as he heard the little demon, and for once actually acknowledged and spoke out loud to it. "Yea, I mean it allows me to train in this mastery. A little scratching of each other's backs never hurt anyone." Except this might just hurt him in the long run.
Though he had no intention of keeping his end of this little deal he struck with Darkness. It simply didn't appeal to him, he was the one who toyed with people not the other way around. "I'm not in on this one. Don't depend on me." Crimson eyes rolled "I never depended on you to begin with. You aren't on my side, so don't pretend to be." There was no cackle , nor any other noise inside his mind. So, maybe he did look weird talking to himself as he he went along the pathway to the desired location he was meant to meet this self entitled 'Goddess' for his first lesson. Who knew what she had in mind for him , but he had willingly agreed to meet her here. To follow with some training that the other was going to be doing for him. Who knew what he had to look forward to?
To learn Hemomancy though, he needed it. He could do so on his own , a bit of trial and error. He knew just the right person he wanted to practice on too. Yet here he was alone with Darkness on this little adventure through rocky terrain. He finally reached the spot and he groaned. "Why are we even out here again? Not that I don't appreciate the scenery-- nor the chance to explore more. Though why here?" Yes he spoke out loud, he had a feeling the other was around. If she wasn't, well then he would ask when she made herself known to him. It could have just been vocal airing ,should she not have been there to begin with. Crimson eyes took in every inch of the area. He did half wonder something, why had Darkness taken such a liking to him? Why had she struck up this little arrangement? Why bother training him to begin with? Not that he didn't appreciate it, he would use her to get what he wanted. Though like hell would he be partaking in that little arrangement in the deal she brought up to him. Once had been bad enough. Never again~
