Was it Beast Arts at work, or did Delice actually have this kind of knowledge. Charlotte didn't really know. Of course, she never got that kind of info out of the other girl in the real world, but that didn't mean she just kept it to herself. She'd have to ask later if her little fae had this kind of hidden hobby. Either way, it came in quite useful at the moment, choosing two presumably best horses that were available in the entire stables. Surprisingly, it was also Delice who took charge this time around - bursting out of the building and beelining it to the nearest exist out of the town.
The fox girl wasn't far behind her, either. Charlotte hopped onto the horse that was pointed out and did just as was instructed cracking the reins and causing the horse to get on its hind legs before getting back on the ground and bolting right after the other girl. The moment the fae would slow her horse down, Charlotte would overtake her and start leading the way according to the map just as was planned. She just turned around briefly to give Delice a wave and a smirk as an acknowledgement of a job well done.
But for now, there was no time to chat. Even if the guards were on foot, they'd probably get horses soon enough, so the two had to ensure they were far enough to where they couldn't be followed anymore. From there, it was straight to Ilmea's Lament, where, unbeknownst to both of them, a certain competition was being prepared.
