Personality
The first thing that comes to mind when people see Alisa is that she is one of the most laid back people that you could ever meet. She seems to be pretty unphased by almost everything, as if everything was too much effort to deal with. This is, at least in part, something of a facade. Sure, she's a relaxed individual, but really just struggles to find reasons to actually get involved with anything in reality. The real world, to her, lacks enough things to really keep her invested.
In the game, however, she's free to feel a bit more invested and to be somebody that she can't be in reality. She puts forward a bit more energy into the world, sets goals for herself to achieve and pursues them almost doggedly. She has a rather crude attitude and sense of humor, coming across sometimes as something of a delinquent and for the most part she won't really go out of her way to assist other people without getting anything in return, but it's quite rare that she actively seeks to make situations worse for anybody.

Background
Alisa's life has really been one huge story of a person lacking any kind of driving conflict or friction. She never struggled for anything growing up, had the lion's share of choice when it came to the career she wanted to pursue and had plenty of talents that she could utilize when it came to entering the world of work. Though she's tried modelling, professional sports and other such professions, she eventually settled on becoming a tattoo artist and focused her efforts on opening her own small tattoo shop, which too occurred without any kind of issue. This lack of conflict bled into every aspect of her life. Life became dull and boring.
She'd missed out on Terrasphere when it first launched. She frequented the forums and places that could provide the client, but never actually ended up picking it up, unconvinced that it would really be all that big of a deal. When the game was taken offline, she realized that she had missed out on something big, falling into something of a despair for four years, until she got that fateful message. The game was back and this time, she had the chance to be a part of something.
