Kat eyed Kit wide-eyed as her twin-sister fell to her knees, shaking and revealing the hard, painful, horrible truth. Just like that, her whiter half had destroyed all they had built so far on their few days in Terrasphere!

"Kit..." For a moment, Kat was at a loss for words. Devastated even? Was this how far they would go? After all the planning and effort they put into it previously? Of course, they were somewhat different. Which, of course, meant they had to put in that extra mile, or two!

"Kit!" Kat spoke up again, embracing her twin sister in a hug. "Don't give up yet!" She tried to encourage Kit. "It's okay Kit! The road to becoming perfect twins was never meant to be an easy one!" If Kit didn't like animals, she simply had to learn to like them! "But if it's us, we can do it! You, we, won't fail as long as we won't give up! It's okay Kit, I still love you, and our twinship!"

Kit tensed up as she was touched, initially. Like an instinctual reaction, almost. Unfortunately, she didn’t relax much, even as she came to realize what the touch was, and only after Kat’s words had reassured her of her commitment, even through her failures, did Kit finally start to relax (slightly).

"W-what…?" Kit answered, dumbfounded at the answer. "B-b-but… why…? I failed you…! I failed us!" Kit insisted, staring teary-eyed at what should’ve been her twin sister, if not for her catastrophic, apocalyptic demolition of everything good and bright in the world!! "H-how can you be so calm about this…!?"

In the time Kit and Kat had been together, Kat had been able to gather just how emotionally unstable Kit had a tendency to be at times. Maybe she felt them stronger than most people. Either way, if the situation was outrageous, it was her bursting out in rage, if it was sad, she was sobbing, and— as was the case here —if it was disappointing, Kit would see the world ending before her. Only now was it truly becoming apparent just how extreme this behavior was, however…

Aaaahhh!

Why was Kit being like that!? If anything, it reminded Kat of a small kid who did a small screw-up and was now thinking the world was ending. Like breaking her favorite drinking cup! Or using water-proof paint to scribble on the walls.

"We may have failed.." You may have done something wrong.
"But I still love you..." But that doesn't mean I hate you!
"The worst we can do now..." Is to keep crying?
"Is to already give up and to not try harder!"

With these words, Kit gave @Kat a head pat and a kiss on her forehead. Like a responsible bigger sister trying to calm down the younger one! Even if technically Kit was born seconds before Kat, and they were twins! "There, there..."

Soon-to-be perfect twins.

Kat gave Kit a mischievous smile. "You're not already giving up, are you? We can only become better twins from this!" Trying to not be too emotional and assure Kit that everything was alright.
