Personality
"Go. You're just gonna leave me anyway."
Having lived a pretty difficult childhood, Dayeon resented the fortunate and the lazy. She's quick to berate people with no redeeming qualities. The girl worked her whole life, valuing every second and always trying to use it to the fullest. But Dayeon knows no matter how much she tries to push through, she'll never be at the top; simply because she wasn't born with a golden spoon.
She spent most of the time alone, just because she hates how fake they are all and that they all just going to leave in the end. Her one reason to live was the one man she loved and her grandmother. Now both gone from her life, the feeling of helplessness pulled her to the fateful VRMMO game, Terrasphere.
Her anger was unrepressed and her hate was unbound. Her name is Lune, and she will destroy anything that tries to demean her.
Positive: Well-Mannered, Generous, Hardworking
Negative: Gloomy, Hateful
Background
"Don't misunderstand. I smile easily because it does me good."
Her story was not an interesting one. Born to a Korean immigrant couple, Dayeon was raised by her grandmother as her parents cut contacts and never came back. Childhood without parents isn't easy at all, she had to put up with all the bullying. Her grandmother's shoulder was always there for her to cry on. She believed that her grandmother would always be there for her. But death was a cruel mistress, and with that, she was left alone again.
Soon after, she left for Boston after dropping out of high school. With no one to support her, she juggled several jobs just to avoid living on the street, ranging from being a dishwasher, courier, waitress, clerk and cashier.
One beautiful day she met an aspiring basketball player. It was not long before she realized that he sees through all her lies and embraced the real her. She loved him with every cell in her body and she knew he did too. They went years and years, knowing they have each other.
Dayeon figured out that if she was going to move up in the world, she'll have to go outside her comfort zone. Intrigued by an audition to become the next idol star, Dayeon saw glimpses of fame and riches she never had. She hesitated to try, but Kenji fully supported her, assuring her that everything is going to be alright if they try their hardest. And so, she flew back to her lands of origin, in turn reassuring him that she'll be back soon to marry him.
They liked her. She was pretty, has the perfect figure, speaks perfect English, and was not actually that bad at singing or dancing. Particularly, her mysterious, cold charm was the dealmaker. A five-year-long contract was enacted, setting up her as the leader of the k-pop girl group Slime Girls, which rose to international fame due to their witty, video-gamey concept.
Kenji went on to become the hotshot college basketball player, with every eye fixated to get him once he graduated. They spent the nights talking about how far they made it in the world, reaffirming that they'll meet again in no time.
Things went well, or too well in fact, as one day he got into a career-ending accident. Everything was fine afterwards, but that accident slowly creates a rift between the two. There wasn't any proper goodbye, as they just slowly drifted apart, before finally stopping contacting each other altogether. Dayeon was never able to figure out what went wrong between them, as the years go by.
Now an adult, she went back to the United States to pursue her career as a solo idol singer. She frequents a café which she occasionally sings in, waiting for a certain someone to walk by that door again, in the place they first met.
She had caught the news of Terrasphere a few years ago, but she had no means to access it. Now that the VRMMO resurfaced again, she jumped straight into it. She's experienced the real world already. There's no way this other world is as fake as the one she had lived in.

Your wounded heart has become a source of growth for your hate. Every time you are within close proximity to steel (~5 feet), a steel shard will grow within your chest until it's big enough to be ripped out. Be careful, however, when the steel shard is small and embedded, it is painful, but it's nothing compared to the wound left behind by a certain someone, right? The more steel and exposure there is, the faster the growth, and the swifter the pain, all until it's ripped out and the cycle repeats itself.
